Looks like sarcasm but I'll say it regardless: we were here when raiders gathered piles above 100 endorsements and we will still be here if they ever do so again.

Said this round, mainly because all the prominent raiders just aren't active anymore. Lily's gone quiet, BOM retired from memory, etc. Yes, raiderdom will probably spring up sooner or later, but it'll be a different group of people. Whether or not they make new orgs is a different story, though.

It wraps up the WA's legislative activity in April, and highlights a number of proposals with Starborn involvement - plenty of them already priming for the post-reset period. I am happy to be in the UMNS, but it can be REALLY annoying when the Ministers don't check.

There will 100% be tighter rules when me and Gold become Co-Delegates.

On behalf of the Triune Circle and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, I am pleased to announce that Starlight and Horizon have achieved 400 combined endorsements across our delegates, placing us as the largest user created community in all of NationStates and the third largest community overall. And in less than two years nonetheless, so to say I am proud would be an understatement, to say we have surpassed my expectations would be a genuine and complete understatement. We have come so far, thanks to the efforts of so many, I could not have done it without my fellow Luminarch Irenae and Aetherions, the various Governments and of course every single Starborn.

Be proud of who you are and what we have accomplished, these stars are not going anywhere.

When I joined Starlight a mere 10 months ago, we had somewhere around 130 total endorsements, and even then we were thriving, with two lovely roleplays, a highly competent government, and one of the most active militaries in the game. I admire all the leaders from past terms who have helped us get to this point so, so much, including Luminarchs Oseao & Irenae, Aetherions Cessarea & Merethin, and Flamewarden Kaidan. Thank you all ^-^

Our success as a community can be attributed to a few things. The passion of everybody who served and serves in government is one of them, as is our cozy ambience and everybody who has helped welcome newer members and make them feel comfortable here in their home amongst the stars.

But there's something else that sets us apart. We never give up, and we never back down, and we never say "We've won enough, I'm happy with how things are now." No. Throughout our entire history, and especially now, we've always continued looking inwards, and we've asked ourselves this simple question: "What can we do better?" That is the key to our success, and that is the foundation through which we now sit at the top of the world.

There's no doubts about who we are - we are the Largest User Created Community in the game. 400 total endorsements is special, and we alone hold the Divine Mandate of the Stars. It is through our perseverance and efforts alone that we have gotten here, and I don't want that to be lost on anybody.

Are we stopping there? Heck no.

Here's to 500!
