At least someone's honest about the material reality of Frontierism.
I think this kind of thing was inevitable when the ideology was written with such firm stances on terms with weak and malleable definitions. A "wasteland" essentially boils down to any region I want to destroy, and like...just be a raider at that point, IMO. Defenders only tolerate frontierism when it's espoused by regions who don't act much on the "destroying wastelands" part of the gig anyway.
There's a reason that frontierism's only consistent allies are independents. It's effectively just a more specific sect of indie, except with the built in argument about what qualifies as a "wasteland" that tears frontierists apart from one another.
