I came up to my office this morning and found our Persian cat sprawled atop my keyboard.

When I removed her reluctant body, I found this in the search bar: " nn'a[p 1r';"

Can somebody interpret cat language?

Is Jasmine trying to message her fellow felines somehow?

The double 'N' could mean repetitiveness.
P1R could be 'purr'
And the 'a' with the apostrophe in front of it would make ya sound
So putting the 'a' and the apostrophe in between the two Ns and relating it to the 'purr' of a cat I'd say he's saying:

Nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan...
