Factions
Deus National ForcesThe Board of Directors, led by Jonathan Sleith, run the totalitarian corporate police state, doing everything in their power to keep the upper class up, and the lower class down. They have birthed an army made almost entirely of clone soldiers, that serve not only as the military force of the Deus Corporation, but also its police force. They have used propaganda, massive brainwashing, and mass murder to accomplish their objectives. Soldiers, Saboteurs, and Special Forces in this faction will be almost always Clone Soldiers.
Deus Revolutionary Front
Now lead by legendary war hero, Mon Mandoa, who before the front was formed faithfully served the Board of Directors, was once led by a hero and martyr to the masses, Marcus DeFranco. He, with two of his fellow leaders of the Revolution, were lured into peace talks with the Deus National Forces, where they were all violently murdered. Mon Mandoa, then leader of the Revolutionary military, refused to attend the meeting because officials from the Communist Resistance would be there. Mon Mandoa served in the Deus Army during the first two Communist Uprisings, as they were labeled, and views all those who follow the communist ideal as murderers and liars due to the horror he witnessed during the uprisings. His extreme prejudice was the reason why the Revolutionary Front and the Resistance never fought united against the Board of Directors. Mon Mandoa now leads the Revolutionary forces alone, and struggles to bring democracy and freedom to the people of the Deus Corporation.
The Communist Resistance
The Communist Resistance was formed when the Board of Directors declared Communism was now an illegal political viewpoint after a few communist extremists attacked and bombed the HQ of the Deus Corporation. The Board called to Purge the nation of the "Communist Disease". Many communists took up arms to defend themselves. Their leader, John Mathis, was also lured to the meeting with the Board, and was killed along with the leaders of the Revolution. Now leaderless, the Resistance does what it can to hold together and survive.
Civilians
These are the by-standards of the war. Mostly the upper and middle class who have little to do with the war. They have watched the war unfold, and have done little to stop it. This will be the only faction that can play as the Politician and Worker classes, yet they can secretly belong to one faction or another.
