Definitions
Territory: The area a country owns.
Dispute: a dispute between two or more nations over any county or territory outside of normal RP interaction.
Natural Border:A natural defined border in/on a territory, be it a lake, river, mountain, coast, or different clime.
Rules
Puppets: Any country with an undeclared puppet on the map will be Instantly banned. no exceptions. Puppets must be declared here, or with the mapmaker.
To claim your first territory: Make a post at an attempt at quality or of decent word count. Most posts should fall in the 1-2,000 word range unless they are merely a flavor post. All nations can start at 30 counties or less.
To expand: Write another post(s) with decent quality or word count. The more counties being claimed, the more posts/higher quality/both are expected.
All posts go on the Regional Message board and all claims go here in the request thread. Here is an example of a post:

Adding Roads, Cities, and Points of Interest
Cities and Settlements: Cities are limited 1 per 10 counties, Settlements 1 per 5 counties. Both can be added to the map with an image of where they're going and either a name on the image or in the claim.
Points of Interest: Can be added to the map same as Cities and Settlements. No Limit.
Roads: Roads can connect Cities and run through Settlements, but can not run Settlement to Settlement. Draw them on an image and claim in the relevant thread.
National Landmark: Must be claimed on the Discord in Mapentry chat with an image. 200 word minimum.
