Depends to the type of work, but the medium minimal wage per month is of 600 Lipotoes (1 Lipoto= 1,55 USD), so 930 $.

Depends where, in all Class I Districts, it is 28 Marks/h, all Class II Districts have 19 Marks/h, Class III Districts 16 Marks/h and all Unorganized Territories have anywhere between 3-9 Marks/h. For context 1 Mark=1.6 USD.

The federal minimum wage has been introduced, removed, and reintroduced at various points in Chinese history. It was reintroduced during the Covid-19 pandemic and as of 2025 sits at 25 yuan per hour, up from 22 yuan p/h in 2021 and 24 p/h in 2023. The federal minimum wage however only exists as a baseline, with most provinces having higher rates. Federal legislation mandates that the federal minimum wage is readjusted every two years to be 80% of the average hourly wage of full-time workers in the province with the lowest income, as determined by the bi-yearly Personal Financial Report conducted by the Economic Information Board of the Ministry of Finance. In 2025, the lowest earning province was Gansu, where the average hourly wage for full time workers was 32 yuan. The federal minimum wage has historically helped to boost wages in low-income provinces such as Gansu, Qinghai, Guizhou, and Heilongjiang.

Provincial minimum wages have been set independently of the federal level but usually fall between 35 and 50% of the province's average wage. Shanghai, with an average income of 81 yuan per hour, has a minimum wage of just 30 yuan per hour, while the historically progressive city of Beijing has a minimum wage of 45 yuan compared to an average income of 75 yuan. Many provinces opt not to have a minimum wage of their own, such as the conservative strongholds of Jiangsu and Guangdong, while Shandong and Shanxi, historic bastions of the left, retained elements of the corporatist system that allowed for unions and employers associations to negotiate wages under state supervision.

Tyrol’s current statutory minimum wage for adults aged 18 and over is ALM 15.50 per hour. This is one of the highest minimum wages in Europe, but reflects Tyrol’s status as a high-income nation. This rate is subject to annual review by an independent Minimum Wage Commission composed of representatives from trade unions, employers, and independent economists, with the aim of maintaining a reasonable standard of living for workers without placing an excessive burden on businesses. Workers under the age of 18 and apprentices are subject to separate wage laws.

We do not "pay" workers. They wanted to work, they get to work. What more could they possibly want?

There is no minimum wage is freedomika.

Free land use permits and help starting a business are available for many poor people in freedomika.
Freedomika tries to ensure poor people in freedomika have options to gain wealth and survive and are not stuck working a very low wage for many years.
Anyone that has less than $100,000 worth of wealth, is not taxed in freedomika, except they might pay sales tax when they buy things.
