At least 500 years.
This is unfortunately true. In sufficiently large groups, people are stupid, panicky, conformist animals.

Taking an attitude of "well good thing we're infertile and don't have to worry about having any more kids" would make it problematic, however. This is because it separates the act from its function. It is below us as rational animals to act purely on pleasure or instinct. We are most dignified and most happy when we have both pleasure and purpose.

Leviticus, for the millionth fucking time, does not apply to Christians.

It really can't, thanks to doctrine they set down in the 4th bloody century.
>Leviticus is apart of the Law, and the Old Covenant.
>Jesus happens.
>The Law is fulfilled, Old Covenant replaced with New Covenant.
>Leviticus now as relevant as the 4 Humours are to modern medicine.
what i don't get is why christians in the 5th century got this but 21st century christians cant.

If that's true I want that book. I would gladly apply any book or doctrine as weapon if I thought it would truly work. There are some things I absolutely refuse to accept for any reason. I don't want to live in the society that you and others are trying to build.

No, I won't give up my place in what has always tended to be a hetero dominated society. I see no reason why those who have the dominant place in society should give it up to any significant degree. This is really just about culture war.

not true, we have education in our health classes, and gay speakers, all of which have opt-out programs, A so-called survey was done at a school of 2,700 students who tried the sort of thing claifornis is proposing, apparantly 300 students reported positive changes, but there is a problem, there were no controls as to indicate what exactly brought the changes, and the survey was completely anonymous and available over the internet for download, which basically means that same person or same groups of people could take duplicate surveys, and the children who were taking the survey, as in collecting data, all had strong ties with gay-activist and gay-rights groups before and at the time of the survey. If it were a scientific study it would be shot down immediately but homosexuals are trying to use the survey for all its flaws to pass legislation. There are LGBT clubs on high school campuses, there are counseling programs, and with zero tolerance policy in our schools anyone who uses the word faggot is in a huge amount of trouble. Also, hostile climates do not form just because of lack of education but also from society, anyone who does not like gays or who is a person who beleives it is against their religion to be gay will not take kindly to pro-homosexual rhetoric being stuffed down their 5 year old child's throat. Parents have a right to decide what they do and do not want their child to learn, Thrusting a forced education system upon people who feel it is against their religion will only breed resentment, like affirmative action, it has breed resentment between whites/asains against minorities.
Then they are free to remove their children from school, if they wish to teach them bigotry.
And the resentment comes from ignorance, nothing more.

It's not, it's about equal rights.

you HAVE equal rights, you HAVE the same rights as the average American citizen. WE are tired of your christainphobe ignorant bigotry, flee to Canada or Norway or Sweden where you will be happy and where you can thrust your views upon other people there and no one will care. However, we in America are tired of all the same bull crap, we have more important things to do like fight wars, fix unemployment and fix our economy.

actually, gays dont have equal rights. They cant marry, they are socially viewed as "wrong", and dont even get me started on adoption.

1st off. You seem to be the one who is ignorant. I recommend a rapid removal of fox news from your life and a hefty dose of reality.
2ndly, you seem to have the story backwards. Alot of people are 100% against gays have ANY rights, and they have been doing a very good (and annoyingly bigoted) job of stopping gay rights from being anymore then a wish for gays.
