For more than half the season, Lektura has stood at 2nd place, chasing the league leaders closely, waiting for a mistake while regularly winning matches against opponents with 4x the budget. But as of late, the best defense of the LotRC has let up a bit too often. And now, after conceding five goals at home against Victoria, Lektura's dreams of ending the season on an international placement are in serious danger as they are now tied in points with Arkan Estrau who have won all of their last four games.
Only Irstria Storm can boast an even better run with currently seven consecutive wins, last season's runner ups seem to have everything they need to win this year's title. A single point will suffice for the Gear to win the league.
At the end of the table, Bromberg has won a crucial victory over Habersbirk bringing them above the relegation line again. But there are two matchdays left and the FCH and Tropfhaven will try everything the can to bring them down again and save themselves from relegation.
