PORT FUKUOKA | In our first major defensive showing since June when we crushed raiders 172 to 120-something (LDF also leading in turnout then), raiders pulled out all the stops. Using a sleeper that obtained the delegacy five days before they started piling, they had five border control officers. They had an update bend. They saw Lone Wolves United return to their fold, unsurprisingly. What did this get them?

Countered with ease, allowing defenders to pour 169 jumpers into the region, the LDF being the most numerous organization. Congratulations to newly-minted Lieutenant Entropan in particular, who aided in training efforts. The effort ended with 132 verified endorsements, beating raiders by 44 - a lead that constituted half of the entire raider pile.

A completely embarassing showing from shells of regions that stand for nothing but inflicting torment on others for their own amusement. A weak showing from their so-called leadership, bringing about a historic low for raiderdom since 2021.

71 antifascist heroes from the League's Defense Forces & allies jumped on the largest raid jump of 2025, completely annihilating the target.

PORT FUKUOKA | I really don't know what to say. Yesterday, the diligent and ever-watching eyes of the recently commended Anjan Kloss came across New Welgard - a frontier colony of KAISERREICH, who was well aware of their reputation on the site for willingly associating itself with a variety of bigoted and hateful communities of a variety of sizes. Some of these openly house fascists, neoconfederates, and similar ilk whose behaviour KAISERREICH tolerates. Some of them openly refuse to accept people's identities, and the basic fact that trans rights are human rights - and KAISERREICH knows this, as these were directly said in their own communication channels.

So it was baffling that KAISERREICH, knowing good and well that those who associate with hate are not welcome to set up frontiers, decided to set up a frontier. Now, I have to give it to them, they really tried to hide this one because they knew what the consequences of their actions are. They didn't build any embassies with New Welgard. They avoided mentioning the colony on their regional message board. They didn't publicly announce the establishment or the official launch of their frontier project.

When we set our eyes on something, we don't back down. Tonight, we were able to convince 71 of our own to set aside their Thursday night (or early Friday morning) to join us in this endeavour. With our eyes set on the imperialist citadel of New Welgard and our armies readied to cross the Rhine, we made our move. Encircling their city was The League's Defense Forces and allied support from the Radiant Inquisition of Perdition, The West Pacific Armed Forces, the Europeian Republican Navy, Frontierist Special Brigade, the Outback Bushrangers, Galactic Armada of Starlight, Liberlandia, and The Red Fleet

But they knew this was coming, believe it or not. Proclaiming themselves as an "Eternal Empire", they claimed that "New Welgard is under constant assault from our enemies." I have never seen a more short-lived assault, actually, nor have I seen such a swift collapse of an Eternal Empire. The presence of the "Reichsbank" in New Welgard is no more, with our forces seizing all imperialist assets operating in the city. Their latest newspaper declared that there was "a new political order in KAISERREICH" 22 days ago, prophetically predicting our triumphant arrival.

The "Eternal Empire's" rule of New Welgard was not, in fact, eternal - the Lord Mayor has fled, and our antifascist coalition will hold the city for the rest of its existence.

DAR AL ISLAM ANNEXED BY LDF

"Every last scrap hunted down"

Successor region to Islamic States - conquered in 2023 by an LDF-led coalition - taken as a possession of The League's Defense Forces

PORT FUKUOKA | In February 2022, a player named Jawi entered Raider Unity as the creator of Islamic States. Prior to this Jawi had primarily engaged in military gameplay through Genua (which he dubiously claimed to have been infiltrating). During this time he had his first encounter with The League's Defense Forces, in October 2021, when he led an effort under his Genua name, "Regnum", to return control of Army of Freedom to the Republic of Conservative Nations prior to the LDF leading a 50-endorsement intervention to occupy the region.

Islamic States as a region entered Raider Unity during the raid of The Mystical Council, which saw the native community completely displaced. They were considered important enough to the raider fold to add to the Suspicious World Factbook Entry, later invading Christmas and The Grand Empire of Tazann, among others. Their final invasion took place in Sunland, where they supported Malice until the LDF intercepted raiders' attempt to refound the region.

When Jawi was puppetswept in May 2023 for large-scale WA cheating, our killer instincts kicked in. We dismantled Islamic States' multi-region expanse including in Islamic Army, Tentara Islam Indonesia, Islamic Defense Pact, and Indonesia itself (40e TGW-led occupation).

When the region went founderless, a resident named Sheik/Shayk reached out to the LDF to attempt to persuade us not to raid it. He claimed to have never been involved in the raiding component of the region despite being listed as the region's Army Commander and having personally signed the region's treaty with the Brotherhood of Malice. When we declined his requests to not invade the region, he declared his plans to "wage eternal war on [our] ilk" and that it was necessary "to fight [us] everywhere and anywhere"...

During the proper invasion of Islamic States itself, the LDF led a 120+ endorsement invasion which included over 50 members of The League & Concord. With the region razed, Shayk established Dar al Islam and Malice transferred their treaty/relations to this successor region (indeed, Malice being the only region Dar al Islam ever had embassies with). It withered, never waging the "eternal war" we were promised, and eventually went Governorless this year. We mulled over another Security Council liberation to enable an invasion before realizing that three of the four remaining residents were General New Makasta, Quebecshire/Rhaza, and Nolrem/Raziel.

And with that, Dar al Islam joins its bretheren.

Article I - Mutual Recognition

The Luminous Triarchy of Starlight recognizes only the legitimate government of The League & Concord as determined by the Constitution of the Republic.
The League & Concord recognizes the Triune Circle of the Luminous Triarchy of Starlight, and any legally designated successor, as the sole legitimate government of Starlight.

Article II - Military Cooperation

1. The signatories agree to provide military defense and support for each other’s legitimate government, as well as any legally recognized territories or protected regions, upon request. Under no circumstance will a signatory provide aid (either tangible or intangible) to any aggressor acting against the legitimate government of a signatory or any of its territories.
2. The signatories will share any intelligence relating to each other’s security, and are encouraged to share other intelligence when prudent.
3. The signatories will refrain from engaging in clandestine operations, espionage, or other forms of spying against each other.
4. The signatories shall aid each other in delegacy transitions when requested.
5. The signatories will engage in military cooperation when deemed practical and mutually beneficial.

Article III - Cultural Cooperation

1. The signatories declare their shared commitment to Rocket Bot Royale.
2. The signatories shall endeavor to host joint cultural events or festivals when deemed practical and mutually beneficial.
3. The signatories shall invite each other to their respective cultural events.
4. When hosting cultural events, sanctioned groups determined by both signatories shall be excluded from participation.

Article IV - World Assembly Collaboration

1. The signatories will endeavor to support each other in the World Assembly when it is mutually beneficial.
2. The signatories are compelled to support proposals authored or co-authored by each other’s members, except when in contradiction of other binding agreements or when opposed to the interests of the signatory.

Article V. Ratification and Withdrawal

1. This treaty will be considered in effect upon ratification by both signatories according to their internal traditions and customs.
2. This treaty may be amended by mutual consent from both signatories, and any amendments will be considered in effect once ratified by both signatories.
3. Either signatory may withdraw from this treaty and nullify its agreements in compliance with their internal traditions and customs. In the event of a withdrawal, the signatory is encouraged to inform the other of its withdrawal in a timely manner.

Withdrawal from the Francograd–Merrimack Agreement

Following the release of an Information Disclosure regarding The Outback from our treaty allies in the Plains of Perdition, the Consulate has found it necessary to reevaluate the standing of the Francograd-Merrimack Agreement, or our bilateral non-aggression pact with the New Pacific Order. The Francograd-Merrimack Agreement was signed in early 2023 before the launch of the Frontiers update to facilitate cooperation between TL&C and the NPO on matters such as intelligence sharing, the World Assembly, and communal cultural activities.

The Francograd-Merrimack Agreement was first put into question on 30 March, after TL&C and a select few partners received logs pertaining to attempts to reach a peace deal between The North Pacific and the Brotherhood of Malice. These "peace talks" were driven by Xoriet, the then-Empress of the New Pacific Order, as a supposedly private dealing. These talks contained rhetoric demeaning defenders as "parasitic existences that leech off GCRs" [Xoriet] as well as attempts by Xoriet to get TNP to cut off defender allies, with BoM's negotiators openly stating that TNP's treaties with defenders would be "the next dominoes to fall." After reviewing these logs, we entered into talks with the New Pacific Order regarding the conduct of Empress Xoriet and her attempts to get a GCR to exit mutual protection agreements with TL&C and other defender regions.

One of the first things that were stated during these talks was that Xoriet's efforts to pressure TNP was exclusively a "Xoriet project" and was behavior that the New Pacific Order a) was not aware of and b) did not condone. A similar version of this excuse was shared by the Augustin Alliance within a 13 April statement that claimed that their involvement was the result of being "misled" and that she just "[became] aware that something deeply troubling has taken place." Going back to the BoM-TNP talks driven by Xoriet, we were willing to exit talks after the NPO agreed to a statement condemning Xoriet's conduct. However, the recent Information Disclosure regarding The Outback revealed immensely troubling conduct from the New Pacific Order itself, and contradicts several things we were told.

For example, during our bilateral talks with the NPO, we were told by the current Empress, Marinas Island, that 'The terms "raider" and "defender" are intentionally not in [the interests of the NPO]'. However, obtained logs show that their plan with TO involved a concentrated effort to drive TWP away from friendly defender communities, and further featured the New Pacific Order's Senator of Diplomatic Affairs casting doubts on Quebecshire's accomplished career as a defender while further brainstorming ways to exploit TWP internal politics to drive a wedge between them and defenders.

Most concerning, however, was how Perdition's Information Disclosure exposed Syberis' key lie that he "want[s] the NPO, and their allies, to be protected, secured, and largely left to do their own things." Throughout the 'Guardians of the Galaxy' group chat that coordinated the attempted coup of The Outback, the representatives of the NPO plotted possible ways to intervene in TWP's internal politics to create narratives about Varanius to support their coup efforts. The NPO's Senator of Diplomatic Affairs, Callisto, brainstormed ways to "control the narrative" such that they could then approach TWP's then-delegate Fujai about removing Varanius from his position. Callisto then speculated on ways to "build up "support within [TWP] to fight back against Vara." This conduct is particularly horrifying as it reveals how the NPO not only orchestrated an attempted coup of TO, but also sought to interfere in the internal politics of our friends in The West Pacific.

The Information Disclosure further revealed how the New Pacific Order actively planned to circumvent defense obligations to The Outback through the Pax Polaris Occidens, which treated allies of all signatories as "protected regions" through which an attack on a protected region would spark the mobilization of the Pax Polaris Occidens. It's evident that the New Pacific Order was heavily involved in a) coordinating and b) participating in the plans to apply military pressure to The Outback unless their rightful delegate, Bran, was replaced with the NPO's preferred candidate. The NPO rejected any notion that LWU was to blame for their coordinated efforts against TO, with Callisto stating that "All of us" (referring to the parties planning the coup) "are an important part of our mutual future, and the loss of one of us only serves to weaken the whole."

It's become clear that the New Pacific Order cannot be trusted, and will continue to interfere in the internal affairs of those it claims as "friends" and "allies" as long as it benefits their interests. As such, we will be placing an indefinite suspension on treaty obligations with the New Pacific Order and will be withdrawing from the Francograd–Merrimack Agreement, effective immediately.

The NPO’s problem is that their current leadership is not as talented or accomplished as their past ones. Really cannot see someone like Pierconium being caught out like this.
