The Theme for the month of October is "Ghosts, Spirits and Supernaturals".

Submit a collection based on the theme as per the details in the dispatch and the best submission gets to win an off-season Legendary Card! The Last Date of Submission is 28th October 2026, 1:00 AM GMT.

It's unclear to me if I'm allowed to submit a pre-existing collection.
It's not against the letter of the rules how I read them, but it feels very much against the spirit.

But yes, you can submit a pre-existing collection that is owned by you and fits the theme.
