Turning over a rock to reveal the reptilian nation of Spode Humbled Minions (Spode), which hatched into existence in 2016 and became an unwavering example of loyalty, service, and dedication to their home community of The League (including its predecessor region) and Concord, a staple of regional leadership since their earlier years,

Praising the initiative Spode took in opposition to the United Conservative Nations (UCN) in 2018, a fascist region with aggressive tendencies. Due to Spode’s establishment of a government-adjacent platform that infiltrated and subverted the region over several months, The League was eventually able to destroy the region’s government and refound the UCN, facilitated in part by Spode's infiltration and destabilization of the region as Citarkle alongside other operatives in the region,

Admiring Spode’s tenure as Director of Foreign Affairs for The League, a position they were appointed to in a time of need following Creeperopolis’ ascension to the Consulate. As Director, Spode was critical to the cultivation of The League’s modern foreign policy by:

• Pursuing the re-normalization of relations with The Union of Democratic States after a period of separation, brokering the re-opening of embassies and ultimately culminating in the ratification of the Union-Town Madison Convention after their tenure as Director (which Spode in-part negotiated),
  
  
• Overseeing the ratification of the Franconia-Chiremba Accords with The Free Nations Region, reigniting a historic alliance between two regions with mutual defender ideals,
  
  
• Spearheading the political response to an attempted attack on The League’s allies in Warzone Sandbox in December 2021, resulting in the legal proscription of the organizations responsible for the attempt and the passage of the Golden Eagle Pact, a treaty that enshrined The League’s commitment to supporting Warzone Sandbox’s government,

Monitoring Spode’s progress since their resignation as Director of Foreign Affairs — unable to escape their enclosure of service, Spode was appointed Executive Advisor, a position created specifically for them in which they mentored their successor as Director (Tirol) and helped The League gracefully navigate through a public breakdown of relations with The Communist Bloc and other crises during 2022’s political turbulence and shifts, leading to much closer relationships between The League and assorted Independent regions such as Europeia and Balder,

Recalling that after Concord’s former founder was disgraced, the region was conquered and revitalized by The League. When the region was opened, Spode was appointed WA Delegate via the proxy nation Mechanocracy, placing them in a role of extreme trust and importance for Concord’s future, in which they:

• Diligently worked to grow Concord and its delegacy, eventually surpassing 150 endorsements and maintaining that number steadily despite global downturns and frequent military deployments involving Concordians,
  
  
• Created a system for mapping and organizing the lore of nations throughout Concord, especially those with limited communications ability,
  
  
• Served a founding member of the Domestic Security Bureau alongside the Consulate and Concord’s Vice-Delegates, working to protect The League & Concord from subversion and aiding Fort Concord in mapping out procedures in anticipation of transitioning Concord to a frontier status,
  
  
• Became an early transitional Frontier WA Delegate, a feat only possible by their role in intense preparation for that process in Concord, and requiring them to fill a much more active role in security and order in the region,

Exalting the pursuits of the Concord Technologies Institute, established by Spode. The institute’s projects have greatly improved its community’s self-sufficiency, with projects of note being:

• Forum Monitor, which streamlined inter-platform communication in The League & Concord, allowing for improved bureaucratic function,
  
  
• Data Anole, the technology behind the semi-automated Guardsmen and Ranger programs in their home regions, strengthening WA participation and regional security, and exporting the technology to allied regions seeking to improve infrastructure,

Cheering that after years of extensive contribution, Spode at long last ascended to the role of Consul of the Republic, the highest post in The League & Concord. In this role Spode continued to be an unambiguously positive force early in their tenure by helping revive the tradition of bi-weekly addresses and overhauling regional resources to help integrate new nations into their community,

Surmising that Spode has been a dutiful servant to their community, exhibiting a level of dedication and credibility seldom found throughout the multiverse, especially over such a long period of service,

Hereby commends Spode Humbled Minions.

Recognizing that Carcassonne is a relatively new region, founded April 17th 2023 to be a Frontier by members of Taijitu, seeking to build a secure and prosperous democratic Frontier with a vibrant culture of sharing and developing stories,

Observing that Carcassonne, as a Frontier, is potentially vulnerable to invasion, and that should it be invaded there is no guarantee the Security Council could pass an Injunction resolution fast enough to ensure it does not become the invaders’ trophy region,

Stating that the native nations of Carcassonne wish for the region to remain as a Frontier, and not become the property of an unfettered Governor, foreign or domestic, the citizens having unanimously chosen to transition the region to Frontier status prior to adopting the region’s constitution which is designed for a Frontier region,

Expecting that Carcassonne has the capacity to maintain its own long-term security without a Governor through its active efforts to have both widely-distributed endorsements generally and a select group of trusted members to hold even more endorsements,

Hereby injuncts Carcassonne, preventing it from losing Frontier status.

The Security Council,

Knowing that the region Yessssss was refounded on 15 August 2023 by nefarious forces, despite the great efforts of Defenders and natives to restore the legitimate government.

Determining that once the region was refounded it ceased to exist, another region was erected with the same name, and despite the similarity is not the same region.

Commiserating the displaced natives of the former region who were forced to find a new home.

Noting that the target resolution, while well-written and composed with benevolent intentions, targets a region that no longer exists and is, therefore, redundant.

Believing that the target resolution should no longer have the force of law, as it targets a region merely because of a similar name.

Hereby Repeals SC#463: Liberate Yessssss.

Understanding the threat that has befallen the Wellspring in this new era, their state as a Frontier leaving them open to the pressing threat of a hostile governor transition, a particularly pressing peril given the vulturine menaces casting their shadows over the Wellspring and their allies,

Knowing that the music of a nation is integral to the intrinsic cultural heritage of that nation, and that all nations hold the music which they have come to know and love as paramount to their cultural identity, for the world would be a drab, dreary, and colorless place if music did not abound in it,

Asserting that the stupendous nation of Kalosia has been a groundbreaking influence in sharing their well-crafted music with the world, enriching the lives of millions through song, dance, and the sacred art of putting on a good show, being heavily involved with the international music community since 2012,

Showcasing Kalosia's participation in the hallowed venues of the WorldVision Song Contest and World Hit Festival, in which Kalosian music has delighted, awed, and inspired the international audience, including:

• Kalosia’s first foray into the WorldVision Song Contest (WV) at the time when the now-famous competition was in its earlier years during the 21st edition, while Kalosia used the exonym of Mediterra, with a strong debut with Leona’s "Förajna", beginning a longstanding commitment to WV.
  
  
• Kalosia’s entry in World Hit Festival (WHF) 12, the very first time competing under the more fitting name of Kalosia with Anda Kaulhari’s Benšë ja Kañat, a song about the struggle to change and how it affects those around you, notable due to Anda's costume, a dress in the colors of the Kalosian flag, which juxtaposed the eccentric choreography with an ironic sense of formality, adding a degree of humor to the competition that cemented any reference to it as an inside joke within the festival.
  
  
• During WV 52, hosted in the beautiful city of Langtree, Mercedini, where Kalosia brought the girlband EVE to perform the song “Living”, a frustratingly catchy and compellingly poignant piece of pop music that sings about what it means to be alive and how remarkable the privilege of being alive is, a tune which would go on to claim a landslide victory in the competition and is widely regarded as one of the best songs Kalosia has brought to the table.
  
  
• The dazzling entry Kalosia had prepared for WV 42, where Lucia Edin performed the song “Goodbye to Yesterday”, a showstopping number composed with a full and live orchestra to compliment a melancholic piece about how to move on from the hurt one’s experiences and to put them in the past, filled with memorable moments practically made to be quoted for ages to come.

Acknowledging Kalosia’s times hosting WorldVision, such as their stellar performance in WV 50, where Ruslan Ǧamal opened with the insightful and humorous metacommentary on the nature of WorldVision “Who Will Get 12 Points?”, exploring the variety of music the competition has seen and all the potential winners, the perfect opening song to match the high-energy competition of that edition, with many battling for the honor of winning the 50th edition of WV,

Celebrating the fact that Kalosia also hosted the centennial edition of WV in the sparkling waterside city of Monterra, an honor that was not taken lightly by the Kalosian delegation to the contest, where Kalosia performed the song “Tonight Tonight” by Dafne Maržanu, a song that focused on the magical night that was the 100th WorldVision song contest, capturing the moments that made the competition so great in the first place,

Revering how Kalosia stepped up to become the Overseer of the WHF, a position that serves to administer the competition and make sure that it remains a fun, fair place for nations to showcase their unique musical culture, which Kalosia held from 2014-2017, implementing, among other things, the drafting room, which would allow contestants to have their songs reviewed thoroughly before presenting them, embodying the ethos of the overseer position and being often considered the greatest to have ever held the post,

Highlighting Kalosia’s trailblazing work in co-founding the International Broadcasting Association (IBA) alongside Achaean Republic, Britonisea, Malta Comino Gozo, Todlichebujoku and Natanya, which gathers countries that participate in song contests to promote high-quality television for all people to enjoy, an organization which holds vast cultural relevance to this day, networking a fragmented community of music aficionados into an international alliance for all types of broadcasting, and has only been able to do this by persistent and capable management by Kalosia,

Exalting Kalosia as a driving force behind the music world as a whole, showing unprecedented persistence in taking the simple idea of sharing a nation’s music with the whole world in a fun and entertaining format, and transforming it into a worldwide phenomenon that has built an international community around nothing but the joy of music,

Introducing the region of Serovski Mir 2022, whose nations and government have gained infamy for their problematic and toxic actions towards other nations, as well as their sympathy towards fascist viewpoints, which this most august body has already affirmed its stance against in resolutions such as SC#358,

Observing the events of January 17th, 2024, during which the region’s governor Federal Republic of Serov first attempted to force this world’s highest authorities into permanently annihilating them, and then subsequently locking the region behind an unknown and undecipherable barrier before departing this realm forever,

Appalled that the regional administration, rather than condemn their founder’s crimes, continues to exalt them as a ‘friend’, mourning the disappearance of the nation publicly,

Recognizing that the ceasing-to-exist of the founder state creates an opening for the international community to permanently destroy this hive of hate,

Believing that the passage of this resolution shall strike a death blow against the remaining regional government and its sympathizers,

Introducing Lux Immortalem (or simply Lux) as the successor to Nazi Europa, a region previously liberated by this Council in SC #246 for its use of hateful imagery and blatant spread of toxic ideologies,

Recalling that upon the complete destruction of all Nazi regions less than three years ago, the nations of Nazi Europa fled to Lux,

Noting that, while some regions might use an opportunity such as this to move away from their hateful ways, Lux has continued the reprehensible behavior of its predecessor, including maintaining embassies with such prominent fascist regions as Fifth Empire, United Fascist Workers Association, and The Greater Phoenix Alliance,

Excited by the fact that Lux now lays governorless and thus open for invasion by the international community should its password be struck down,

Stating that the nation of Yohannes has been commended by this body under SCR#149 for its diplomatic efforts promoting peace and stability throughout the world;

Surprised and disappointed upon hearing recent news that the leaders of Yohannes, through their satellite nation of Isabella van der feltz, have committed grave offences resulting in their banishment from many regions;

Noting that the offences unearthed are both unspeakable and severe enough that they have culminated in the form of many of the diplomatic ties with other nations being severed and the privileges that they have once enjoyed being revoked;

No longer believing that Yohannes can be a positive example to the world as SCR#149 proudly proclaims;

The Security Council,

Noting that throughout the vastness of the multiverse, few regions captured the seafaring mindset as elegantly as the pirate crew of the Realm of the Whispering Winds, hereby referred to as “the Realm”,

Observing that, following the guidance of the incredible captain Halcyon nova, the Realm established a way of life involving rum, treasure, and a penchant for gratifying interactions with fellow pirates,

Saddened by the departure of Halcyon nova from the waters oft traveled by the Realm, ultimately leaving the captain’s quarters in the hands of Jolx, a beloved deck officer elected to the position by the crew,

Despaired by the stagnation of the Realm, causing rival crews to board the ship, resulting in a forceful seizure of the captain’s quarters and all priorly obtained plunder,

Gladdened by intervention from foreign naval forces, restoring native crew to the position of captain and taking measures in the form of Security Council Resolution #411, which prevents the permanent dismantling of the ship, thereby preserving the lifestyle for many crew to come,

Cognizant of the continued boardings, even after the native Xvraks’ ascension to the captaincy, but nonetheless still grateful for Security Council Resolution #411 and the continued helpful responses from foreign navy fleets,

Aware of the order given by Xvraks, stating the necessity of a temporary departure from the high seas in order to repair the ship, rejuvenate the crew, and restock on plenty of rum,

Conscious that Security Council Resolution #411 has served its solemn duty and now stands as the last obstacle before sailing towards better waters,

Hereby repeals “Liberate Realm of the Whispering Winds.”
