DESIRING, a peaceful world free from intimidation.
WITNESSING, the flagrant abuse of global harmony by the Commonwealth of Valinfort.
RECOGNIZING, the Commonwealth of Valinfort’s possession of Weapons of Mass Destruction poses an intolerable risk to global harmony.

1. The Representative from Commonwealth of Valinfort is immediately censured by this body under Article 4, Section 3 of WF003.
2. The Commonwealth of Valinfort will immediately cease and desist from all developments and deployment of Weapons of Mass Destruction.
3. The Commonwealth of Valinfort will immediately begin dismantling their entire stockpile of Weapons of Mass destruction.
- To ensure compliance with this resolution, the Commonwealth of Valinfort will allow third party representatives and agents appointed by the World Forum to oversee disarmament.
- The Commonwealth of Valinfort will not bring any harm or unjust imprisonment to WF appointees while they carry out their mission.

Would a neutral party be needed if accusations of breaches of the proposal are made by two differing sides of a conflict?"

"The Cooperation finds issue within section 6 B of the request. The main reason being relevancy to the matter of compensation over the deaths of Chekt Sailors as well as the fact no such entity has been proven to exist as an actual state let alone to deserve the recognition of this assembly. Past the confusion within 6 B the Cooperation sees no issue with the bill but will not move to second it at the current time."

To address concerns brought up by the Way Sun Cooperation and others. Section 6 B will not be removed, recognizing that the agreement to pay the reparations is at least a de facto recognition of the Lost Boroughs. Neo Metropol is unlikely to consider changing their position over a distinction between de facto and de jure. In the interest of transparency, I have included a map showcasing the exact location of the IIRN Bessemer at the time of the attack. (fig 1) Others have questioned the validity of the claim of the Lost Boroughs existing, but we have a mountain of evidence. (Fig 2, 3, 4)

If necessary, aid could also be provided to the victimized people of warcrimes to ensure stability and reconstruction and growth.”
