To start this brand new season of Lige 1 we have...Beorun on the top of the table?

Not to say Beorun don't deserve so they have been playing quite well but there is an underperforming team that's missing from the top 4. Birivistice has again gone out to a very slow start, thankfully it is only the start of the season so they have time to come back. At least that is what one would say if last season did not start the same and resulted in Birivistice getting 3rd in a 2 club title race. You would think after losing the title in humiliating fashion last year (conceding a goal against a club with literally nothing to play for) there would be a sense of urgency but no, it's not here right now. Disgraceful.

In Beorun's case the attack has been coming on strong and it's possible they have shrugged off the mental mistakes that plagued them in the past. Although one still has to wonder if they will crack when the pressure is on them to maintain a lead. They have all of the tools to make a run right now from the developed defense to the very good bordering on elite attack but the manager is the real question right now. If the blow their chance at an IFCF this time there is no turning back, heads will roll.

Auprussia NF have started like everyone has figured they would start. The front 3 is getting on very well and the defense has stayed solid albeit with dips in form here and there. Ayla Entezam is a standout performer again along with Iowa-Burroughs who has been a stellar playmaker from the back. The only real concerning result is a 3-3 draw to one of the worst Noechatel Athletike sides in recent memory but that could just be a bad day at the office so to speak. Not to mention they are within striking distance to first place already so there's no real worry from Auprussia NF.

Pontmeosont back in to the top 4 after last years' lacking campaign is a good sign that the team is competitive and can get back to the IFCF competitions. What is not a good sign is losing 1-0 to Alandroite at home for seemingly zero reason. This is what bit them last year when during their incredible IFCF run to the knockout stages they would drop points to teams that are substantially worse than them. As noted before if this does continue it's another season without IFCF football and that could spell trouble going into next season.

Lorent Cardinaux being in the top 4 isn't as surprising as one would think. Yes losing Ariou Adalrisse does hurt but the team still has enough quality to compete for an IFCF spot. The more pressing issue is that their playmaking DM in Briganteun has not been doing well as of late. Rumor is a nagging injury but Cardinaux has still started him in most of the games. Cardinaux are potentially playing with fire in hopes of not getting burned which does not bode well moving forward.

Origones and Morgavin are habitual overperformers at this point being very competitive with top teams in Lige 1. Origones especially has shown to have a very good defensive unit allowing the least amount of goals so far drawing with Alandroite. Alandrotie themselves have been overperforming as well with a team and a system that is odd. 4-2-4 is not a formation you see everyday at a professional level but has managed to keep the club afloat for the most part. VS Frisia is the most shocking placement so far as they are right outside the IFCF spots with a team that you could surmise as Borba and Chavez with spare parts. Frisia seems to be improved but they are not going to compete for a title this season.

In the relegation race Prus Ostrogia is at the very, very bottom but...they've been more unlucky than bad. If one of their draws had been a win they would be certainly out of the drop but that's not the reality. Ostissiennes and Ostrogia Arca have 0 excuses as to how they are at the drop when De Guirre and Alandroite are way worse teams, especially with De Guirre's defensive record. Ostissiennes especially should be mentioned here as they have allowed the most goals in the league even with a better defense. That's the real sticking point here, Ostissiennes attack is genuinely pretty good but being shackled to one of the worst defensive units in the league must be disheartening.

TASSE DU AUPRUSSIA NASIONAL ROUND OF 64

After last year's Tasse Du Auprussia Nasional finals the uneven nature of the format had led to the Auprus Fosball Federasion (AFF) reformating the competition so that the 1st National round includes Lige 1 and Lige 2 teams and rounds out to 64 teams. City and Regional rounds also formatted to create an even amount of teams to fill the Round of 64. After the round of 32 there will be a redraw and the bracket will proceed as normal.

16 games into the season and Beorun is warding off the challenge of Auprussia NF quite admirably. Even with the loss to Auprussia NF 1-0 they have managed to clean up their form to stay on top of the table. The attack is quite good but the defense is a bit shaky. It is middle of the pack but middle of the pack may not be enough to ward off Auprussia NF for long. Bertrando Gentile is having a good season along with Rohel Valaude on the attack and the midfield has come along nicely. Beorun probably wont win the title but it may do nicely for their confidence if they achieve top 4.

Auprussia NF is keeping up with Beorun and has defeated Beorun at home. There are some issues though, like dropping points to VS Frisia...at home or losing to a weaker Angevines side...at home. Yeah this probably needs to be addressed but Auprussia NF's home form is leaving a lot to be desired. A lot of missed opportunities to take the top of the table could be a bit of a concern. At the very least Beorun has not pulled away with the lead so Auprussia NF has time to catch up but the head scratching results need to stop now.

Eolorent has surged to 3rd place with a good attack but a very, very middling defense. A stark contrast from last year's stout unit it seems like Charles Delaire was unsettled by his listing in the Transfer Window as he has not done well so far. Eolorent dropping points to Prus Ostissia is not too concerning considering that is the only weird result for the club so far. Thankfully Denise Auburn and Partelu Joard are a great striking pair or else they probably are outside of the IFCF spots again. 2 points behind 1st place is also quite a nice position if they do make a title charge.

Lorent Cardinaux is holding on quite well. Maria Ajdis is no Ariou Adalrisse but there is certainly potential there. The real star of the show for Cardinaux is the defense which is a stark contrast to last season's high-flying Cardinaux team. It is a welcome change of pace for the club but there is a bit of unease around if the defense can keep up the form. Draws against Alandroite and Angevines also put into light how this team struggles with putting away games as well. Keep an eye on this team.

Alexia and Origones are the outliers here. Newly promoted Alexia has very stout defense to thank as well as young striker Huberdeau Audac who has gone off to a red hot start. Not to mention Alexia has decent results against clubs like Birivistice and Angevines. It seems like the club always gets up for big matches which bodes well for their chances for survival. Origones has been solid all season. The attack has been doing very well and the defense is middling but holding on. That is all Origones really need to make an impact on the season. Will Origones make an IFCF charge in the future? It seems like they are on their way.

Pontmeosont has slowed down a bit but do not be fooled, they have an incredible attack again due to their younger pieces developing nicely. Along with Piguenit and Mirdeau turning out to be excellent partners in crime and the defense has finally been somewhat solid; a weakness that has haunted them before. Freja Olsen and Tayshaun Rodgers have made sure that the center of the defense is solid along with Argelou and Cheledonne improving their defensive game as well. This team is going to make an IFCF charge for sure.

Most disappointing team so far has to be Birivistice. This may be their worst start ever in Lige 1 and one word encapsulates it: Draws. Draws everywhere. 8 out of 16 games ending in a draw which doesn't seem like an issue until you realize that they are only 3 points away from the drop. 3 points away from the drop DOES NOT WORK for a club like Birivistice and frustrations are mounting.

De Guirre being at the bottom of the league is no surprise. Their defense is completely awful and it means that their surprisingly competent attack usually has to overcome 2-3 goal deficits which makes winning games and gaining points tremendously hard. There isn't a really good solution either, they have to figure it out very soon or drop out of Lige 1. Lorent Arca has bottomed out as well which is very concerning. They have been terrible in the league and it may be Achampou's job soon. If Lorent Arca is still in this position midway through the season Achampou may be the first manager fired this season and that may result in Lorent Arca being relegated with a team that shouldn't really be this bad.

Over halfway through the Lige 1 season and some interesting developments have occurred.

Auprussia NF has finally overtaken Beorun by 2 points however a bitter defeat against Origones still leaves the door open for plenty of teams to catch up and overtake however, Auprussia NF still has the best defense in the league and one of the best attacks as well making the climb an uphill battle in many respects.

The more pressing news is that Origones Auprus have been on a heater as of recently. Unbeaten in the last 8 games with as stellar of a defense as you can get in Lige 1 has certainly taken many by surprise. Federonise Alord has been incredible during this stretch (especially with great passing) allowing Jamey Longworth and Lor Prestegons to flourish this season. The fact Origones are already competing for an IFCF spot bodes well for their future.

Angevines have managed to comeback from their very mediocre start and take an IFCF spot even beating IFCF rivals Pontmeosont in the process. Birivistice has slowly but slowly made a comeback to top 4 contention but the ridiculously slow start is still hampering their progress. Lorent Cardinaux and Eolorent are just outside of the mix for now but one good run could prove to be vital to their IFCF chances.

The real story is Alexia. Newly promoted but showing their mettle halfway through the season. The front 3 of Lithobert-Collins-Audac have been exceeding expectations leaving Alexia almost ahead of schedule in certain regards. The feeling in Alexia was that they could survive and that they would have to develop and acquire more talent to compete but it has certainly not panned out that way. The midfield and defense have also held up solidly in the face of the top teams as well.

In terms of the relegation race Lorent Arca are still embarrasingly at the bottom of the league being both unable to score and defend due to an aging core and being tactically outclassed by other clubs. Ironically the team that is most likely to survive is De Guirre. A very competent attack does wonders for clubs in Lige 1 and De Guirre has the ability to score. Their defense is the issue and if they can clean that up they could survive.

Alandroite has also clawed their way to survival but it is on shaky ground. The attack is very disjointed and lacking in a lot of places. The defense is essentially De Guirre's without the attack to support it. The club has been very lucky to not be in the drop zone despite uninspiring play.

Some other interesting developments include VS Frisia being very competitive with the rest of Lige 1 with a very good attack led by Bergskauld Chiedt and Thiago Borba. Ostrogia Arca still being able to keep their mid-table status despite losing talent. Prus Ostissia being the biggest disappointment in Ostissia since...last season's Prus Ostissia team. Noechatel Athletike being on the decline after butchering the Drac Mortonaif situation so bad they released him and it consequentially affecting the attack is also some sweet karmic justice even if it is of little comfort to Mortonaif himself.

Auprussia NF has held on to first place yet again but still cannot shake off any challengers. Having beat back Lorent Cardinaux and Origones is at least a start but failures like the loss to Morgavin away can still sting. If last year was any indication dropping points like that can put you at risk at the top of the table. Brandsdottir is notably having a great run of games having more goal contributions than even Ayla Entezam. The defense has also been incredible during this time with Jose Barajas being their best defender. Allison Iowa-Borroughs has also proven to be an effective playmaker at the DM position with very effective passing thus being one of the best signings of the season.

Now you might be thinking "so who's capable of challenging them?" and the answer is....Origones?
When you look at Origones it's a fine team and club but nothing really should wow you on the team sheet but the defense has come in handy multiple times. Combine that with the new life that was given to the attack thanks to Zlatko Katušić and Federonise Alord's incredible form it starts to make sense why this team finds itself at second place. Aupalice is a NIGHTMARE to play in and it showed when they defeated Birivistice 3-1. Jamey Longworth has also come along nicely as well.

Pontmeosont is back in the top 4 and scoring at an incredible rate again. Piguenit and Mirdeau have made for a nightmarish front duo for defenses to stop along with the midfield's amazing playmaking ability and it's not just about Nina Levitt or Darrick Lenedeont either, of all midfielders to come up with their best season so far nobody thought Mateo Veldeseau would be making much of a difference but something has change about his approach to the game. Mateo's passing has gotten better and he has been winning the ball a lot more frequently which has made clubs have to play away from him. Freja Olsen has also proven to be a good defender and has held the unit together even though sometimes the defense gets left out to dry by the ultra-aggressive attack.

Crawling back from the dead yet again is Birivistice. The new signings did take some time to get going but now they have put together a pretty good run of form which has taken Birivistice back to the top 4 but this is still well below expectations. As mentioned before they lost to another IFCF contender in Origones 3-1 which had put a damper on a lot of things. Their luck at LB also ran out as the young Edelaie Maurivice needs more development (even though they are still solid defensively). Luckily Abigail Kay's leadership has pulled this club together (it also helps that Dobrynina and Ardin are finally doing well). This season will be looked upon with disappointment that is for sure.

Lorent Cardinaux and Beorun are right in the running for the Top 4 as well but Beorun's form...goodness. It is BAD right now. Finishing this part of the season with 3 out of 4 losses and losing the IFCF spot to Birivistice does not bode well for their chances. Lorent Cardinaux is also clawing back to the IFCF spots with the help of the defense this time. Ajdis has done well enough to make the race for top 4 interesting as well to much of the appreciation of the fans. Ajdis is however a stark contrast to Adalrisse, a more charismatic and pacey striker (with some flair) as opposed to the physical and much more imposing Adalrisse.

Eolorent has had a disappointing season and it's more than likely manager Ruseau Giesont will be fired at the end of the season. Failure of this magnitude with this starting roster is unacceptable according to ownership.

Alandroite and De Guirre hanging on for this long is a pretty incredible achievement but that could be an indictment on Lorent Arca and ESPECIALLY Salvienne AN. After a pretty good season last year Salvienne has fallen off something fierce. The injuries do have a lot to do with it but it really is just the results. The defense isn't particularly bad like De Guirre's for instance but yet they cannot grind out any results. Lorent Arca is on the same boat but with an incredibly awful attack and bad morale to boot.

That should be the title done and dusted. Auprussia NF earning 8 wins in a row all but seals the deal on the title race. Stand out performances by Ariana Brandsdottir, Ayla Entezam and Allison Iowa-Burroughs as well as the defensive wall known as Jose Barajas have given Auprussia NF their second title in a row barring a HISTORIC collapse. The race for top 4 is also pretty solid as well with both Pontmeosont and Origones 4 points up on Birivistice.

Meanwhile Birivistice has to fend off Angevines, Lorent Cardinaux and Beorun to keep their place in the IFCF spots. Birivistice is up there with some of the most disappointing clubs this season but not the most disappointing. That "honor" goes to Eolorent who are in the mid-table right now below a newly-promoted Alexia and a surprisingly on form Ostrogia Arca. Truly legendary stuff. It's obvious that Giseont is gone after this season but that does lead to the question: Who else?

Surprisingly Ostrogia Arca can still get into international play, they have to win Tasse Du Auprussia to do it but it is not exactly unheard of. Ostrogia Arca in the Cup Winners' Cup and in FFI competition...that would be something alright. VS Frisia is one of the more surprising teams this season. Lucas Chavez and Thiago Borba have been doing very well and while the defense is still lacking it has improved since last season. Not to mention the midfield is surprisingly very good, not bad for a team who just escaped relegation last season.

Speaking of Relegation there is no doubt on who is dropping down, Lorent Arca and Salvienne AN have been HORRIBLE and deserve to go down. After that is where it gets interesting. Alandroite can still survive and bring down Ostissiennes, their hardest game left on the schedule is Birivistice at home and they have plenty of winnable games such as against VS Frisia or Prus Ostissia. It will be interesting to see where they are at the end of the season.

It's the end of the season and Auprussia NF predictably finished off the title race in style after matchweek 32 no other team could really catch up in time. It is possibly the best Auprussia NF side of all time but that is of little comfort to the 3 other clubs in the IFCF spots. Birivistice while gaining second place is quite possibly the most disappointing club at this moment. 6.5 million to not even be in the title race while teams that didn't even spend that much like Pontmeosont or Origones gained similary results. There is much to be done over at Birivistice and it could mean painful exits.

Pontmeosont has found their duo up front, a great midfield, and they have pieces of the defense that could be built around but it's more than likely they need to change their ultra-aggressive attacking style. There were points lost because the defense were left out to dry against an impressive counter-attack or on set pieces when the physicality of other clubs overrode the defense. There is something here though and if they can continue the momentum it is more than possible that they win a title down the line. The more disappointing aspect of the season for Pontmeosont is losing in the Tasse Du Auprussia finals to archrival Eolorent after blowing a 3-1 lead. That stung badly because the last time Pontmeosont was here they lost to Lorent Cardinaux and started that club on their path of success.

Origones is not supposed to be here. No way that this club is this good this quickly. Federonise Alord found incredible form and carried it to the rest of the season, Lor Prestegons has proven he is good enough for any team looking for an IFCF push. Jamey Longworth the young striker from Xanneria is a very promising prospect especially if this form continues. In the estimation of everyone though the best player on the team is Zlatko Katušić, yes he is very young and has had some dire performances but when he is on top of his game not a single attacking midfielder can replicate what he can do in Lige 1. Still, the club could be a one season wonder.

Angevines still has the pieces to compete for the top spots, it's no secret that they are looking to improve the midfield and maybe find a backup or replacement for one of their 2 starting forwards. The real lesson Angevines needs to learn this season is that slow starts kill, and they had an unbelievably slow start.

Eolorent by their standards had a failure of a season with one redeeming quality. Defeating archrival Pontmeosont in a cup final to get international paly for the first time ever is a very good ending for a season so...dour and depressing. Giseont is definitely gone after this season and the new manager is probably going to have to adapt their tactics to the roster for the first couple of seasons. The roster seems good enough for an IFCF push but they need a new voice in the locker room for sure.

Looking at the relegation teams not a single one of them deserved anything else. A truly shameful performance by Lorent Arca who's quality should have been enough for survival. Alandroite is now the proverbial yo-yo club and Salvienne AN was just TERRIBLE after their groundbreaking season last year. Truly shamful.

The teams to look out for next season that could make some noise though? Very interesting that VS Frisia as predicted is starting to build up after surviving in Lige 1 last year. Alexia is a sleeping giant waiting to wake up and start dominating like in the distant past. Lorent Cardinaux has to be pleased about one thing: Maria Ajdis is a good striker but they need to build around her and fast. Ostrogia Arca has been lurking in the top half of tables for years as well plus the deep run in the Tasse Du Auprussia means that they have the roster to compete and most likely the resources. It will be interesting to see which teams make moves in the Transfer Window this season.

Expectations: Just like last year it has to be all about the title. The club still has its defensive core in tact which is a good decision considering it was the best defense in the league last season. The midfield is as stacked as ever and should continue to dominate games like they have in the past. The forward core also stays the same albeit Valdestoa-Glousie is aging but still is good enough to fight for the title. The only unfortunate part is that Birivistice was able to go into their coffers and find another Tikariot winger to step in after Abigail Kay retired which means Auprussia NF is going to have a harder season ahead of them. There is a rumor Foron Dosouni is going to look for a new challenge soon which has some insiders at the club a bit worried.

Expectations: Another heartbreaking season has put Beorun in an awkward position. Can they compete for top 4? most certainly but the squad has been changed a little bit. It looks like they are in a transition period and they hopefully can develop more talent but Manager De Vitiller has his work cut out for him. Losing Brien Chapaux rocks their defensive core and they are hoping Manel Horn develops this season. The Midfield also has a new face in Ryan Davis, another player they hope can develop this season and the front 3 is as good as always. Just don't think it is likely that they claim top 4 this season. Last season was their best chance.

Expectations: Now that Alexia has their first taste of Lige 1 football where can they go. Well for right now they are most likely staying mid-table. Losing Sara Iudac is not the worst thing in the world and they a promising piece in Montgoy Stevens. This year isn't the year they take that huge leap that we expect. They still have very young pieces that need to develop and with Alexia's boundless supply of resources replenished expect this club to do some damage...next season. Yeah this club is trending upwards but don't expect an Origones situation from this club they still need to develop and to be very honest probably need a new manager.

Expectations: This time they didn't spend over 5 million but that does not matter. After Abigail Kay retired there was a sense of urgency in getting their new right winger for the future and they got Quentin Agalakos. Not only that but now that Dobrynina and Drnaso are settled into the squad this season should turn out a bit better than last season...well "should". The one thing this version of Birivistice has done to cause unease every season is to have some of the slowest starts for a title contender. Last year they were in the 12-14 place range before turning it around and finishing second. While the tenacity is nice a lot of the fans are expecting a better start and the title.

Expectations: This club is an outlier as far as where to place them. A lot of people around the league seem to think they are good enough for a top half finish but it is genuinely hard to pinpoint. Charles Echevagranisse has retired and is replaced by a relative unknown in Richter Maiboldt. Momir is expected to have made a bit of progress and the defense is...mid. Honestly this one needs to be in the oven for a bit more time. Hopefully not in the relegation zones this season.

Expectations: Well well well, back to being title contenders this season Pontmeosont did not pull any punches. In their relentless quest to find talent that can win the club it's first trophy ever they got...Jerry Ali. Now to be fair it's not Ali's fault, they do see a left back with some promise which is great considering their defense is what held them back (or if you're in the know; their style of play). The club also seems confident they can develop players very well but there was an expectation they would pull bit more talent though which has some fans concerned. They should be because in the title race Pontmeosont should be considered a distant 3rd but considered nonetheless.

Expectations: Reports from this club are very strange. After years of not entertaining the Transfer Window they started out their offseason by...not entertaining the Transfer Window. They did promote talent from within and have a new duo up front who are very promising for the club as most have been told. After their Tasse Du Auprussia run and their decent placement in Lige 1 though you would expect a bit more investment in talent or even a foreign free agent they could develop but nope. They have decided to promote from within and see if the squad develops from there. A fan must hope for their sake they achieve a bit more than 8th place with this logic.

Yeah this club needs a reset and it may get it one way or the other this season. Hugo Ginocaronne is also most likely gone if they can't achieve anything but the normal 14th place finish.

Expectations: Survival was achieved comfortably last season but there's a bit of a road bump here. VS Frisia does not have the power or pull of certain other clubs of course but they are too talented to be relegated so again in this next Transfer Window they may be poached. Tiago Borba, Lucas Chavez, and even Natanael Deveseont have been on the minds of may a top club since last season. Plus with how stagnant the squad has been since last season it is only a matter of time before VS Frisia has to either reset or attempt to rebuild with their limited sway. It is a hard position for a club to be in especially one as small as VS Frisia who is more than likely to finish bottom half again.

Now it is a good signing as he is in a position of extreme need but when is this club going to get a shakeup. Expectations: The surprise of the season last year was Origones Auprus. Genuinely incredible season from a club which desperately wants to be in that upper echelon of Auprussia. Now that last season is out of the way though it's time to come back to reality and losing Federonise Alord isn't exactly the reason why this team is just outside of the Top 4. They just have not improved their depth. So when they do take on IFCF competition they stretch themselves very thin and probably wont have the run they had last year. In saying this however there is a couple of bright spots for the club. Aupalice is getting an upgrade in capacity soon and they do have the financial power of the bigger clubs for now. They just need to play their cards right and their future could be incredible.

There is no real possibility of relegation and their season should be relatively smooth. There is a bit of a question as to whether or not Prus Ostrogia is a being a bit too patient but it is working out for them...for now.

Top 4 is a pipe dream at this point but top-half? closer than you think. Also Claude Ovigre somehow survived the worst of it don't know how.

Expectations: This club has fallen behind at least for this season. There is a belief that the club is going to take this season on the chin and then begin building around Maria Ajdis by finding a new partner. Just Mcgrady was great for the club before but he is not the compliment to Ajdis they thought he could be after Ariou Adalrisse left. Jerau Diou is most likely finishing his career after this season and after last season's uh...underwhelming results Caiser Marchoux's seat is getting warmer and warmer. Brace yourselves, this could get ugly.

Expectations: The vast majority of Auprussians think this club is filled to the brim with relegation fodder. This is not accurate and to be quite honest a vast underestimation of this club. Astellavoce runs a tactical setup not seen since Season 1: a 5-3-2 but this time they have wingbacks that can actually play their positions. Not only that but for a club that was languishing in Lige 2 they have considerable financial power and reach most likely stemming from their unique recruitment strategy and position. They only recruit in Basonia and their owner is a very well connected man in Basonic and Bervic circles. There is something here but let's not get ahead of ourselves they are still in the bottom-half for this season.

Expectations: Relegation candidates for sure. The roster is stagnant, the manager is stagnant. They are one of the smallest clubs in Lige 1 being overshadowed by the big club in their region and Morgavin have seemingly not attempted to improve their position at all. On the bright side if there is a relegation Richard Guyot is certainly going to a club that can showcase his talents. That is of little comfort to this club though.

Expectations: Not good. There is no reason to believe Ostisses will stay in Lige 1. With that being said keep an eye on Emerlaine Loix because a Lige 1 team might sign her and leave the rest to rot in Lige 2.

Expectations: To be brutally honest they, just like Ostisses just do not have the talent required to stay in Lige 1. There isn't really a highlight in the squad it is just a bunch of Lige 2 players and someone getting thrown to the deep end in Ruthe Samarine.

Expectations: This is the time. Eolorent must compete for IFCF spots. This club has too much talent and too many resources to have another heartbreaker like last season. They even fired Ruseau Giseont in favor of a much more aggressive Ricard De Ferchoude. So aggressive his first move was...to bring a striker from the Regionallige? Leiron Louprenned could be good mind and he did play for a decent club in Interliege but it is just confusing. De Ferchoude has preached that they will be aggressive and intense in the league but Partelu Joard for all of his flaws was still a Lige 1 player. De Ferchoude seems to think Leiron has what it takes in his system and seems like he's got the club's full support but...It's impossible to decipher if this club will be top 4 or not.

Expectations: They lost their most important players in Thierry Guingamp and Marc Apellaine. Surely after they sold those two they would be relegation candidates right? Well not really. Keep in mind Nouveau Piedoux as a region is teeming with talent and De Guirre/Beorun/VS Frisia/Whoever can go out and probably find talented footballers easily. Not only that but no one should buy that they think they are a small club in fact, it's more than likely De Guirre has ambitions of competing for IFCF soon. How do we know this? They are sniping Beorun's academy staff for their own academies. De Guirre seemingly have that much pull in that region. Not only this but rumors of stadium expansion are also afoot. For now they are still a bottom half team but probably not in the relegation spots.

Expectations: This has to be it right? After YEARS of expecting this club to go down the annoying Tiffisen Moineau have barely revamped their roster again and in doing so have gotten even worse. There is no reason to expect that this club has any chance of staying up except the fact they do this EVERY YEAR. Every year they come in with a squad with little talent and make miracles happen. They even finished mid-table at one point. Predicting where this squad will be is like trying to answer a riddle where there is no right answer. Relegation candidates but don't be shocked if they make a miracle happen again.

Eolorent at the top of the table has surprised everyone. Of course there was the acknowledgement that they hade enough talent to compete but only losing 1 game in 8 is impressive form all the same. The contributing factor to Eolorent's success so far is the midfield actually. Eolorent has killed the majority of their opponents on possession and with precise through passes to Louprenne and Auburn. Yes, Leiron Louprenne seems to be working out very well for Eolorent as well which adds to the surprise. The real weakness of this club is it's middling defense. To be fair 3 goals were conceded in a draw against rival Lorent Cardinaux but it must be improved to keep their momentum up.

Ostrogia Arca has completely taken Lige 1 by surprise. The new talent recruited from within has paid off with only 1 defeat in 8 games and a stout defense with a balanced attack. Now it is unknown if they can carry this momentum since their hardest fixtures are later on but this is a very encouraging start to their campaign. The standout player for Ostrogia Arca are the new front duo. Teneseille can muscle past players, hold up play, and pass out of sticky situations when needed. Bastellex has been a lightning bolt: he can run past defenders at will and thus makes a deadly counter attacker. Combined defenses are having a very hard time keeping Ostrogia Arca from scoring goals at their decent rate.

Auprussia NF have picked up where they left off last season. The attack is SENSATIONAL being lead by Ayla Entezam along with a sterling midfield who have made many a defense look like fools over the past 8 games. The defense has also been very solid with Jose Barajas being the leader of course. They could be level with top of the table Eolorent and Ostrogia Arca except they lost a shootout against Vasconines. This result in particular has some fans concerned because Vasconines run a normal run of the mil 4-3-3 except for their deep CF Rafale Sicille. During the match Rafale had managed to pull the CBs a bit more forward than usual which allowed the wings to produce dangerous chances. Hopefully that will improve and Auprussia can keep business as usual.

Prus Ostrogia? Well you were warned against underestimating this club. Branoc Du Gouey has ironically not been the goal scorer but the leading man in assists (which reminds a lot of fans of Perugignac). It seems like Rafael Huronie prefers his strikers to be good at link-up play which has benefitted Prus Ostrogia immensely. Cerim Astarie and Terense Baltaire-Charis have been instrumental to Prus Ostrogia's form. Now it is probably not going to last but this is a good sign that Prus Ostrogia's development plan could be working. Keep an eye out.

The overachievers that should be highlighted the most are De Guirre. That defense is nasty and has been winning games by itself this season. If De Guirre had this defense along with their two best players last year they could have done real damage in the league. For now they are a feel good story that will probably peter out by season's end.

Instead of summarizing Birivistice's season so far let's take a look at a fan video that explains the feelings around the club. "So over the past couple of weeks I had many people talk to me about how Birivistice is doing." The content creator looked into the camera and then smirked. "I think it is very nice of them to check on me and to want to have a conversation about the club's direction but if I may direct everyone's attention to this table..." He pointed to the side of the screen where the table was in full view "This IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! THEY ARE DOING IT AGAIN". The content creator starts to flail around in angry disbelief "HOW MANY SEASONS IS IT GOING TO BE WHERE WE FIND OURSELVES WAY OFF OF WHERE THE CLUB SHOULD BE, It isn't a matter of just having a slow start this season THEY ARE NEARLY IN THE RELEGATION ZONE AS OF THIS WEEK! It's not like they are just losing to elite clubs like Eolorent or Pontmeosont, THEY ARE LOSING TO CLUBS LIKE NOECHATEL AND OSTROGIA ARCA CLUBS THAT HAVE NOT SPENT JACK-" We'll cut him off there but yeah not good.

Ostisses being in the drop is not a huge surprise, they are not equipped well to take on Lige 1 but VS Frisia and Prus Ostissia? shameful. Frisia might have the worst defense out of all the returning clubs to Lige 1. Completely terrible from left to right and the goalkeeper of all people has had a couple of howlers as well and Prus Ostissia my word Prus Ostissia. Can they put the ball in the back of the net? a study of the first 8 games here tells us they can't even a barn with those shots. They have had opportunities but not clinical enough of the finishing right now. Does that mean Frisia and Prus Ostissia are going to be here the rest of the season? no not really, they still have the quality to survive and it is expected that Vasconines at the very least comes back down to earth. Astellavoce however might be a regular fixture in the league with how they have performed over the past 8 weeks.

After 16 games Auprussia NF has topped the table with consistent form throughout the season and remaining unbeaten the past 8 games. As of now they have the best attack and one of the best defenses in Lige 1 so far thanks to a surging Ariana Brandsdottir. Ayla Entezam has also done very well but Brandsdottir has seemingly taken another step this season. Sticking with their current starting XI has seemingly panned out very well, if it is not broken why fix it?

On Auprussia NF's heels are Eolorent. The fast start the Earth Dragons had at the beginning of the season seems to not be a fluke. Denise Auburn has been a standout striker this season seemingly unlocked by De Ferchoude's more flexible version of the 4-4-2. The midfield of D'Aupalice, Hansson, Sears, and Dostoyevskya have been dominating games with precision passes and the most surprising part is that defense. Goodness that defense has evolved this season. Aggressive, physical, and disciplined beyond belief. The match against Tiffisen Moineau is a perfect example of this, suffocating defense and domination on possession to grind out a 2-0 win. This could be getting ahead but Eolorent seems ambitious enough to go for the title. Imagine the reaction from Pontmeosont and Cardinaux supporters.

Speaking of surprisingly ambitious what is going on with Ostrogia Arca this season? The front duo has of course been a part of it but just like previous seasons the strength is defense. Benetesont, Valeont, Marcheont, Marscaproux have proven they are an elite unit this season and has come in clutch even when the attack has stalled. Only 14 goals conceded in 16 games, which for Lige 1 is incredible. This maybe Edrie Mofils best season managing the club already and it has not even gotten to the halfway point. "He has been incredible" Jordan Montollon said: "He's been very focused and steadfast in his preparation for the league."

Birivistice has finally decided to show up this season. Everyone please congratulate them on getting back into the top 4. Now please keep in mind they were one space off of the relegation zone at the beginning of this season and are still 12 points off of the title this season. Very underwhelming performance and manager Louis Chatrous Valerie had this to say: "It is frustrating and incredibly agonizing to start like that every season at this point. We need to show up for EVERY game. EVERY GAME". If they are not in contention this season there is reason to think Valerie will be on the hot seat next season. Keep an eye on this.

Ostisses have the worst point total to this point of any Lige 1 club ever. At this point in time every team has been in double digit points except for Ostisses. 7 POINTS in 16 games is heinously bad even for a promoted club at this point in the season. The defense might be the worst ever in Lige 1 history. conceding 36 goals in 16 games compared to most clubs who have conceded around 24-25 goals. The easiest pick to go down to Lige 2 ever. At least Prus Ostissia and VS Frisia have a chance to turn their seasons around, there is no hope for Ostisses.

Pontmeosont and Origones have been disappointing for different reasons. Pontmeosont is just outside of the top 4 but their less than stellar performances against Ostisiennes and Cardinaux really have kneecapped their placement. Especially that 3-0 Ostissiennes loss, that was a terrible result for a team gearing up for a title push. Origones just haven't found their footing yet. The results have been all over the place this year and it seems the culprit is the regression of the defense and of course being spread thin thanks to IFCF competition does not help matters.

Besides the overachieving Ostrogia Arca there's Prus Ostrogia lurking around for an IFCF spot along with Pontmeosont, Angevines, and Beorun. Du Gouey is having a very good season along with a very stout defense. It also helps that GK Emarin Rethrouan has also been excellent during the season as well. It's very hard to stand out as a GK but Emarin is doing everything he can to keep the Castle Knights in games. Astellavoce has also brought a notable intensity to league games that has taken many clubs by surprise but just do not have the talent to keep it up during the entire game but that may be enough to keep them up.

Down in Lige 2 Prus Basonia has managed to top the table along with Palice Rouge and a resurgent Brunisse. This would mark the fourth Basonic club in Lige 1 if they hold onto their promotion spot. Palice Rouge would be a remarkable promotion considering they are in the same boat as Origones: being a smaller club in the shadow of Auprussia NF but even smaller than Origones. Brunisse getting back to Lige 1 would be a sight for sore eyes as well. Their relegation was a case of bad luck and bad timing. Depending on VS Frisia to lose that season seemed like a sure bet but they pulled out a result.

Eolorent has somewhat pulled away in the title race being 3 points ahead of Ostrogia Arca, 7 points ahead of Auprussia NF, and 11 points ahead of Pontmeosont. Denise Auburn has been on fire as of late being the spearhead to the league's best attack. The midfield has been able to find incredibly precise passes and probe defenses enough to find openings. Throughout almost every game they have had the possession advantage which has grounded opponents to dust. They have scored 6 goals twice on their opponents and have outscored their opponents during this stretch 22-10. An impressive run so far but it is merely halfway through the season.

Ostrogia Arca has remained consistent throughout the season always a step behind Eolorent. A win here or there against lesser opponents like Lorent Cardinaux could have had them joint top of the table with Eolorent. Auprussia NF has stumbled a bit. Losing to hated rivals Origones Auprus at home is the real stinger here. That was a very winnable match, same with the match against Ostrogia Arca. What has really killed Auprussia NF in this regard is timing. They haven't had a timely goal or a timely defensive stop in some of their matches resulting in lackluster results. Now it is only halfway through the season for Auprussia NF but the expectation was a title.

Pontmeosont has hung around the IFCF positions but seem a bit off of competing for a title. It is not the defense this time that is struggling it is their consistency. They get some great results and then some pretty mediocre ones. Birivistice on the other hand has been pushed out of the IFCF spots, ever since Auprussia NF won their first title Birivistice has not been consistent enough to compete for the title and it is really showing here. Thankfully for them they can still reach an IFCF spot but a title seems very unlikely at this point in time.

Angevines has surprisingly been decent as of late, their games have amounted to grindfests though. The defense has stood their ground very well and Dubois is a nice addition to the club but they haven't been a high-flying team like they normally are. Angevines' style right now seems to be of a more negative light, very direct but also very unwatchable at multiple points in the season. Hopefully they can adjust and fix that for next season. Otherwise they have to hope their scare in Tasse Du Auprussia was a mere aberration. Losing to ALANDROITE of all clubs in penalties stings no matter the competition.

Origones have been underperforming as of late. The weakness is really the attack. Losing Federonise Alord has seemingly been a bigger deal than most have been lead to believe. There just seems to be a disconnect when they play and they have yet to figure out how to fix it. Lorent Cardinaux is also just playing very terribly for the squad they have. Rumors abound that they will be selling at the next Transfer Window and with results like drawing Ostisses and Chagris NF along with losing to Noechatel Athletike you can't really blame them for being antsy to get this season over with.

Harolde Telfaxe has been fired at Alexia. New interim manager Alereade Jauvet has stepped up to take over. With their talent level and resources there is no reason Alexia should be in a relegation spot at this point in time. Telfaxe has been uninspiring this season and has practically lost the locker room after a soul crushing defeat to Eolorent where a last minute goal by Louis D'Aupalice puts them at second to last in the table. Thankfully for Alexia the relegation race is spanning the lower half of the table at this point so if they can get a run of results they will be able to stay up for now. Astellavoce are in the same boat but have not fired their manager yet. They have struggled in the past few weeks to put any good result forward and thus find themselves in a relegation spot as well. Just like with Alexia though they are lucky the relegation race isn't as concentrated as in years' past so again, a good run of results will see them stay.

Ostisses are the worst Lige 1 team ever. 16 points in 24 games is a travesty and there is no reason to think they wont spend next season in Lige 2. Speaking of Lige 2 though, Prus Basonia has managed to stay atop the table by one point with Louss ANF, Prus Sassenlan, and Palice Rouge on their heels. Brunisse is only 2 points away from Prus Basonia as well. Bourgondines may be relegated for the second time in 3 years. Devastatingly they were very close to coming back to Lige 1 last year but it seems like the wheels have fallen off. TALON Touslander and Oestriges CFC are underperforming their station as well. For all 3 relegation spots it does not seem like there is a way back.

Eolorent while being at the top of the table has experienced a dip in form and a hard-fought loss to hated rival Pontmeosont. This has allowed the title racce to become a 5-way race between Eolorent, Pontmeosont, Birivistice, Auprussia NF, and the surprising Ostrogia Arca. Dropping points to VS Frisia and Angevines have slowed down Eolorent's momentum but the players and manager remain unconcerned even though this would be their second trophy in 2 years and they are still in Tasse Du Auprussia so they can do the double a feat that would make Pontmeosont fans cry for the rest of their lives.

Pontmeosont like so many times before have found themselves in second place on the heels of the top of the table and won against the same club. If that sounds familiar no you're not in season 4 or season 2 it's the same thing again. This club has done very well in the league of course but for a club that has been in title contention as consistently as this club they have not managed to win the league at all. Their confidence is at an all time high especially after defeating Eolorent but it could just be the same story again, choking at the end of the season.

Ostrogia Arca are the Origones of last year. A surprising run from a club that has been hanging around the mid-upper half of the table who manage to catch fire and compete. Only this time unlike Origones it could be for the league title of all things. It is pretty safe to say manager of the year is between Ricard De Ferchoude and Edrie Monfils. Ostrogia Arca despite losing to Pontmeosont are level with them on points thanks to other good results like defeating rival Prus Ostrogia away and defeating Tiffisen Moineau at home. They are maintaining their placement despite being chased by both Birivistice and Auprussia NF.

Birivistice is clinging on to their IFCF place on goal difference. Despite the rancid start from the Brick Builders they have managed to settle the team down and are in striking distance for the title. New right winger Quentin Agalakos is a fine addition to the squad but there is for the first time in a while real concern about the defense. Now it is not awful but the bad start had dragged down the defense's form tremendously. Hopefully the turn around starts to perk them up a bit or else Birivistice will not win anything again.

Auprussia NF did not expect to be the odd ones out. The club hasn't even really gotten bad results and they are within striking distance of the title. So when they had Alexia at home their most hated rival and a candidate for relegation you would expect it to be an easy 3 points. You would be severely mistaken as Alexia put 3 past Auprussia NF thanks to Huberdeau Audac, Justin Collins, and Montgoy Stevens and defeated the defending champions at home. Not only does it ensure that Auprussia NF is outside of the IFCF spots but it also gives their hated rivals hope. It isn't a bad result just because of where it puts Auprussia NF but because the club would rather Alexia be defunct than to ever play them. It was so bad that the fans started fights in the stands during the game.

To lighten things up Astellavoce have clearly established themselves as Lige 1 quality only losing 2 out the previous 8 matches. It also felt good to defeat Vasconines and put them into the drop as well. Ostisses despite winning Lige 2 by 17 points have clearly been the worst team throughout the season however they have managed to at least defeat another relegation contender in Tiffisen Moineau. Lorent Cardinaux have been incredibly terrible throughout the season as well, Cardinaux may look to offload pieces in the Transfer Window but they will not be relegated. Alexia has hope and hope is dangerous around here. After defeating archrivals Auprussia NF Alexia can get out of the drop pretty easily. There are 3 weakened teams in front of them and Ostisses and Vasconines while putting up valiant efforts should not be a threat to get out of the relegation positions. Their real test are the last 10 matches of the season, thankfully they do not have to play Auprussia NF or Eolorent but they still have Ostrogia Arca, Birivistice, Pontmeosont and Origones.

Angevines' defense are quietly having a great season marred by overall team consistency issues, Zmajevic and Ejubovic have proven to be competent defenders with Zmajevic even chipping in with some great assists off of long balls. Angevines have communicated that they think Dubois is their main man but want to change their system from 4-4-2 Asymmetric after the season. Heralde Canter is going to retire soon so they might be in the market for a left winger.

Origones' attack has taken a step back since losing Alord. Portimer-Laude is very young and shows promise but he is no Federonise Alord that is for sure. Thankfully the squad is still talented and with the stadium upgrades coming they should be doing well for themselves next year.

In Lige 2 Prus Sassenlan tops the table this time with Palice Rouge and Prus Basonia in the 2nd and 3rd promotion spots respectively. If results hold they would be the second Sassen club and a verifiable headache for Alexia to deal with as well. Prus Basonia and Palice Rouge had experienced dips in form but are looking to get back on track. Louss ANF, Basonique Trethaire, and Brunisse are former Lige 1 clubs that are stalking around the Playoff positions waiting for a moment of weakness. While unfortunately, Bourgondines seems like they are about the experience their 2nd relegation in 3 years, what a disaster.

Pontmeosont is on a roll right now. The defense has finally tightened up and the attack has managed keep up their torrid form and has given the club a very small lead over hated rivals Eolorent. If this scenario sounds familiar at all this is the 3rd time Pontmeosont has had a lead in the table and the other times they did have the lead they lost it on the second to last day by losing a very winnable match. This is Pontmeosont's moment, both Auprussia NF and Birivistice have had immense pitfalls in their season and they defeated their rivals in Eolorent. All they need to do is what Pontmeosont teams before them failed to do. Hold on.

Eolorent are in the thick of it now, while not dipping in form they have fallen behind Pontmeosont due to that club's sterling form. Thankfully their attack is the best in the league and their remaining schedule is not very hard. Guaranteeing they are in the title race until the end in theory. The one concerning result is the 0-3 loss at home to Origones, a club that hasn't really threatened top 4 this entire season. It could be attributed to just an off day but with the title race as tight as it is off days could be the difference between the title and nothing at all. They are still in it for the double and if they do not win at least a piece of silverware it would be disappointing even with how the club has exceeded expectations.

Auprussia NF is in the same boat as Eolorent. A couple of off days put them behind Pontmeosont. This season has been one to forget so far even with their good placing. The slow start at the beginning and the somewhat questionable results against weaker competition should mean they are nowhere near close to the title race. However this season has been an outlier in that respect and Auprussia NF could pounce at the opportunity. Ayta Entezam is also in a very close battle with Denise Auburn for the golden boot as well which has fans on the edge of their seats.

Birivistice are now in the race being only 4 points behind Eolorent. Took them long enough to start acting like a contending team but it is welcomed. On the bright side Quentin Agalakos has turned out to be a great fit in their system. The midfield has finally come into their own and the defense has gotten it together somewhat. What's the catch now? Birivistice losing to Auprussia NF 3-0 away is not the worst part, the worst part is that they have the hardest schedule out of all 4 of the teams in contention. It could get painful or it could be the sweetest title win in Lige 1 history. Time will most certainly tell.

Alexia's 5-0 win over Tiffisen Moineau finally sees them out of the relegation spots. Now Chagris NF are in the drop but only by one point. No one is safe yet though. Tiffisen would be the really good bet to get the drop though. They have been dreadful this year and were overshadowed by Ostisses' poor start and Alexia almost eating the drop as well. Alexia still has a couple of hard games coming up but nothing compared to Auprussia NF for example. Tiffisen has been on a slump for a while now and are very vulnerable even to mid-table clubs. Chagris NF are also in hot water with their somewhat difficult remaining schedule as well. Lorent Cardinaux is also dangerously close to approaching this discussion as well and some decisions have to be made about the clubs' future.

Lige 1 and the AFF have also been in talks to make Regionallige Premier into Lige 3 and then create another Regionallige Premier in the tier below Lige 3. Talks have been slow and getting clubs to agree to it is going to take some time but it is very possible that the Auprussian Football Pyramid gets a bit of a change. Other discussions surround the RAPTOR Network covering Lige 2 which would absolutely help Auprussian Football in the long term. The last discussion that is a mere rumor at this point is the possibility of a consolidated youth league (Youth leagues in Auprussia are region-based) but that is far away from being implemented.

Going into the last matchday the tensions around the top and bottom of the tables are high. Eolorent has done well to top the table by Goal Difference and have a seemingly easy last match against Vasconines at home. A victory against them will most likely result in Eolorent being champions of Lige 1 for the first time. Even with a bad result against Chagris NF they managed to top the table due to Pontmeosont...well doing the thing. Pontmeosont yet again could not hold on to the top of the table and now have to fight it out on the last day. Even with a win their title is not guaranteed if Eolorent wins. There is also an outside chance Birivistice of all clubs swoops in and takes the title as well, they are within striking distance and historically top of the table teams seem to always drop points on the last matchday.

Auprussia NF secured an IFCF spot and not much else. The club doesn't really have a weakness but the results just did not go their way this season. Disappointing but absolutely not a worrying development. Ostrogia Arca has had a tremendous season but it could just be that they have overachieved. Ostrogia Arca doesn't exactly have the pedigree for success but it is certainly possible for them to break through next season as was shown with Origones Auprus and Lorent Cardinaux.

Unfortunately for Origones and Beorun they just were not good enough this season for an IFCF spot however they both have been very stable Lige 1 sides and still play at a very high level. It is quite encouraging to see. Prus Ostissia have done very well for how depressing the club was at the end of last season as well finishing in the mid table. Ostissiennes have also somehow improved and hopefully can develop these positive results into something more.

Angevines were in limbo this season. There is a sense of relief that the defense has improved and there is some promise in the attack. Not enough for an IFCF spot but it is somewhat encouraging. Astellavoce have done very well this season. Relegation was never a question in their mind, and one of the few clubs to make a 5-at-the-back system work out. Alexia managed to claw their way out off the relegation spots and are now in a better position for next season. It took a manager to get fired for that to happen but still, the results are good enough.

Lorent Cardinaux have completely fallen apart. They could get relegated on the last matchday, the situation with Justin Mcgrady has degraded to the point of toxicity and the once great underdogs are just...bad. Fortunately for Lorent Cardinaux another club has FINALLY bottomed out. Tiffisen Moineau after years of being not as good as any of their finishes suggest are at the drop. A wack attack combined with a defense that is SOMEHOW WORSE than Ostisses' and they have a hard match against Birivistice at home? It is very possible that for the first time ever Tiffisen Moineau drop when they are supposed to.

In Lige 2 Brunisse and Palice Rouge (!) have secured promotion. Prus Sassenlan almost have it, they only need a point to secure their first promotion to Lige 1 ever. On the outside looking in though is Salvienne AN. Rough start to the season aside they have managed to claw their way into possibly getting a promotion even if it is very unlikely.

An incredible end of the season but we have to look at the most important matches.

Pontmeosont 1-3 VS Frisia:
Lucas Chavez scores a hattrick past Pontmeosont to destroy their title hopes. One commentator exclaimed for the day: "A disaster of the highest order and the worst type of choke job". Pontmeosont seemed out of it on this day letting a club that was at best middling just play them off the pitch AT HOME. Incredibly disappointing but if you know the last 4 years of Pontmeosont's existence you know this is not uncommon.

Tiffisen Moineau 1-2 Birivistice
Tiffisen Moineau were fighting for their lives. They needed to win in order to stand a chance of surviving the drop and they pulled every dirty trick in the book when up 1-0. Time wasting, hard fouls, and a even a red card to cap off the half. That red card given to defender Ros Denchamps killed any hope of surviving. After the half Marcous Ardin and Quentin Agalakos had scored goals in emphatic fashion and then afterwards Birivstice's defense and midfield did the rest. Suffocating the suffering Tiffisen side and dooming them to relegation. Now all Birivistice really had to do was hope a certain club don't come back from 3-0 down...

Eolorent 3-3 Vasconines
This match had it all. Vasconines with nothing to play for decimated Eolorent's defense in the first half. Somehow Rafale Sicille played very well and Ales Gile-Artevineair played like he was the greatest midfielder in Lige 1...for 45 minutes. Eolorent even with their possession-based style broke down the Vascon defense. Denise Auburn scores the first goal off of a great cross from Leiron Louprenne of all players. The second goal came in at the 78th minute when Nichomachus Hansson shot a bomb of a goal from long distance and now the pressure was on. Birivistice would win the title if Eolorent could not salvage the draw. The 85th minute passed with no progress, the 90th much of the same, by the 95th minute there was little to no hope that Eolorent could pull it back but...Charles Delaire makes a long pass to Dostoyevskya and then Dostoyevskya finds Hansson and Hansson passed to D'Aupalice thinking he would initiate a cross. Louis D'Aupalice instead shot a rocket that got passed the goalie and Stade de Teur Lorent went into an incredible frenzy. The cameras on the RAPTOR Network shook violently as Louis D'Aupalice celebrated. Eolorent had won the title.

Eolorent then went on to make history being the first Lige 1 club to achieve the double. Eolorent had seemingly been in control from start to finish and still composed even after the incredible ending to the league. It was a very decisive win without the theatrics. For Auprussia NF on the other hand it caps off a pretty middling season for the club and while there are of course results that could have changed the course of the season the real issue is uncertainty. Foron Dosouni is rumored to want to go into foreign management and the club's future is in a bit of flux as a result if that is to be believed.
