broski are you saying that his friend killing himself is good and are you encouraging him to stop being friends with someone because of a dark part of their life they have clearly tried to put behind them? Like not trying to straw man but, "I feel like in either case, it's one Nazi less." is kinda wild.

celebrating suicide of someone is not a good thing no matter their political stance or opinions bro.

I don't walk around saying "ah yes, the earth is healing!!" when I learn of MY FRIEND COMMITING SUICIDE even though he was a leftist extremist, like terrorist and supplying weapons to insurgent groups and calling for violent revolution.

Take a step back and look at what you are arguing in support of. You are trying to defend someone who said someone else's friend commiting suicide is a good thing.

Fascism isnt inherintly Terrible, in my opinion, it gets confused with N@zism a lot, something EVERYONE can agree is terrible. The problem is that because of it, everyone thinks of N@zi ideals when they hear fascism. In my opinion, True fascism, in theory, has nothing to do with race. It’s not about who’s white, black, or anything else. It’s about the nation. The state is what matters, and your pride should be in that, not in some group of people. Fascism, at its core, is just extreme nationalism. It’s about everyone coming together, working for the same goal, putting the country above themselves. Think of it as trying to restore a golden age, making the nation strong and unified. If you focus on race or exclusion, that’s history twisting it, not the idea itself. Pure fascism is just love for the state, pride in the nation, and total dedication to its success. That’s it.

its the same way for every ideology, in theory it's one way, in practice people twist the ideology to benefit themselves. Communism, Capitalism, every ideology says one thing, but when executed, it always turns out differently.

Hitler urged mussolini to enact laws and etiquette regarding race and ethnicity. I know, the fascist party even had jews and a few freemasons, but they were quickly discarded and persecuted when mussolini aligned himself with hilter, antonescu, etc...
A nation consists of a race and most importantly an ethnicity. A nation is a brotherhood. Its a society where people can come together usually by deal of blood.

In fact, you shouldn't take these words of mine too seriously. There's a reason people become radicalized and commit suicide. It's a social tragedy, not just a personal one. Suicide is one indicator of societal decay. The system broke this person, drove them to their death. This could have been prevented.

Celebrating suicide of people who don't follow your political views is incredibly bigoted. I used a far left person as an example being I would consider myself right wing. I don't put my political views and blame things on society needing to change so they didn't have to become so far left as we would already be left enough for them. I value it as human life and no one on either side of the spectrum should go so far as to end their own life on purpose and then be used as a piece of propaganda by the other side for why we need to adopt their radical ideology so this stops happening.

The argument that a former neo-Nazi can become radicalized again leads me to the point that I can't be sure that tomorrow you won't all become Nazis, and therefore I need to start a preventive war against everyone.

I do not believe in celebrating death and I believe that love towards family and friends should exceed ideological animus in almost every instance. There are a handful of exceptions that come to mind, but, in general, I don't think you should disavow family or friends simply because their politics or ideologies suck.

This is a message, it goes without saying, to all supporters of Donald Trump, the manosphere in general, and any other right wing authoritarian parties or politicians in the west, but also to all of the following people:

Supporters of theocratic extremism (whether it is Islamism, Christian nationalism or Jewish supremacy); anti-choice anti-feminists; QAnon style conspiracy theorists; Bernie bros who voted for Trump because Hillary Clinton was the democratic candidate; people who voted for Trump to piss off Harris because she was deemed worthy of punishment for being the VP after October 7’s aftermath; those who denied that the insurrection was an issue or a deliberate attempt to destroy democracy; haters of immigrants whether legal or undocumented; anti-mask anti-vaxxers who hated Biden despite Trump being the one to both mess up the initial stages of the response as well as actually roll out the vaccine; climate change denialists or other anti woke crusaders; ethnic minority voters who chose Trump because they rejected “identity politics”; working class individuals who enabled a billionaire to grossly increase your national debt while giving tax cuts to the super rich (for a second time)… I could go on and on, but you get the gist.

The message is this, and it is in light of basically everything, but in particular of the Iran war.

You were wrong. You were, and are, entirely wrong about everything. You have hurt yourselves in your confusion. You have ushered in fascism, whether consciously or unconsciously, and yes, it is evil. Many of you have claimed to be proponents of Western civilisation, trying to save it. Instead, you are destroying it. Human rights, the values of the enlightenment, the Breton Woods world order, and liberal democracy are the foundation of Western civilisation. You have been wrong about everything, you are failing your ancestors and fellow citizens, and you are destroying the West and the world. The so-called “politicians” you idolise are charlatans who do not care about you and in many cases openly admit that. You were warned, repeatedly and constantly. Those of you who are American will be lucky to even see another chance at an election in order to attempt to right your wrongs.

For those of you who continue regardless to support this lunacy, it is time for you to wake up, and fast. If you don’t, and you continue to support that demented, disgusting animal or any figure who endorsed any of his views whatsoever, then you deserve to be drafted and sent to the front lines in the Middle East to die for Israel, not only because it is incumbent upon you to solve the problem you had a hand in creating, but also because societies in the West would eventually actually become immeasurably better without your input.

While it is true that politicians as a type are not to be trusted, some are vastly more competent and diligent than others at performing their role, with Trump and Truss and other right wing zealot fantasists either being incredibly incompetent or incredibly malevolent. In politics where it is about outcomes, the intention does not even matter. The fact is that right wing thought as evidenced by Truss is nonsense, and right wing people as evidenced by their idolisation of Trump are given to believing nonsense.

The world order might have been collapsing in slow motion for a while now, but it could have been salvaged and there was at least a facade of respect for international norms under Biden compared to under Trump, both times. Not only is Iran his fault because he launched the war in this term, but it is also his fault for ripping up the JCPoA in his first term. So any Trump supporters who are now aghast that he actually went to war in Iran with all the stupidity that entailed would have been aghast when he pulled out of the JCPoA had they either been competent at imaging the natural consequences of decisions, or willing to overlook their own ideology in favour of seeking basic competence in a leader.

I am absolutely staggered that anyone could seriously come into these forums and react to the suicide of a former friend with the position 'it's one less person of ideology X, and that's a plus'. *** 1-week ban for trolling and baiting ***. Your existing forum record has been taken into consideration. I acknowledge you've only had one ban since June or July last year, but the last two actions against you were both 3-day bans.

Make no mistake, this ban is not in any way, shape, or form, a defence of Nazism. It's an abhorrent ideology. But nor will we have people coming in here to gloat over a suicide on the basis of the deceased's ideology.

It's only partially evil

There are points of history where fascism was a necessary force and times where it was bad. Nazi Germany was the latter. While at the start it was under the cause of regaining power in the end it ended up being a racist mess

It can be done right but it never is (and it shouldn't be permanent)
