Not really, he declined his nomination.

We're having elections every two weeks now; that's why he's nominated Kryo.

Looking over things, it's between Kryo and TEU. If Kryo declines the nomination, then TEU will become leader.

How come there are so many variant choices of one constant? Why can't there be 1 "I am not yet a member", 1 "Kyro", and 1 "EU"? Some statistical suggestion though.
