Yes, we know about this. No, we don't know what causes it. No, we don't need to know every time it happens to somebody. We're working on it, so you don't need to remind us. Unless you have actual new information to provide, please don't post about it.

Just a little update, so you can tell whether or not you can actually help.

The server has a program that runs in the background and maintains information about who is logged in. That program has been dying several times a day for some reason that I have yet to determine. When that happens, all the information is lost and everybody gets logged out from the game. I've modified the program so that it saves its state about every five minutes. This means that you should be safe from this bug once you've been logged in for that long (unless you had been idle for 55 minutes before the last save). I've also tried to get some output from the program about why it's dying, but I haven't had any luck with that yet. I'll keep on it.

And I still don't want to know when it happens to you. I have logs of that.
