To Whom it May Concern,

it has become prudent to issue Proscription and Blacklist orders for the regions of The Walbard Union, The United Kingdom, and for a ban of one Carlisle Henry Arthur Tudor, Emperor of The Walbard Union.

This region has been incredibly hostile towards Britannia, and its Predecessor, New Chesapeake, for quite some time committing many crimes including, Attempted Poaching, Poaching, Slander, Harassment, and invasion.
Terms of This Proscription and Blacklist:

I ~ No Citizen of Britannia may hold dual citizenship in The Walbard Union, The United Kingdom or any of its territories.
II ~ Citizens have 48 hours to vacate Citizenship of The Walbard Union and its properties from the time of this Notice.
III ~ Should The Walbard Union attempt to further antagonize Britannia, Her Citizens, or partake in Hostile actions against Britannia, this shall be taken as an Act of War and we shall react accordingly.
IV ~ We implore our allies, current and future, to refrain from accepting relations from The Walbard Union, The United Kingdom, Emperor Carlisle the First, and his territories and any entity of these regions.
IV.I ~ Relations are considered to be Consulates, Embassies, or Treaties.
V ~ Should a Citizen be found to hold citizenship in The Walbard Union, The United Kingdom or its entities, they shall be asked to resign citizenship of the Proscribed Region(s).
V.I ~ If they do not do so, they shall be considered Persona Non Grata in Britannia, and be dealt with as such.
VI ~ Should Emperor Carlisle contact a member of Britannia, the member shall be asked to report this contact to the Proper Officials.
VII ~ The Individual known as Carlisle Arthur Henry Tudor is considered Persona Non Grata in the Kingdom of Britannia.
VIII ~ The Individual known as Cobi Grey is considered Persona Non Grata in the Kingdom of Britannia.
IX ~ The Individual known as Caroline Tudor is considered Persona Non Grata in the Kingdom of Britannia.
X ~ The Individual known as Miles Roxborough is considered Persona Non Grata in the Kingdom of Britannia.
XI ~ Allies, current and future, are encouraged to make individuals mentioned in VII-X Persona Non Grata in their Respective Regions.
XII ~ Should an Individual mentioned in VII-X attempt to contact a Citizen of Britannia, said citizen is encouraged to report the instance to the proper officials.
XIII ~ Should a Citizen of The Walbard Union or The United Kingdom wish to obtain citizenship in the Kingdom of Britannia, said citizen shall resign citizenship of the Proscribed region(s) and pledge loyalty to the Britannic Crown and Government.
XIV ~ Any potential Citizen seeking citizenship of Britannia, being a former Citizen of Walbard or The United Kingdom, must be supported by an individual in good standing with the Government and Crown of The Kingdom of Britannia.

Walbard poached and invaded us and has been very hostile. Carlisle is also a dangerous individual, allying with regions known to harbour fascists, enemies of state, and other malicious individuals

Considering its their own Emperor who has been the main catalyst to these claims, and having experienced them myself, we have not.

I would suggest separating the IC and OOC reasons into two separate bans, then. Even if it’s more work, keeping them separate is important.

We'll be working on an OOC ban for the server, but, this is the best I can do for now. It's important that we have dealt with them in the calmest way possible so far. We do not wish to result to war if we can help it of course.

Hello All!

Anastasia here again, since my last update we had dipped down to 75 nations in February, but have since grown to over over 120 nations. we have grown from 13 endorsements on our delegate to 30 endorsements. It is my pleasure to say that We Are The Fastest Growing Region within the Anglosphere. Over the past month alone we have accrued almost 50 nations and brought the delegate from 18 endorsements to an all time high of 32 endorsements!

For Foreign Affairs, I am happy to say that we have opened embassies with Narnia, Cape of Good Hope, Lands End, RGBN, and Sophia.
Furthermore, we have established a consulate with Saint Osmund.
It is our hope that these relations will lead to the strengthening of Britannia's Presence on NationStates!

Earlier today, our ally, Sophia, fell victim to an unprovoked and coordinated raid orchestrated by the combined forces of The Brotherhood of Malice, Lair of the Dragon, The Black Hawks, Sparkalia, Kantrias, Osiris, and the Purple Pony Club.
