Russia...

I've noticed a problem with the Russian flag, in that it has the wrong color on it.
The Russian flag goes(top to bottom) :
white
blue
red
However, the NS flag goes(top to bottom, again) :
white
purple
red
Would it be possible to edit it?

I don't think it's purple, it looks blue to me, just a particular shade of blue; maybe tinker with your monitor's colour settings?

Or if you don't like it, upload your own Russian flag with the colours you like, as long as it's under 10KB.

(By the way, this isn't the first time there's been purple when there's supposed to be blue-remember the Solomon Islands incident? That turned out to be an error in design, and it was quickly fixed. What's not to say it's happened again?)
