this is a British politics thread, not Israel bad thread. They aren't teaching it in ireland, not even in north Ireland, which again isn't UK politics, because it is a useless language that small fringe groups demanded be brought back from extinction for little reason other then "heritage." People learn it to graduate and then forget it. there is islamophobia because they let in millions of Muslims on indefinite stay from war torn countries at one point during the Arab spring and they still haven't gone home and they are rightfully upset. you have a good idea of exaggeration of things to suit your needs. great straw man I must admit.

OK then.

So let's talk about the Met Police relitigating the Bob Vylan investigation despite being told there was no case to answer because they cannot allow public criticism of the Israeli government.

you keep bringing that up, 60,000 is a fucking large number of a gene pool bro. animals being brought back from extincintion have gene pool sizes in the double digits, that are already inbred. if half of them don't bred the half that don't together to get a new gen of different DNA and with mix with that other dog. They clearly are well enough to live and re produce. People still get pugs even though they are a freak of nature and deserve to die because their genetics are more cooked then this. with responsible breeding this is very easy to turn around, which I have given and proposed solutions that you have dismissed.

"Starting about 7,000 years ago, something weird seems to have happened to men: Over the next two millennia, recent studies suggest, their genetic diversity – specifically, the diversity of their Y chromosomes – collapsed. So extreme was that collapse that it was as if there were only one man left to mate for every 17 women."
https://news.stanford.edu/stories/2018/05/war-clan-structure-explain-odd-biological-event

We survived with a 95% taper, why can't this dog with a 50% one, and we know about proper eugenics as well!

I'm not going to get into the discussion of XL bullies; that's not a topic I have much interest in.

However, the comparison here is flawed because you've misunderstood the palaeoanthropology of the Neolithic Y-chromosome bottleneck. Recent analysis suggests that the bottleneck was caused by a cultural shift from hunter gatherer societies to farming communities. Males in the latter were simply more simply more successful in passing on genetic material than the former. Also note that the Neolithic Y-chromosome bottleneck doesn't mean that human males were suddenly reduced to only a couple of breeding specimens. There still would have been significant numbers of human males successfully reproducing with human females across a geographically widespread area; it's just that one subgroup was more successful than others. It's a completely different situation than the one Notorious Mad Jack is outlining.

A far more serious palaeonthropoligical bottleneck for hominids seems to have happened, incidentally, in the transition from austrolopithecenes to early hominids. The reasons for this are far more controversial than they are for the Neolithic Y-chromosome bottleneck, but at one point the hominid population may have fallen as low as c.2000 individuals, all in Africa.

For what it's worth, you would be better off using bison or hamsters to make your point. All current European bison are descended from just a couple of dozen individuals held in German parks (which is indeed causing some significant genetic problems for the species). The situation with North American bison is more complex, but see the Texas State Bison Herd (descended from just 5 individuals) and the Yellowstone National Bark herd (descended from 25 individuals); though in both cases external bison have since been introduced to help avoid exctinction. And hamsters? Every single domestic pet golden hamster is descended from a single female and litter found in Aleppo, Syria in 1930.

Ah ok, I was wondering about that, and that is pretty interesting about the bision and how they have made a small return. It is sad that they may not roam these great plans again.

Snipped his quote. Just fyi, Brass is a self-admitted fascist. There's no point in arguing with them, as they never will try to understand the other, socialist and communist perspective, or even that of other normal people.

Let it be said once more: the UK colonised a lot of Muslim countries and was directly responsible for the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians by Israel. Those Palestinians then fled to the UK.

Regardless of whether one doesn't want Muslims in the UK, it is thus: one must criticise Israel's far-right settler apartheid and the British politicians responsible for Sykes-Picot. Those were a large factor in creating the current conflicts in the Middle East, and set the stage for humans having to flee their homes to find a safe place in the West.

I'm no fan of the met police or any restrictions on free speech (at all) but when they receive new potentially criminal allegations they do have to investigate. That's part of their job. They can't just go 'oh these are quite similar we won't bother,' they've got to treat them as new allegations. I would personally prefer there to be nothing to investigate because so-called 'hate speech' wouldn't be against the law but sadly I'm not in government.

Fascism, segregationists and other racists rely on binding the out-group to rules that do not bind the inner group, while rules are claimed to apply to everybody.

See: Israeli settler apartheid. Or homo- and transphobia. Or the erasure of Irish language teaching. Or anti-women's rights terror cells.
Or the rampant islamophobia (again, fostered by the apartheid state) and a lack of socioeconomic equality for all residents of Britain.

This is human nature, human nature is adamant on protecting your own people and ensuring they thrive in the long term.
LGBTQ is completely unacceptable not only on religious grounds but in the way it destroys the integrity of these particular groups.
In Christian nations, islam should be limited to private practice. Again, islamophobia is not an actual word.

I'll ignore the first part, because while I disagree fundamentally with how you interpret those words, that doesn't mean that the words themselves are wrong.

But on this, explain how that is true.

In Christian nations, islam should be limited to private practice. Again, islamophobia is not an actual word.

Islamophobia is in the Oxford English Dictionary and Merriam-Webster's English Dictionary, the two most authoritative dictionaries on the English language, so far as the English language is concerned it is absolutely a real word.

Homosexuals can be free to do what they want in their private lives; I do not care. But it is when they do things in public that it is deeply unsettling and disturbing. I find it uncanny, and many others do as well. Not to mention its obsession with indoctrinating the education system.

Injuries, blown tyres and repair bills - frustration over 'spike' in potholes

While the article itself is Wales-centric this is something I've noticed a lot round my way too, to the point where I'm worried there's either going to be a crash because someone hit one or because of the evasive action they had to take to avoid them.

Maybe if councils spent less money on flags and more money on road repairs we wouldn't be in this mess.

It's been a problem in my non-flag shagging area for about half a decade, so I'm not sure flags are the problem here.

The problem here is that councils have been increasingly asked to do more stuff for less money over the last 16 years.

So entertaining you don't have an audience south of Warrington or north of York. Mass appeal sport right now. Actual working class sports are played across the country, not just in one area.
