After Evo Morales gained the Presidency in Boloranya, relations quickly deteriorated. The Asukalian Prime Minister at the time, Jonas Koizumi accused President Morales of harbouring cartels, including those of Langenia, and Inyursta and allowing free-roam of Boloranya for these groups. Then in 2010 the Royal Asukalian Air Force moved air defence zone west 3 kilometres into Boloranyan airspace, in the ensuing political standoff, defence zone west was expanded to include the entirety of Boloranyan airspace. Finally in 2023, following an investigation the Asukalian Federal Police placed a warrant out for the arrest of Evo Morales on charges of human trafficking, specifically the trafficking of 4 young girls from the town of Lakijaru in 2019. This resulted in the complete severance of diplomatic ties between the two countries as Asukalia pulled diplomatic personnel out of Gran Huacan.

More recently, following several gunfights at the border, and the subsequent deaths of two Asukalian border agents, Prime Minister Fujimori authorised a series of airstrikes on Boloranya. Over 50 strikes were conducted on Boloranyan targets both cartel and military. Which way the wind blows in this new conflict no one knows, although Asukalia possesses an overwhelming men and material advantage.

TACHIBANA RLEASES OPEN WEIGHT AI MODEL

Nifon has been, recently, the leader in AI development. Even such incidents like the infamous Shiori cyberattacks did not change the fact. The new development this time is coming not from NCC, but rather, from Tachibana - the third largest electronics company in Nifon. CEO of Tachibana, Matsuoka Takeichi, has announced that Tachibana will be publicly releasing the weights of it's AI model - Tachibana WISE.

An Open Weight AI model is a model where the numerical parameters guiding the software that form the brain of the AI are publicly known and released. As such, anyone can download such a model and modify it for their internal use on their own platform. This brings the brighness of Nifoense technologies to hundreds of foreign companies that lack capability to develop AI on their own.

Tachibana WISE-X-280B-A24B is a family of commercially availible, open weight AI models that anyone can download. With 280 billion total parameters, 24 billion active, 96 layers and maximum output of 32,768 tokens, it is an efficient an effective AI model you can run on your laptop. The family also includes WISE-Nano for mobile devices, WISE-14B for workstations, WISE-M60B-A4B for servers and others.

In his interview, Matsuoka Takeichi said that he hopes that WISE in commercial hands will help prevent inidents like that with Shiroi.

It has to be noted that despite being publicly availible, in terms of performance WISE is nowhere near as capable as Shiori.

Recently the Tachibana's website has documented a massive suge of internet activity from Wenchuan, with thousnads of downloads of the model in the last 24 hours.

NCC SIGNS A DEAL WITH THEEDISCHLAND, STOCK BOUNCES BACK!

Today, Baron Maki Ryuga, the CEO of the Nifonese Cybertronic Corporation (NCC) has announced that the corporation has signed an exclusive deal for development of the NifonSoft (which is an NCC subsidiary) - made operating system for computers and mobile devices that was signed with the Theedisch state.

The deal provides that a number of Theedisch comapnies will be given:

• access to Kokumin OS development kits and technical documentation;
• the right to develop commercial software and applications specifically for Kokumin;
• the right to produce specialized Kokumin distributions for approved commercial and industrial applications;
• access to NCC compatibility and certification programs;
• technical cooperation with NifonSoft engineers;
• and participation in the development of future Kokumin standards and interfaces.

Following signing of the deal, the NCC shares bounced back rapidly, recovering a lot of the value lost during the Shiori incident.

"Kokumin was made in Nifon. That does not mean only Nifonese should be allowed to make something with it." Said the Baron during the interview.

Neither NCC nor the participating Theedisch companies have disclosed the complete financial terms of the agreement.

3 MASSIVE DEALS SIGNED, TWO NEW TECHNO-INDUSTRIAL PARKS TO OPEN

President Fei announces his "X-callerate" program!!

The new president Fei Fuhjian has finally taken office earlier today, and one of his first courses of actions was the announcement of the "X-callerate" program which his campaign was close and center around.
