Worst? No such thing, here! Our dictatorship is nothing but the best - all the billions of humble, loyal subjects agree heartily!

Naturally, the worst is the current state, which is a sheer militaristic, theocratic, fascist hell that calls itself benevolent and kind to its numerous imperial and colonial holdings.

Hispaniola has experienced several dictatorships over its history, so i will address each by its own merits

Sebastian d'al Torres: originally coming to power as the nations first President, he quickly took a turn into authoritarianism and autocracy when he used the incredibly loyal Presidential Guard to initiate a self-coup against Parliament, he would establish the Hispaniolan Empire with him as Emperor, while ostensibly it was a Constitutional Monarchy, in practice it was a Military dictatorship under his rule, ultimately culminating in a war against the Lusitanian Empire that would see the Emperor die while on campaign, succeeded by his young son Felippe d'al Torres. While considered a capable leader, he oversaw a incredibly authoritarian and corrupt power structure that benefitted only the slave-owning aristocracy of the country, and fiercely fought against any reforms to improve conditions in the country.

Valentin Leo: coming to power in the wake of the 1888 Revolution, Valentin Leo was the Chairman of the Hispaniolan Vanguardist Party, a Communist party that sought to remake Hispaniola into a Communist state. he would be successful in dismantling the power of the land-owning aristocracy, and made improvements to the lives of Hispaniolan citizenry, and he would lay the foundations for 20th century Hispaniola with a universal system of conscription replacing the prior volunteer-based military, the introduction of secret police, and new taxation systems to further centralize the traditionally decentralized government. However towards the end of his reign he became increasingly authoritarian and repressive, and his paranoid purges of the military would leave it ill-prepared for the Third Hispano-Lusitanian War.

Juan-Carlos Santana: coming to power via election in 1930, Juan-Carlos is regarded by historians as a very controversial and polarizing individual. His totalitarian regime would leave no room for dissent or alternate opinions amongst the citizenry, and his incredibly oppressive police state would lead to one of the bloodiest time periods in Hispaniolan history, with hundreds of thousands of citizens being affected by these repressive measures, with state sanctioned torture, forced disappearances, arbitrary and indefinite detention, and summary executions being the rule of the day, however his greatest crimes would wind up being the ethnic cleansing, forced internment, and genocide of the Maujii population which would claim the lives of 3 million Maujii, both in the Maujii Civil War and afterwards in the Concentration and forced labor camps. Conservative estimates put the number of individuals directly killed by Juan-Carlos' policies at around 3.25 million (around a quarter of a million Hispaniolan citizens would be executed or die in the forced labor camps as a result of his policies), with some estimates putting it around 4 million.

It was in the beginning of the 19th century, that in Al-Ghal the so called Revolutionary Sultan "Nabulyun" from Corsica suddenly arose from the blue and conquered half of Europe In what is referred to as The Great Jihad. He took advantage of the stagnation of the European armies, specially the Prushim Heer, to Perform his swift campaigns of conquest. He undermined the German folk and their law with the instauration of his rule, and his army commited atrocities to the people of Germany. The Nabulyonic storm set fire to the precipitation of German Nationalism, where Prusn was included for their major participation in the war.

The worst dictatorship Vendellamoore ever faced was the very dictatorship which formed the nation. Immediately after Vendellamoore was formed, the people appointed a leader named Ryan Vendelle - who's namesake the country still bears. Ryan Vendelle was a fascist who promised the people a strong economy, military, and a return to traditional values. For the first 2 years of his reign, Vendelle spent all of the nation's efforts on building the war machine. Millions were poured into arms, weapon manufacturing, and recruitment. The Vendellamoorean government ran a strongly centralized system, completely doing away with local government in favor of the Dictatorship. The people desired more freedom in the political process, but the government ignored them. Ryan Vendelle began implementing strict policies - first, restricting gun ownership. Then he cut off all foreign trade, legalized torture for criminals, suppressed freedom of speech and create a state run media network. During this time, the economy crashed and people were suffering. He then began implementing higher tax rates. At one point, the tax rate was a staggering 56%. Then he implemented a theocracy of which he was the head. All who did not join the Church were expelled or imprisoned.

During the next 2 years, it remained as such. Finally, a large coalition formed, comprising of defectors, disgruntled military officials, libertarians, republicans, and other small government groups within Vendellamoore. They called themselves "The Reformist Party". On December 10th, 2023, they captured Ryan Vendelle as his motorcade left Vendelle City (now called West Ecclesia). The government plunged into chaos as high ranking officials across the nation were captured and tried for their crimes. On December 24th, Ryan Vendelle and his cabinet were sentenced to death.

The new government, headed by Johnathan Bishop, has since started to undo all the damage Vendelle caused, one by one. Since that time, tax rates have dropped a staggering 48%, political and personal freedom increased, the economy skyrocketed, and the government has been tackling the rampant corruption to the best of its ability.

The Secure Defense Party's rule. They essentially hypermilitarized the country, and high tax rates to fund the military. They followed in the footsteps of the arguably more authoritarian Conservative Party.

Our home planet was unified by a monarchial dynasty of mad scientists who were only moderately better than the fractured and quarreling mad scientist-led nations that came before it. This "Heterodyne Dynasty" began a planet-scale mass industrialization revolution that led the planet down an ecocidal decline. They also released monsters into the wilderness forcing populations to move into overcrowded megacities. Eventually, they created legions of posthuman super-soldiers called jägermonsters loyal only to their whims and the glory of combat.

Eventually, 450 years ago, what started as a labor revolt of underappreciated non-heterodyne intellectuals became a political movement. These Technocrats began rallying people throughout the various megacities under their banner. Eventually, they even began to gain support from the leadership of the jägermonster army to their side. The Technocrats wanted to build a society where the smartest people ruled regardless of their family ties and the Spark of Invention could be safely used and contained for the good of the state. The Jägermonsters wanted to fight actual challenges like the monsters in the wastelands rather than act as jackbooted thugs. The two allied together and a bloody but fairly swift civil war was fought against the remaining Heterodyne loyalists. Now the name Heterodyne is only known in history books, the Technocrats founded the Socialist Technocratic Union of Blackgrue as a new more egalitarian and meritocratic society.

The only dictatorship that Stroulia has experienced has been under the reign of Gerardo Benjamin Leonard. He was the highest-ranking general within the military of Stroulia when it was a constitutional monarchy within the imperial arms of the British. On May 5th, the national independence day of the country, in 1936, General Leonard performed a coup with much of the military to overthrow the failing democratic state of the government, instituting an authoritarian dictatorship, suspending the constitution, and indefinitely postponing elections, establishing a single legal party known as the "National Rejuvenation Front".

This period, known in Stroulian history as "The Black Times", saw intense oppression, as General Leonard and his party rounded up political opponents as well as any civilian who actively opposed them and placed them in prisons and forced labor camps, as well as censoring all media and forcing it to toe the line of what the govt. approved. It also saw the mass famine of much of the island's population, with an estimated 1.3 million people starving to death between 1940 and 1957. The dictatorship would last until 1968, when the civil war that began in 1957 would finally see him be overthrown. He was found in his bedroom, having killed his wife and children began committing suicide to prevent capture. His party was disbanded and members arrested, where they would serve various sentences based on their complicity in many of the crimes committed by the govt.

The Black Times is well remembered in our history as many Stroulians still recall it. Any symbols associated with General Leonard and his party, such as the national flag that was in place during his rule, were made illegal to display in public, a law that continues to this day.

Most likely Lady Annikan III (r. 1439-1472). Once she rose to the throne, she promised to boost the economy and help the city-states grow. To achieve this, she overtaxed many people. The era of her reign is known as the Latter Annikanian Era, and was filled with public dissent and poverty.

But she didn't stop there, once everyone was overtaxed, she started ordering city forces to ransack the homes of everyday people, "for the good of the economy."

Rasutafia is under our 3rd dictatorship currently but we had 2 in history the worst would have to be Sarskias Great Great Grandfather Vamir Sarskim[1941-1985].
Vamir rose to power through brute force storming the political office of then president Yovochek Borven. After Yovocheks murder Vamir declared himself absolute leader of Rasutafia. Vamir began his regime with the persecution of non Rasutafian citizens anyone whom was not born to the nation was considered an enemy of the state. Vamir began to suppress citizen rights by entering their homes without probable cause or reason. Vamir began to execute former political party leaders and citizens whom spoke against him in mass. Vamir decided to declare martial law stopping all elections. Vamir made a strict dress policy making sure all citizens wore specific clothing. Vamir signed a law forcing companies operating in the country to register consumer DNA in their system if the DNA registered as foreign they were promptly executed or sentenced to life in a camp. More than a 5th of the population were kept in camps with an estimated 15 camps built in this timeline. Vamir during world war 2 would join the axis powers fighting alongside Germany Rasutafia quickly got outnumbered by the Allied forces Vamir eventually decided to order a retreat. By the end of the war more than 6 million Rasutafian men were killed the biggest loss in the nations history. Vamir would rule till 1985. Old and tired Vamir started having health issues Vamir would die due to acute respiratory failure from a long history smoking.

Diarcesia's worst dictator was Mervin, who ruled from 1857 to 1872. He was infamous for his brutal and oppressive rule, which led to the deaths of thousands of innocent people. His impact on Diarcesia was devastating, as he instilled fear and paranoia in the population while enriching himself at their expense in the form of expansionist wars in the name of spreading his Diarcesian Ideal (summarized as all the countries in the known world self-governing with the benevolent guidance and protection of the Diarcesian monarchy). His downfall started with his pyrrhic victory in the Siege of Puerto Rabo. The casualties incurred in that operation, in addition to the near-constant warfare for the greater part of the past century, pushed the war-weary Diarcesians to a tipping point.

In 1872, one of the largest protests in Arcesius's history occurred demanding the Monarch to appear before them in person and address their grievances. Flanked by all of triarchs and separated from the protesters by soldiers, Monarch Diarcesian Mervin exited the Domus Arigotus. Instead of negotiating with the protesters, Mervin ordered the soldiers to have them dispersed by any means. Once the soldiers started shooting, two of the triarchs turned against Mervin and a 2 versus 2 fistfight started. This concluded when Triarchess Grere, an experienced pugilist, landed an uppercut on Mervin. Mervin toppled down the steps leading to the Domus's entrance to his death. With Mervin dead and the other two triarchs barely conscious, Grere ordered the soldiers to cease fire and offered an olive branch to the Arcesian protesters. This lead to more democratic reforms that included the end of expansionist wars, many of the less-willing diereses—mostly overseas and a few in the mainland—seceding without incident, and converting the Fifth to Ninth nonarchs to elective positions.

One of the iconic moments of this event is the protesters' mock salute of Mervin over his corpse.

The worst dictatorship was when the Empire was part of the Soviet Union, lasting from its assimilation in 1922 until its independence in 1978.

The military junta era of the Republic of Cierrida from 1952 to 2002 as a whole. It was effectively a neo-colonial banana republic to the United Federation wherein the government served essentially as the violent enforcers for the various Merconian companies that divided Cierridan lands and resources amongst themselves. On top of being extremely brutal in itself, killing hundreds of thousands of people in various crackdowns against protests and strikes, the junta oversaw a sharp decline and stagnation in living standards due to the widespread institutionalization of sharecropping and privatization of pretty much all parts of the economy. Throughout this regime, the overwhelming majority of Cierridans lived in crowded slums and ghettos around plantations and mines, usually working as much as 14 hours a day, 7 days a week, for starvation wages. Life expectancy was 39 in 2000, and half the population was illiterate because the lack of functional education. Meanwhile the junta oligarchs usually lived luxurious lifestyles in the capital city, which also served a hub for the widespread prostitution and human trafficking networks maintained by the regime, which children weren’t safe from. All in all, due to poor living conditions, overwork, malnutrition, and massacres, the now deposed military dictatorship is responsible for the deaths of millions of Cierridans, out of a country that today has 20 million people. And still, after the revolution, loyalists to the junta continued to hold onto territories in the southwest, relying on cartel activity and pillaging to stay afloat, brutalizing large numbers of Cierridan civilians to this day in an ongoing insurgency campaign to try and regain power.

Bolshaya's worst dictatorship was every single leader in Bolshaya

Probably the leader of pre-independence Colony 17 (Tesseris) Divine Oppressor Deus, the One True God of Kosmos, ruling through the Theocratic Kingdom of Enas'theos.

[Arklatravar-Istertia]

Arklatravar-Istertia's worst dictatorship is the Novikov dictatorship. He turned Arklatravar-Istertia into a far right, fascist and militaristic state, which managed to be more powerful than the Western World, with a military of over five million men, and technology as good as the Americans. He has also reversed all of the progressive and liberal laws that the previous leader, Mitrofan Yavkov has put in place before his assassination in April 12th 1962. According to the UN Human Rights Council, Arklatravar-Istertia under Novikov's leadership has killed 570 thousand people, 310 thousand of those being homosexuals, as of 1979, as he continues leading the country.

[UMi-NazKapp Group]

To answer this question properly, a little history is in order. One would think UMNK's answer to be some communist after the communist insurrection at home given our stated principles, but reality is often more 'ambitious', let's say. After establishing its base as a wholly independent private enterprise in the vast free market, UMi-NazKapp Group had to decide on the management style of its territory, or its land property and its inhabitants, new UMNK employees.

UMi-NazKapp Group originates from the merger of two political parties: the Union of Minarchists and the National Capitalist Party. Both parties campaigned on similar themes, including the interests of small and medium-sized enterprises, freer competition, less regulation and taxes as well as limited government with a fringe section of this united list campaigning for total elimination of the state in favor of anarcho-capitalism. This section often derided the notion of a state, however minimal, as an inherently coercive, redistributive and therefore socialist enterprise. A majority of realists in both parties rejected their conclusions outright and the faction caved for now.

Little was known how a member of that faction ended up climbing the ladder and committing something tantamount to a quiet hostile takeover. It was not enough for them to simply take over all company posts held by the 'realists', but appoint companies under their own control and ownership as the replacements to mechanisms of the state apparatus.

This thrifty fellow knew exactly what he was doing, so the only possible response was the elimination of his business in private security and defense contractors and both his and his cohorts' execution for what would amount to treason in any regular country. This inadvertently did solve the management question in favor of the realistic minarchists over the anarchists and a night-watchman state was set up with its own independent policing, intelligence, defense and courts. This conclusion was not reached nonviolently.

Today, UMNK remains without asinine idealists or militant utopians trying to uproot it again because in the end, we all understand that every single one of us has a job to do and no one is better fit to do that job for you than UMNK. Even the communists back home seem to think so, as they are our best customers!

Many years ago, the Greater Imperialist Party of Daphomir (the successor to the Imperial Party of Daphomir) seized control of the country after a violent coup. While their rule was brief, they installed repressive policies such as, "Order through terror," and "Guilty until proven innocent," as well as many others. The Imperials only ruled for a few weeks before Federalist rebels rose up and began the Daphomirian Civil War, which brought an end to the tyranny of the Greater Imperial Party of Daphomir.

[Azurnailia]

In 1844, the Asumi Brotherhood, thought to be the origin of Absolute Azgarism, took control over Congress and eventualy, the Presidency. They were a millitary junta that staged a coup that took a long 24 years but it had worked, they had now the power to attack the surounding countries. However the Azur Liberation Front defeated them in a year, before the could attack anyone and do ireverseable damage.

Our Dictator was Zach Fergusonin which ruled the coutry through two political eras, with those being the Military Junta (when the Military overthrew the Provisional Council which tried to end a revolution in our country, with this era being from 1990 until the NDP era in 1991) and the Daco-Romanian Republic era (which was led by the Military backed and created "National Defence Party" which ruled from 1991, until the economic shock and subsequent uprising in 2001).
Zach is stil in exile (as well as his allies which were also part of the military until Zach was exiled) for treason (the Provisional Council was surprisingly popular when the military couped it) and corruption (which costed him as the younger officers tried to assassinate him in 2000, which is why the NDP dictatorship ended in 2001 as the Military was fighting itself during the uprising).

Our worst dictator was General Arbendya.
After 1923, when a populist movement had staged a protest, Arbendya raided and looted a government building (The Iron Tower). He also had many other men around the nation kill and loot the countrysides. He took power after that.
Life under his reign was horrendous. Every man, from 18 years to 50 years old, would be forced into a war if it happened (To give you an idea, at least two wars happened under his 20 year reign, the Kurulic-Palenstian War, and the Kurulic-Urilan War). Every child was forced to memorize every line of the national anthem. No women could go into business, only in war times (To raise support for wars in the feminist movement). Every leftist party (Even ones that weren't communist) was dismantled and oppressed.
