Subject: Re: Delivery Coordination and Strategic Cooperation (Confirmation, Gratitude, and Strategic Alignment)

Dear Ms. Moritz,

We sincerely thank you for your detailed and enthusiastic response, which has been met with great satisfaction and excitement on our end. The confirmation of the delivery timeline, alongside the professional engagement shown by your logistics division, greatly reassures us.

We are pleased to hear of your positive view on the convoy planning and the ceremonial elements involved — the Border Guard indeed takes pride in such operations. We also appreciate your acknowledgment of the security measures and are grateful for your confidence in our logistical capabilities.

We welcome your invitation to Perigeln with full enthusiasm. Our Ministry of Research and Technology has already designated a specialist delegation to coordinate with your Scheduling Officer. We look forward to exploring your production lines, conducting test drives, and learning from your engineering expertise.

The acceptance of our training ground proposal is seen as a historic milestone in bilateral cooperation. Preparations have already begun on our side to support your Expeditionary Engineering Corps. The training ground shall symbolize mutual trust, military synergy, and our shared pursuit of technological excellence.

As for the future: our Defense Procurement Bureau has initiated planning sessions on the prospect of affiliate production and technological licensing. We eagerly await contact from your Strategic Partnerships Group to proceed with this promising venture.

With respect and readiness for continued cooperation,
Dawid Senyszyn

Temat: Re: Koordynacja dostaw i współpraca (Potwierdzenie, podziękowanie i strategiczna współpraca)

Szanowna Pani Moritz,

Z radością przyjmujemy zaproszenie do Perigeln.

Partnerstw Strategicznych, by przejść do dalszych etapów tej obiecującej współpracy.

Z wyrazami szacunku i gotowości do dalszej współpracy,
Dawid Senyszyn

Subject: Re: Delivery Coordination and Strategic Cooperation

Ambassador Senyszyn,

We extend our sincere thanks for your gracious message and for the clarity and commitment shown by your government in each step of this collaboration. The operational professionalism of the Skonfederowane Makroregiony continues to reflect an admirable blend of precision and resolve.

We acknowledge receipt of your specialist delegation from the Ministry of Research and Technology. Our Scheduling Officer is currently coordinating accommodations, facility access, and testing ground preparations at the Perigeln complex. All relevant systems will be made available for study and limited operation. Visitors are advised to keep all limbs within the vehicle during testing.

We are pleased to hear that ground preparations have already begun for the joint training range. Our Expeditionary Engineering Corps is mobilizing a forward planning unit that will arrive within the month to begin technical integration and layout construction. Bilateral signage and range protocol documents will be finalized during this phase.

Regarding your request for affiliate production rights: Koen War Trucks is prepared to grant a Level III Production License for the KMTP-220 platform to the Federation of Skonfederowane Makroregiony. This license includes:

• Domestic assembly and modification of KMTP-220 base platforms
• Access to upgrade module schematics
• Technical assistance from embedded Koen systems advisors
• Marking and livery autonomy for internal service differentiation

To support your projected long-term production, we have adjusted the license pricing as follows:

• License Fee: 75,000,000 NSD (one-time)
• Production Threshold: Covers up to 500 domestically assembled units
• Royalty Clause: Beginning with unit 501, a royalty of 25,000 NSD per vehicle is to be remitted to Koen War Trucks on a quarterly reporting basis

This structure ensures favorable upfront economics while maintaining technical stewardship and strategic continuity. The initial fee includes documentation, advisory support, and starter parts kits for 100 units. Royalties exceeding 500 units will support continued access to updates, diagnostics assistance, and priority upgrade certifications.

We consider this a mutually beneficial framework for sustainable development and a key milestone in our growing partnership.

Koen War Trucks remains committed to supporting the Federation of Skonfederowane Makroregiony through strength, speed, and an intentionally unshakable suspension system.

With respect and precision,

Koen War Trucks is honored to confirm the approval of your order for 38x KMRP-700/DOM “Dominion” Urban Suppression Vehicles, to be configured to your specified operational standards.

The following configuration has been approved:

• Armor Configuration: Standard KMRP-700/DOM protection suite

• Variants Authorized for Local Assembly: KMTP-220 base model, KMTP-220/M (Machine Gun Support), KMTP-220/C2D (Command & Control – Deployed), KMTP-220/Z (Special Forces Configuration), and KMTP-220/LOG (Logistics Support)

Szanowni państwo,

Potwierdzamy, iż konwój dotarł do Komendy Głównej straży granicznej bez szwanku.

(Dosłownie: Mogą państwo teraz dzięki naszym pracownikom mieć możliwość montażu systemów świetlnych i dźwiękowych).

Teraz informujemy, co następuje:

1. Chcemy złożyć kilka zamówień:

Komenda Główna Straży Pożarnej Skonfederowanych Makroregionów / Nadbryg. Wiktor Chmielewski

Żądany wariant(y): KMTP-220

Opcjonalne zestawy zbroi: (jeśli dotyczy) nie dotyczy
Opcjonalne ulepszenia / dodatki: nie dotyczy

Niestandardowe modyfikacje / prośby: ---

Kraj/Frakcja/Przedstawiciel:
Pluton Eskorty Skonfederowanych Makroregionów / por. Aleksander Wroński

Żądany wariant(y): KMTP-220/M
Ilość: 50

Komenda Główna Policji Skonfederowanych Makroregionów / gen. insp. Konrad Borowiecki

Żądany wariant(y): KMTP-220/M
Ilość: 50
Opcjonalne zestawy zbroi: (jeśli dotyczy) ---
Opcjonalne ulepszenia / dodatki: KMTP-E2, KMTP-E3, KMTP-E4

Niestandardowe modyfikacje / prośby: ---

---
---

Więcej zamówień nadejdzie w niedalekiej przyszłości – planujemy niedługo spory zakup do naszych sił zbrojnych.

- Przewodniczący delegacji - Ambasador relacji SM – KOEN (tel. +50 001 91 199 0001)
- Wiceprzewodniczący delegacji (tel. +50 001 91 199 0002)
- Delegat Kancelarii Prezydenta (tel. +50 001 91 199 0003)
- Delegat – Wiceminister Ministerstwa Technologi (tel. +50 001 91 199 0004)

- Delegat – Ekspert (tel. +50 001 91 199 0015)
- Delegat – Ekspert (tel. +50 001 91 199 0016)
UWAGA! - Numery telefonów (pomijając numer telefonu Ambasadora relacji SM – KOEN) wygasną 3 dni po zakończeniu pobytu delegacji w waszym państwie

Planowany czas pobytu delegacji w waszym państwie: 4 tygodnie.

Pozdrawiamy,
Ambasada relacji SM – KOEN

Dear all,

We confirm that the convoy arrived at the Border Guard Headquarters unscathed. The only event that caused a slight delay in the convoy on our side was a fire at an apartment in the city Pstrągów - the convoy was stopped and secured, and our fire engines were deployed to this fire. The drivers were accommodated for one night in a luxury hotel of the WAH chain. It took that long, because after the firefighting operation, the water supply had to be replenished (the nearest water reservoir permitted for firefighting operations was about 45 kilometers from where the convoy was stopped), which would guarantee the safe passage of the convoy. If you would like to receive a full report on the transport, please let us know.

We would also like to inquire whether it is possible to locate specialists in the installation of light and sound equipment at your factory. We think this is mutually beneficial, as we can also allocate their skills to other people's vehicles as well. (Literally: You can now have the ability to assemble light and sound systems thanks to our employees).

Now we inform you the following:

1. We want to place several orders:

Country/Faction/Representative:
Fire Headquarters of the Confederated Macroregions / Nadbryg. Wiktor Chmielewski.

Required variant(s): KMTP-220
Quantity: 10
Optional armor sets: (if applicable) not applicable
Optional upgrades / add-ons: not applicable
Partner systems: (e.g. UAV Gryphon, Vibrek Spotter Link, Stiglos missiles) not applicable
Custom modifications / requests: ---

Country/Faction/Representative:
Escort Platoon of the Confederated Macroregions / por. Aleksander Wroński

Requested variant(s): KMTP-220/M
Quantity: 50
Optional armor sets: (if applicable) ---

The planned duration of the delegation's stay in your country: 4 weeks.
We are looking forward to the completion of the training ground. The program for the event will be a surprise, but we can certainly inform you that there will be panels with the delegates. A detailed plan for the event will be announced closer to the date.
We also ask you to reserve 20 parking spaces (limousines (15) + police cars (5)) for the delegation at or near the factory (if any). Planned arrival: 11.08.2025, 12:00 p.m. The delegation has recently crossed the border, as indicated by you in the previous message. Congratulations on the rapid circulation of information in your country and please ensure the protection of the delegates. We thank you from mountain.

4. We want to introduce the Barvinek border crossing more broadly to avoid misunderstandings in the near future. We also intend to ask that when transporting vehicles, the route should always go through this very crossing and then through the State Vehicle Painting Station. We are pleased to announce that the construction of a modern, covered parking lot next to the crossing in Barwinek is underway. Thanks to it, the vehicles we have purchased will be able to wait there longer for transport across the country, and this means fewer convoys, which will improve conditions on our roads. Planned completion time: September 5
If you want to know more about the border crossing, please write.

Due to the departure of our president and related situations, we may write back with a delay in the near future, for which we are very sorry.

Greetings,
Embassy of SM - KOEN relations

We thank you for your detailed update and confirm receipt of your report regarding the safe arrival of the convoy at the Border Guard Headquarters. The firefighting diversion in Pstrągów has been noted, and we commend your quick action in ensuring public safety while maintaining the integrity of the shipment. Our drivers have expressed their appreciation for the accommodations and hospitality provided.

Regarding your inquiry about specialists in light and sound system installation: Koen War Trucks will dispatch a dedicated technical team to the Confederated Macroregions to work alongside your specialists. We confirm the delegation’s arrival on 11.08.2025 at 12:00 and have reserved 20 parking spaces (15 for limousines, 5 for police vehicles) within secured factory grounds. The four-week visit has been logged, and all listed delegates will be granted access in accordance with clearance levels.

The Barwinek border crossing will be set as the standard route for all deliveries, with direct transit to the State Vehicle Painting Station as requested. The planned covered parking area at the crossing is an excellent development, and our logistics division will integrate it into convoy planning upon completion.

We value the continued trust and partnership of the Confederated Macroregions. Koen War Trucks remains committed to delivering your orders with precision, on schedule, and with as few turret detachments as statistically possible.

Subject: Big offer for the army

Dear Madam,
On behalf of [name of the state / government / ministry], we kindly request the preparation of several offer variants regarding the supply of military equipment for our armed forces.
We would appreciate receiving offers that differ in scope, configuration, and level of equipment (for example: basic, extended, and full variants).

From: Koen War Trucks – Export Division
Subject: Order Confirmation – KMTP-220/M Machine Gun Support Vehicles

Koen War Trucks confirms receipt and approval of the procurement request submitted on behalf of The Commonwealth of Anteros. Your order has been reviewed by our Export Compliance, Production Scheduling, and Paint Application Committees, all of which survived the process intact.

We are pleased to confirm the following order:

Confirmed Order Details

• Variant: KMTP-220/M – Machine Gun Support
• Quantity: 100 units
• Armor Package: KMTP-A1 Basic Armor (cab plate + gunshield)
• Upgrade Package: KMTP-E1 “NightEye” (night-vision optics and IR illumination suite)
• Affiliate Systems: None requested
• Custom Modifications: Factory-applied gray digital camouflage armor finish

The requested gray digital camouflage will be applied during final assembly using Koen-standard low-reflectivity coatings suitable for mixed urban and field environments. While the pattern is optimized for concealment and uniformity, it does not render the vehicle invisible, stealth-capable, or immune to poor tactical decisions.

Production allocation has been scheduled, and assembly will commence in sequence with existing commitments. Delivery timelines, convoy routing options, and port or border clearance requirements will be transmitted via secure channel once initial production milestones are reached.

We acknowledge and reciprocate your liability statement. As standard policy, Koen War Trucks assumes no responsibility for battlefield losses, misfires, turret detachment, unregistered VBIED deployment, creative reinterpretations of “machine gun support,” or the sudden career changes of drivers who ignore the manual.

We appreciate the Commonwealth of Anteros’ confidence in the KMTP-220/M platform and look forward to supporting your operational requirements with durable systems, consistent output, and armor plates that remain attached in most climates.

With respect and precision,

Helena Moritz

Subject: Follow-Up Request – Force Profile and Procurement Parameters

We thank you for your message and for the confidence implied in requesting a comprehensive offer. Koen War Trucks would prefer to prepare a proposal tailored to the actual size, doctrine, and operating environment of your armed forces rather than rely on generalized package tiers.

To that end, we kindly request clarification on the following points:

  1. Force Size and Structure: Approximate total strength of the armed forces, major branches or formations, and intended allocation of vehicles across frontline, support, command, and training units.
  2. Operational Environment: Primary terrain and climate of deployment, expected mission profiles, and typical operational intensity.
  3. Capability Preferences: Desired balance between quantity and equipment level, importance of night-fighting, communications, and command-and-control assets, and expected service life.
  4. Armament and Doctrine: Standard weapon calibers in service, whether armament will be customer-supplied or sourced through Koen, and interest in future variant expansion.
  5. Industrial and Training Considerations: Interest in local maintenance, assembly, or licensing arrangements, as well as requirements for operator or maintenance training.
  6. Budgetary Framework: Indicative budget range, sensitivity to unit cost versus fleet size, and openness to volume-based or multi-year procurement terms.

Once these details are available, Koen War Trucks will prepare a focused offer including recommended configurations, pricing, delivery timelines, and cooperation terms aligned with your strategic priorities.

We look forward to your guidance and remain ready for continued cooperation.

Subject: Fuel Supply Framework – Required Specifications and Partnership Terms

Koen War Trucks appreciates Petrox Fuels’ initiative and the spirit of your proposal. A structured fuel partnership between two Greater Díenstadi industrial leaders presents clear strategic advantages in resilience, cost control, and operational integration. We are prepared to define the baseline parameters under which such a partnership may proceed.

The following standards represent minimum requirements for integration across our vehicle families and associated demonstration fleets.

I. Fuel Specifications

  • Primary Grade: Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD).
  • Cetane Rating: Minimum 51 cetane for standard deployment; 53+ preferred for cold-start optimization.
  • Sulfur Content: ≤10 ppm.
  • Cold Weather Variant: Arctic-blend diesel operable to −32°C without gelling; additive stabilization included.
  • Desert Variant: High-temperature stability blend rated for sustained operation at 50°C ambient conditions.
  • Additives: Lubricity enhancers and anti-microbial stabilization for long-duration storage (minimum 12 months tank stability).
  • Quality Assurance: Batch testing certificates required for all deliveries exceeding 250,000 liters.

II. Capacity and Coverage Requirements

  • Annual Baseline Volume: 80–150 million liters reserved production capacity for Koen manufacturing operations, domestic testing, and export staging.
  • Surge Capacity: Ability to increase supply by 40% within 90 days under contingency activation.
  • Geographic Coverage: Guaranteed distribution access across Greater Dienstad, including major ports and two designated forward export terminals.
  • Delivery Infrastructure: Dedicated bowser fleet co-branded for Koen demonstration and field support activities.
  • Strategic Storage: Maintenance of a rolling 60-day reserve buffer allocated specifically to Koen War Trucks.

III. Contingency and Continuity Provisions (Required)

  • Price Stabilization Mechanism: Discount indexed against a 12-month rolling benchmark with quarterly caps on upward variance.
  • Audit Rights: Koen War Trucks retains inspection and audit rights over storage, quality control, and reserve compliance.

IV. Equity Consideration

Any equity participation must be structured as non-dilutive preferred shares with dividend priority and a defined liquidity pathway within five years. Governance participation will be determined following financial due diligence.

Should Petrox confirm its ability to meet these baseline requirements, Koen War Trucks is prepared to proceed.

We look forward to advancing this discussion.

Subject: Preliminary Procurement Proposal – Fleet Modernization Program

Ambassador,

Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding. Your submission was received in full and has been reviewed by our combined staff.

After evaluating your force structure, operational environment, and modernization objectives, Koen War Trucks is pleased to confirm that our existing vehicle families align exceptionally well with your stated requirements. We recommend standardizing your tactical fleet around the KMTP-220 family, complemented by the KMRP-700 heavy MRAP series for missions requiring increased protection.

Maintaining common vehicle platforms across multiple mission profiles minimizes maintenance complexity, reduces spare parts inventories, simplifies operator and technician training, and significantly lowers long-term lifecycle costs.

Based on the information provided by your Ministry, our preliminary recommended fleet composition is as follows:

  • 35% KMTP-220: General utility, liaison, and light transport
  • 15% KMTP-220/LOG: Logistics, fuel, ammunition, and cargo transport
  • 10% KMTP-220/M: Convoy escort and heavy machine gun support
  • 8% KMTP-220/C2D: Command, control, communications, and tactical drone coordination
  • 6% KMRP-700/APC: Protected personnel carrier
  • 5% KMTP-220/AMB: Battlefield ambulance
  • 4% KMTP-220/A: Mobile anti-tank guided missile platform
  • 4% KMTP-220/MOR: Self-propelled mortar carrier
  • 3% KMTP-220/EW: Electronic warfare and counter-UAV platform
  • 3% KMRP-700/ENG: Combat engineering and EOD vehicle
  • 2% KMTP-220/T: Turreted direct fire support vehicle
  • 2% KMTP-220/AD: Missile-based short-range air defense platform
  • 1% KMTP-220/Z: Twin anti-aircraft autocannon platform
  • 1% KMTP-220/S: Long-range reconnaissance and sniper support vehicle
  • 1% KMRP-700/C2: Protected command vehicle

We anticipate modest adjustments to these proportions following discussions with your General Staff, particularly regarding the Strategic Escort Platoon and Special Forces, whose operational requirements may justify increased procurement of protected KMRP-700 platforms.

Given your emphasis on night operations and integrated command and control, Koen War Trucks further recommends equipping all frontline vehicles with the NightEye optical suite, TrackLink encrypted communications package, and SmartDash battlefield management system as standard equipment. This configuration provides a common operating picture across all formations while maximizing interoperability between combat, logistics, and command elements.

Due to the unprecedented scale of your modernization program, we recommend structuring procurement into four principal production phases over approximately ten to twelve years. This balances manufacturing capacity, personnel training, sustainment planning, and budgetary efficiency while allowing continuous modernization without disrupting operational readiness.

Each production phase would include:

  • Vehicle production and delivery
  • Operator and crew training
  • Maintenance certification for technical personnel
  • Initial spare parts and sustainment packages
  • On-site technical advisory support during fielding

Based on your decision to procure directly from Koen War Trucks rather than pursue licensed domestic production, we are prepared to dedicate manufacturing capacity at our Perigeln facilities exclusively for this program.

With respect to commercial terms, Koen War Trucks is prepared to offer the Federation preferred strategic partner pricing.

  • Catalog pricing will serve as the baseline for all vehicle variants.
  • Government volume discounts will be applied based on each production phase.
  • Pricing will be fixed for the duration of each production phase, protecting the Federation from annual market fluctuations.
  • Production slots will be reserved exclusively for the Federation upon contract execution.
  • Payment schedules may be structured by annual appropriations or by delivery milestones, according to your government's preference.

Upon acceptance of this preliminary framework, our commercial division will prepare the complete procurement package containing projected quantities by production phase, finalized commercial pricing, production schedules, delivery timelines, and lifecycle sustainment projections.

We appreciate the confidence your government has placed in Koen War Trucks and look forward to building what we believe will become one of the largest military vehicle modernization programs in modern history.

With respect,

Helena Moritz

Od: Ambasada Skonfederowanych Makroregionów – Relacje Koen
Temat: Wstępna odpowiedź na ofertę programu modernizacji floty

Wersja polska

Szanowna Pani Dyrektor,

Z satysfakcją przyjęliśmy przedstawioną propozycję standaryzacji naszej floty wokół rodziny pojazdów KMTP-220, uzupełnionej o platformy KMRP-700 przeznaczone do zadań wymagających zwiększonego poziomu ochrony.

  • wykorzystanie wspólnej platformy dla wielu wariantów pojazdów;
  • uwzględnienie potrzeb Strategicznego Plutonu Eskorty oraz Sił Specjalnych;
  • propozycję realizacji programu w czterech etapach;
  • gotowość do zarezerwowania mocy produkcyjnych dla naszego programu modernizacyjnego;
  • elastyczne warunki handlowe i możliwość zawarcia długoterminowej współpracy.

Na obecnym etapie jesteśmy gotowi kontynuować rozmowy w oparciu o przedstawione założenia.

Uprzejmie prosimy o przygotowanie pełnej oferty handlowej zawierającej:
  • proponowane ilości każdego wariantu pojazdu w poszczególnych etapach programu;
  • ceny jednostkowe oraz łączną wartość każdej fazy;
  • szczegółowy harmonogram produkcji i dostaw;
  • warunki gwarancji;
  • przewidywane koszty eksploatacji oraz wsparcia technicznego;

Z wyrazami szacunku,

Dear Director Moritz,

Thank you for preparing such a comprehensive preliminary proposal and for the time your team invested in evaluating the structure of our Armed Forces and our modernization program.

We are pleased to acknowledge your recommendation to standardize our tactical fleet around the KMTP-220 family, complemented by the KMRP-700 series for missions requiring enhanced protection. We also appreciate your assessment regarding simplified logistics, streamlined training, and reduced lifecycle costs achieved through common vehicle platforms.

Following an initial review conducted by our Ministry of Defence and General Staff, we consider your proposal to be an excellent foundation for further negotiations.

We particularly appreciate:
  • the use of a common platform across multiple vehicle variants;
  • the consideration given to the Strategic Escort Platoon and our Special Forces;
  • the proposed four-phase modernization program;
  • your willingness to reserve production capacity for our modernization effort;
  • the flexible commercial terms and long-term partnership opportunities.

At this stage, we are prepared to continue negotiations based on the framework you have presented.

We kindly request the preparation of a complete commercial proposal including:
  • the proposed quantities of each vehicle variant for every production phase;
  • unit prices and total value of each phase;
  • a detailed production and delivery schedule;
  • warranty conditions;
  • projected lifecycle support costs;
  • a detailed description of the proposed operator and maintenance training package.

We would also like to inform you that our General Staff is conducting its final assessment regarding the operational requirements of the Strategic Escort Platoon and the Special Forces. We do not rule out increasing the proportion of KMRP-700 protected platforms assigned to these formations if operational requirements justify such a decision.

Once again, thank you for your professionalism and commitment to this project. We look forward to receiving your detailed commercial proposal and hope this marks the beginning of a long-term and mutually beneficial partnership.

With highest regards,
