_{A Treaty between Balder and The Region That Has No Big Banks}

On this day, September 18th 2026, and on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, I’m glad to have been able to participate in coordination alongside our very own Prime Minister The Democratic Disney States 'DDS' . I can finally say that talks between us and our friends in Balder went very well (;. We greatly appreciate Mark and Milly and by that Balder’s government as we worked together toward a shared vision in defining friendship. With that, I am happy to announce the ratification of our new treaty with Balder: The ABBA Accords!! Over the time since the establishment of consulates between our regions, relations and interest in one another have only increased, showcasing how quickly friendship and cooperation can grow.

Once again, NBB is taking the next and necessary steps, in securing long lasting bonds with other regions that share our interests and vision. Rest assured, this is not a dull moment, nor is it the only time of importance between us. With this treaty, cooperation and many initiatives will take place, and it is safe to say that great things will happen moving forward!

The Region That Has No Big Banks (NBB) and The Realm of Balder commonly known as “Balder” and collectively known as “the signatories,” come together in union to further strengthen the long-standing relationship between them. The Signatories hereby agree to the following terms:

Article I - Mutual Recognition

1. The Region That Has No Big Banks hereby recognizes Balder and its territories, represented by the Laws of Balder, the King as its Head of State, and the Statsminister as its Head of Government. The Region That Has No Big Banks shall recognize all other deemed legitimate successors and shall not recognize any illegitimate or pretender governments of Balder in accordance with established constitutional law and precedent.
   
   
2. Balder hereby recognizes The Region That Has No Big Banks, represented by the Constitution of The Region That Has No Big Banks, the Governor of The Region That Has No Big Banks as its Head of State, and the Prime Minister of The Region That Has No Big Banks as its Head of Government. Balder shall recognize all other deemed legitimate successors and shall not recognize any illegitimate or pretender governments of The Region That Has No Big Banks in accordance with established constitutional law and precedent.
   
3. The signatories shall maintain in-game embassies on NationStates and diplomatic representatives within each other's regions, to the best of their abilities.

Article II - Mutual Defense & Military Cooperation

1. The signatories shall come to the defense of one another if either of their legitimate governments or legally recognized territories is attacked by internal threats, and external forces in accordance with each signatory’s capabilities, interests and other existing obligations.
   
2. The signatories shall, in good faith when feasible and in mutual interest, conduct joint military operations.
   
3. The signatories shall refrain from engaging in espionage, covert infiltration, or any other form of unauthorized intelligence activity directed against one another.
   
4. The signatories agree to aid each other against attempts to illegally overthrow their respective World Assembly Delegates.
   
5. The signatories hereby agree to exchange any critical intelligence pertaining to the safety and security of both parties in high risk worst case scenarios, and shall refrain from sharing any such intelligence to any third parties without the explicit consent of the other signatory.

Article III - Cultural Cooperation

1. The signatories are encouraged to host joint events, festivals and all other cultural activities when possible and mutually beneficial.
   
2. The signatories shall endeavor to invite each other to their respective cultural events.
   
3. The signatories are encouraged to host at least one joint event each year when possible and mutually beneficial.

Article III - World Assembly Collaboration

1. The signatories are encouraged to jointly discuss World Assembly matters when deemed practical and of mutual interest.
   
2. The signatories shall support each other's proposals in the General Assembly or the Security Council upon request of another signatory, except if it would contradict binding agreements signed prior to the passing of this treaty, or if it is opposed to the interests of the requested signatory.

Article IV - Addendum

1. This treaty shall enter into effect upon ratification by both signatories according to their respective internal processes.
   
2. Amendments to this treaty may be proposed by either signatory and shall take effect upon approval of both signatories through each of their respective processes.
   
3. This treaty shall be considered null and void upon repeal by either signatory according to their respective internal processes.
   
4. In the event a Signatory repeals this treaty, said Signatory shall give three days notice to the other Signatory before its rendered null and void.

“Unprecedented”

My fellow NBBers and Visitors Abroad,

A new era begins in NBB as we are led into a new era of peace and prosperity. However in recent events regarding the DPM race this is now starting to go into an unprecedented time in our history.

I want to thank everyone who voted for me and giving me another term as Prime Minister. For the people who did not vote for me I truly hope to earn your trust this entire term. I want to congratulate Sera Valle on a successful campaign and good race! I also want to congratulate Revoia on winning their election as Speaker and ​Southsea on a well fought race and good campaign.

However, though massive congratulations to Claibornia and Truzipa who tied for the first time in our history tied in any race and the winner of the DPM race is being decided by our Parliament as we speak! However this does mean the Cabinet will not be announced until after the DPM has been decided since the DPM must approve of all appointments which means we will be dormant for a little bit.

We accomplished so much last term such as gaining new relationships with other regions like The Frontier Sea, The Land of Kings and Emperors, and Saint Osmund along with a treaty with Balder! We accomplished numerous government approval polls and censuses. We increased our regional population and still continue to massively recruit. We established a new Ministry for Art. We got WA Voting started for the citizens of our region and started writing recommendations and NBB WA proposals coming on the way. Roleplay has had a resurgence and is starting to become a key cornerstone of our region. We did a lot of joint events with other regions along with just lots of events in general. We accomplished so much so far and I am looking forward to going above and behind and looking to accomplish way more than last term. I know we can do it.

Once again thank you for reelecting me and expect the Cabinet to come out in 5 days.
