TREATY OF EXPORTATION OF MEAT IN EXCHANGE FOR PEACE
The Committee of International Alliances of the Congress of TurtleShroom and His Majesty, the Super Duper Ultra Nuclear Dragon Emperor of the Greater Imperial Japanese Dystopia, for the reciprocal advantage of their Subjects and Citizens have thought it necessary to take into consideration the means of strengthening those engagements and of rondring them useful to the safety and tranquility of the two parties.
To facilitate International Commerce and lucrative funds to the Greater Imperial Japanese people, the Congress of TurtleShroom will, on a bimonthly basis, hereby appropriate three million, two hundred sixty seven thousand, eighty eight Skillets worth out of our Law and Order Budget and will used it to purchase, at market price, sixteen tons of AAA+ grade red beef to be exported every two months at no cost to the Empire, in exchange for a cesstion of any future hostilities and a complete abstinence of aggression on TurtleShroom and any of her neighbors in the Land of Power.
The exports of TurtleShroom beef shall be constant every two months from this day forth, until the Lord Jesus returns for His People.
