Welcoming Delegate Imperial Pittsburgh

My recent tenure as World Assembly Delegate of The League began in August of 2024, marking my return to the role since temporarily holding the delegacy of The League's predecessor during our 2021 relocation. I replaced former WA Delegate and current Vice Delegate Creeperopolis, whose 2021-2024 reign set both the longevity (consecutive and cumilative) and endorsement (over 300) records for a WA Delegate of either region, while he was simultaneously serving as Chief Consul for most of it. Creeperopolis' contributions to the office cannot be understated, and it was he who set the groundwork for my tenure. I must also thank Creeperopolis for remaining as our Vice Delegate for the entire duration of my term, a role he is well equipped to continue handling during Imperial Pittsburgh's delegacy.

My term as WA Delegate began on 17 August 2024, some months before the formation of the Sovereign Seven and the modern National Sovereigntist movement as we know it. I held the office of Director of Culture until January 2025, when I was selected to replace Quebecshire on the Consulate as he settled into the role of Primarch of the Plains of Perdition, a region that has become a great friend of The League & Concord. Both regions, alongside our partners, were instrumental in forming the Sovereign Seven (then the Sovereign Six) in January 2025, announced through the publication of Institutional Health of the World Assembly. The Sovereign Seven era is one that has greatly benefitted both the world at large as well as The League & Concord, seeing the debut of several first-time authors who never would've gotten the opportunity to author GA legislation under the prior regime that held the Assembly hostage.

However, it's now time for me to personally turn my attention to other matters of interest, primarily the ongoing revival of the League's Defense Forces along Consul Entropan and General New Makasta. Last major update, I resigned WA and Imperial Pittsburgh was officially shifted into the delegacy, thanks to our citizens as well as foreign support from our friends in Europeia and The Land of Kings and Emperors. As our longtime Director of Foreign Affairs since September 2024, Imperial Pittsburgh has been instrumental to building our modern-day treaty network, and we have full confidence in him in his new position.

The Whitecliffs Agreement
with New United Kingdom

It is rare for a situation to necessitate the dissolution of a region in favor of annexation into another, and for such an outcome to truly benefit a community. The recent situation in New United Kingdom necessitates the approach taken by this Agreement, as the community’s government has fallen into collapse with the resignation of a former Prime Minister and the sudden disappearance of Zylonox’s predecessor as Delegate.

This has been a situation that Delegate Zylonox, wishing for the nations of New United Kingdom to have a prosperous future, has tried to solve by reaching out to The Outback. With the help of The Outback, Zylonox and the Consulate of The League & Concord have created a plan ensuring the best case scenario for New United Kingdom. New United Kingdom shall join Concord as a part of our community.

The nations of New United Kingdom will be welcomed with open arms into the world of Concord, a land of opportunity full of immersive roleplay. Home to a long-standing government known for its historic success as well as the prestigious League’s Defense Forces, Concord is willing to put significant effort into providing a future to those from New United Kingdom.

This agreement could not happen without Delegate Zylonox or HRM King Iefan I’s unwavering support for the nations of New United Kingdom. This annexation ensures the preservation of New United Kingdom for all those who passed through its gates, while creating a whole new world of opportunity. A special thanks to Faralried of The Outback is also in order for his role in preserving New United Kingdom alongside Zylonox.

Article I. Recognition

1. The League & Concord recognizes Zylonox as the legitimate delegate of New United Kingdom, and shall not recognize any other authority which claims to represent or govern New United Kingdom.

2. New United Kingdom under Zylonox recognizes only the legitimate government of The League & Concord as determined by the Constitution of the Republic.

Article II. Mutual Commitments

1. New United Kingdom shall, at its earliest convenience, initiate an annexation into Concord for the wellbeing and long-term interests of its residents. New United Kingdom shall commit to the annexation until its completion.

2. During the annexation, The League & Concord shall commit to providing material aid to the legitimate delegate of New United Kingdom to the fullest extent of its reasonable ability, especially in case of threat from other authorities which claim to represent or govern New United Kingdom.

3. Upon completion of New United Kingdom’s annexation into Concord, nations formerly resident in New United Kingdom (herein referred to as “former residents”) shall be subject to the Constitution of the Republic of The League & Concord. The League & Concord shall encourage former residents to apply for citizenship and integrate into the community, and shall endeavor to provide ample opportunity for former residents.

4. Upon completion of New United Kingdom’s annexation into Concord, New United Kingdom shall be considered defunct, and The League & Concord shall not recognize any external authority claiming to represent or govern the former region.

5. A regional officer position in Concord shall be provided to a former resident with assent from the Consulate of the Republic and Zylonox, for the purpose of facilitating the integration of former residents into Concord. This position shall exist for a minimum of one month post-annexation.

6. New United Kingdom shall be preserved either by way of (a) a password known to the Consulate of the Republic and Zylonox or (b) a secured Governorship maintained by the Consulate of the Republic, in which case the region may be passworded at the Consulate’s discretion.
   
   1. New United Kingdom shall not be refounded, as to prevent the loss of its Regional Message Board. The World Factbook Entry shall briefly summarize its history and link to this document.

It wasn't forced and the entire NUK government is on board with it. Those are the representatives the region chose, and, from what I've seen, most of the region, except for a few loud voices, are on board with it.

VIRIDIAN SOUND | The Lone Wolves made their first appearance in months, crawling out of their den to go after a completely meaningless region with TCB in the form of Amazon Inc. However, they're clearly washed as instead of jumping at the chance to give us an exciting chase or defense at update, they and their newfound partners in the form of "Bloc Patriots in Control" slowly crept into the region over the course of the 12 hours preceding Minor update. The 20 pilers that they found by pulling their own out of various graves (LWU was believed to be dead up until this point!) were no match for the 36-strong defender coalition that assembled on an incredibly short notice.

Despite raiders' best efforts, we extracted a meaningful experience from this update in the form of posting on F7 after it was noted that "F7 is debating if a person is a femboy." Orders were immediately issued by UC, due to sheer boredom, to "hit F7 on y'alls defense puppets" and "slop it up," and we obliged. Immediately reviving the F7 threads "Is AU a Furry?" and "Is AU a Femboy?,"
