Since Huaxia is the successor polity to the People's Republic of China, the National People's Armed Forces inherited the ranking system of the People's Liberation Army, but with the reintroduction of the ranks of Dayuanshuai (Grand Marshal), Yuanshuai (Marshal), and Dajiang (Senior General).

Officer rank names are usually not translated to English literally, but rather to a corresponding rank system. This can lead to different translations being used depending on the system chosen for the correspondences.

New recruits of the NPAF have no military ranks before their boot camp is completed, thus they are only awarded the rank of Liebing (Private) after they have graduated from the boot camp.

Unlike other militaries, the National People's Armed Forces is unique for having a grade system as well. Each military formation, institution, billet, and officer has a grade. Personnel grades flow from the institution's grade. For example, the grade of a unit commander billet is the same as the unit's, and the officer in that billet receives that grade. Grade, rather than rank, generally determines and indicates an officer's authority, and various professional and career factors. While a Shangjiang (General) would have the pay level of 4, a Dajiang would have the pay level of 3, a Yuanshuai with pay level of 2, and a Dayuanshuai with a pay level of 1.

The highly-experienced and battle-hardened National People's Armed Forces is renowned for its rigorously-methodical military training and meticulously-complex military education. Conducting various military expeditionary operations abroad and overseas military-operations-other-than-war (MOOTW) every year, the NPAF's numerous assortment of powerful highly-advanced weapons and cutting-edge technology along with its highly-significant capabilities in both defense and power projection due to a large military budget as well as constant overseas deployment of troops has resulted in a large well-armed battle-experienced military force fully-capable of widespread deployment of force and firepower around the world. While having a large number of battle-experienced personnel and highly-sophisticated weaponry is important for military power, another important element to the NPAF's military power would be military training and education.

Enlistees must undergo several months of highly-demanding basic-training followed by several more months of highly-stringent specialist-training. Huaxia's rigorously-methodical military training for enlistees is unique compared to other countries' basic training by fully-emphasizing on efficient maximization of each individual soldier's skills and talents. Rather than "breaking" the personality of new recruits through intimidation and aggression, the Huaxians seek to "mold" a recruit's personality into that of the "ideal warrior" in the hope of producing highly-proficient, skilful and adept soldiers with stronger personalities and more individual initiative, thus turning each enlistee into a highly-skilled highly-efficient warfighter capable of executing any mission with very-high proficiency.

Recruits are closely and carefully trained by a drill instructor who is assigned to the duty of indoctrinating new recruits entering the military into the customs and practices of life in the barracks. Drill instructors are held responsible for the welfare, behavior, and military education of the recruits assigned to them on a 24-hour basis throughout the period of initial training. Responsibilities include areas such as military discipline, physical fitness, and weapons training.

With Huaxia's meticulously-complex military education, becoming a non-commissioned officer and commissioned officer is an even more-formidable commitment. In order for officer cadets to become commissioned officers, they must undergo intense study through highly-rigorous highly-competitive technical-oriented military education during the entirety of their degree and major of choice. During their time at the several hundreds of military academic institution across the nation, officer cadets and NCOs go through rigorously-methodical learning on the areas of military organization, military theories, military history, tactics, strategy and grand strategy, operational level of war, logistics, armaments and other areas relating to war. Through the meticulously-complex Huaxian military training system, officer cadets who graduate become commissioned officers within their respective branch or arm of the NPAF, while NCOs return to regular military service after completion. Officer cadets can choose to study for a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or a Doctoral Degree, while NCOs simply study for an Associate Degree. Once an officer cadet becomes a commissioned officer, they are quickly assigned to their first tour of duty in order to build up on their experience in the field, while NCOs simply return to service.

Given the nature of Huaxia's highly-rigorous highly-competitive technical-oriented national education that is globally unrivalled, Huaxian NCOs and commissioned officers are commonly referred to as "Walking Calculators" and "Biological Computers".

Numerically large and technologically advanced, the National People's Armed Forces is highly-experienced and battle-hardened, conducting various military expeditionary operations abroad and overseas military-operations-other-than-war (MOOTW) every year. The NPAF's numerous assortment of powerful highly-advanced weapons and cutting-edge technology along with its highly-significant capabilities in both defense and power projection due to a large military budget as well as constant overseas deployment of troops has resulted in a large well-armed battle-experienced military force fully-capable of widespread deployment of force and firepower around the world.

The Remixi Times, May: Democratic Elections held in GKR. Independent Media possibly not fact checked. Valve to release Half-Life 3 “soon”. Dutch mafia growing too powerful. Koopas “bad” says some. Audience members must prepare for possible 4th wall breakings.

I'll stick with the army; the navy might be added in the future since there all names change.

Private -> Corporal -> Sergeant -> Lieutenant -> Captain -> Major -> Colonel -> General -> Field-Marshal -> Minister of Defense. These are the official "ranks", however each ranks has different "levels" which does not form a chain of command but recognize service time, are paid a bit more and increase the chance of promotion; here they are:

Private -> Private first class -> Elite private
Corporal -> Corporal-major
Sergeant -> Chosen Sergeant -> Head-sergeant -> Sergeant-major
Apprendice officer -> Vice-lieutenant -> Lieutenant
Captain -> Commander (generally used for captain overseeing two squads).
Major
Lieutenant-colonel -> Colonel
Brigadier General -> Major-general, Colonel-general, General
Field-Marshal.
Right-center Constitutional Republic on a (sub)tropical island, with advanced technology and a strong, resilient military.
We strongly believe in secularism, national security and meritocracy.
NS stats are canon, but the first information source are factbooks.
