Mister Frédéric Cousteau, Prime Delegate of Foreign Affairs of the United Kingdom of Nationer,
Thank you for your application for the initiation of ambassadorial applications between our two nations. I am pleased to inform you that the President of the Federal Republic, Mrs. Yui Townley, with the advice and assent of the Federal Council, has approved the initiation of ambassadorial relations between our two states. On behalf of the citizens of my country it is our fondest wish that we may usher a prosperous and mutually beneficial relation for our two peoples.
The State Department has allocated embassy grounds for the Nationeer mission at 314 Templon Avenue, Marrat, Cordelia, Cordelia Federal Territory (CD-0112), with an ambassadorial residence also being made available at 3141 Waskoo Street, Reitemps, Cordelia Federal Territory (CD-3123). Both buildings come fully furnished and is prepared for the arrival of Ambassador Masumi and her staff, when convenience allows. While no restricted items were noted in your application of declared goods and possessions, the flower pots containing Viridian white lillies will be subjected to standard agricultural screening procedures by the Border and Customs Control Force upon entry to Meridon before it can be delivered to the embassy grounds or the ambassadorial residence.
I am also pleased to report that your request for a consular location in Port Sistine has been authorized by the Federal Council. The consular facilities are to be located at the following address: 1241 Grandarbe Avenue, Petitpalatin, Port Sistine, Alexandria Territory (PS-0119).
On behalf of the people of Meridon and in our hopes for advancing the relations between our two countries, we hope Ambassador Masumi will accept a welcome gift from the people of Meridon, curated by employees of our Cultural Affairs Bureau, which includes curated Alexandrian wines, Helenan cocoa drinks and a writing utensil set made from Kaluan spicewood. It is our hope this humble gift will serve as the first of many fruitful exchanges between our country.
The State Department would be glad to hear any proposals from the government of the United Kingdom of Nationeer regarding the cultivation of economic, trade, educational, touristic, and other such ties between our nation. Economic ties are extremely important for Meridon and we would be excited to foster strong bonds in this manner between our two peoples. Meridon would be glad to explore options and opportunities for a non-aggression treaty, as well as the establishment of a student exchange program and the possibility of visa waiver programs. The State Department will be preparing a reciprocal application for initiation of ambassadorial relations in your country.
We thank you fondly for your correspondence and look forward to welcoming a new period of warm relations between our two countries.
Cordially,
-Avery Reagan
