Cannabis, LSD, caffeine, alcohol and tobacco are legal for over 18s.
Khat is illegal and classified as a Class B drug whilst cocaine, crack cocaine and heroin are classified as class A drugs.

In terms of use, all drugs mentioned (including crack cocaine) except cocaine and khat are widespread.
The disbanding of the Teeside Watch by Andy Preston (replaced by a conscripted militia under elected Headmen) contributed to the rise in the drug problem.
It is advocated by all other major parties that a Teeside Crime Agency be formed.

Officially The Community of Shoalhaven has a hardline zero tolerance for illicit substances. The Police however, are not as tough in enforcing the bans as the Government would like.

everything is legal but can only be sold in special shops and pharmacies. even though every citizen over 30 has tried at least weed, the stereotype of us being "baked commies" is wrong, as only ~15% of citizens use drugs regularly

Most drugs are legal, though opioids are closely regulated.

All drugs are legal in the Pirate State and anyone can take them. From a 100 year old (if you live that long) smoking crack to a toddler shooting up heroin. The Pirate State also operates the largest drug trafficking empire in the entire western hemisphere. Millions of tons of drugs are shipped out every year to nations like the US and Canada.

All drugs are legal and decriminalized. We believe that drugs should be a matter of personal health and responsibility rather than for the state to decide. There is a purchasing age of 18. Though it is not always followed or enforced that much. Though, we try to keep things safe with regulatory statutes, but licensed apothecary collectives can sell you anything and they even provide prescription medication for free. State and federal healthcare networks pay for it.

Recreational drugs are sold and taxed, though a black market exists, but it's kinda dodgy at times, but it's only illegal to sell unlicensed, if you buy or posses any you won't be in any trouble unless the stuff is bad. But we do what we can for harm reduction and addiction is treated as a social and medical condition rather than a criminal problem. And because of this, we've seen safer people. Some grey areas are in the more rural and underdeveloped far flung areas with traditional healers that may or may not be part of any collective or union, though the Free State of Namibia has helped to certify traditional folk healers, and showing that their indigenous magic and medicine are just as real as ours in Europe.

The only recreational drugs allowed in Lusoguthaland are coffee, tobacco, alcohol, and LSD. These are commonly found in pretty much any market or grocery store. Drugs like marijuana, cocaine, heroin, meth, and others are banned. Not only the trafficking of such drugs are severely punished, but the usage of illegal drugs bears harsh consequences. Since the drug user is seen as the root of most urban violence in the country, being caught using an illegal drug will cost your life. Some drug users and pushers are routinely sent to Patagonia and remote regions in the Andes, where they will work until they're dead from exhaustion, or they are beaten and disfigured by an angry camp guard. Other drug-related offenders are simply executed months after they're arrested. Lusogothic laws are always changing, and under the current legislation, the punishment for drug trafficking and drug abuse is 10 to 35 years of forced labor or death. Usually, healthy prisoners are sent to work, while sickly or highly dangerous prisoners receive capital punishment.

Soft drugs (cannabis, khat, shrooms, etc.) are fully legal to possess, manufacture, import and sell. Hard drugs (cocaine, heroin, meth, etc.) are legal to possess, but manufacturing, importing or selling them remains illegal.

Under Kahiralandic law, the following substances are illegal for consumption: amphetamine, barbiturate, cannabis, cocaine, fentanyl, heroin, LSD, methamphetamine, opium, PCP, psychedelic mushrooms, and salvia.

Possession and consumption of aforementioned illicit substances is punishable by up to 2 years in prison. Trafficking and producing these substances if punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

The prevalence of drug usage in Kahiraland is very low, partially thanks to the strong social stigma against it.

The Disorder has no restrictions whatsoever on drug use. And they have a virtually inexhausible supply of regenerative space-magic powering their medical technology, so any adverse side-effects that do occur can be completely eliminated. Disorder citizens can alter their own states of mind as easily as typing numbers into a computer.

This chemical modification doesn't stop at recreational use either. Disorder scientists are routinely 'high' on intelligence-boosting drugs, overclocked cybernetics, and cognition-amplifying magic.

The Disorder doesn't characterize 'addiction' as a problem. They believe that they have entirely dominated any moral hazard that drug use might have ever posed, through pure technological superiority.

Drug laws in Zanforadon are very lax, as the government is well aware that the right of choice is better for the people than denying the option at all, and we have recreation centers for people to let them to try and see if its right for them to continue the process.

Alcohol, tobacco and marijuana are all legal in our nation. The country's leadership is also discussing plans with the president to expand the right to purchase and sell other drugs, depending on their benefit to the economy. This may happen in the near future, although steps will need to be taken to ensure the health and safety of our citizens are not destroyed by giving them the right to consume harder drugs.

All drugs are legal for those aged 21 and older. We are looking to reduce this age limit to 16 or 18.

Cannabis, LSD, MDMA and Magic Mushrooms are all legal for anyone over the age of 21. Alcohol is legal in various forms starting from age 14 (the laws are very complicated so I won't explain them here) and caffeine is legal at any age.

Other drugs are banned, although consumption is not technically illegal. However supply is and sometimes people possessing hard drugs will be questioned under the assumption that that possession is for supply purposes (with the supply of hard drugs being a jailable offence)

I believe it's crucial to strike a balance between personal freedom and public safety when it comes to drug policies.
Speaking of personal experiences, I recently stumbled upon a fantastic bubbler pipe that has completely changed my smoking sessions. It's become my go-to choice for a more enjoyable and convenient smoking experience.
In regards to the Teeside Watch disbandment and the potential rise in drug-related issues highlight the importance of effective law enforcement and community support to address such challenges.

Cannabis and variants thereof are legal in Greater Kastovia, and 25-100g bags of weed can be purchased from tobacconists and pharmacies just like any other medicine or tobacco product. CBD is very popular in this country, and CBD-infused products can be found basically everywhere. Despite this, only around 5% of the population has ever smoked weed for recreational purposes (Although medicinal cannabis is used commonly for treatment of minor ailments)

All other drugs are illegal and carry a maximum penalty of two years in prison for possession. Possession with intent to supply is punishable by a minimum of five years imprisonment.
