Why do naps give different effects than nighttime rest? Why isn't sleep just sleep?

Well there’s short sleep and long sleep。Why wouldn’t they give different effects after all？

The big thing here is duration of the sleep and that’s mostly why it gives different effects。

So if I only sleep for an hour tonight, do you think I'd wake up with a funny taste like with naps?

Cats are one of the best animals mother nature ever made. They're one of the best pets and they're also cute, at least depending on the cat breed. I once befriended a stray cat and me and my family also take care of it, but it is never to be seen again.

I, personally, love books. I think that they're awesome and I love them. My favorite things and most prized possessions are books. Even so, I understand why people might not like them and I'm totally ok with it. What I'm not okay with is people trying to say that nobody should enjoy books, or anything else that they like, just because they think that they're stupid. People enjoy what they wanna enjoy and they're not legally required to tell you why they enjoy a specific thing.
I also recognize that even if you don't like reading, you're gonna have to learn how to do it and be good at it in order to like, be a functioning human being in society. Reading's an important skill and you gotta know how to do it.

Cats are the animals of all time and I think that they're the best animals ever
