MEMORANDUM
Re: Embassies and Consulates
It has recently come to my attention that up until very recently, the precious few embassies linking our glorious nation of Las Ranitas to the outside world had been kept in a despicably ramshackle tenement in a rather less than picturesque, and perhaps even unpresentable part of our capital. It has also come to my attention that this structure of which I speak has been seriously compromised by a recent fire, and the many diplomats who wish to conduct the business of foreign affairs within our capital, or indeed, anywhere within our country, have nowhere in which to do so.
As such, I have been authorized to order the immediate establishment of embassies across Las Ranitas with any and all nations that should desire their placement within our borders and the creation of extraterritorialities. The nations wishing to apply for such benefits must fill out the form below:
Full Title of Nation:
Title of Nation:
Ambassador:
Title:
Entourage: [Should include the number and type of all personnel that your diplomat intends to bring along
Additional Information: [Should include important details that might affect the life of your diplomat and/or your diplomat's entourage during their time in Las Ranitas]
Desired location: [Should be a regional center or major city (see factbook)]
Special requests regarding embassy location:
Should a reciprocal embassy be instated:
Other Special Requests:
Those who have filled out the form will be either granted their request (be it in part or whole) or turned down by the appropriate persons, if and only if you manage to file this paperwork correctly.
On an unrelated note, all members of the Bureau of Foreign Relations and Affairs will be required to attend a mandatory seminar on fire safety and prevention next Tuesday. The location of this event is yet to be determined and will be relayed to all bureau members as soon as it is possible to do so.
