Al Kharid Embassy Office
Welcome to the home page of the Al Kharid Embassy Office. We are a civilian agency that gives advice to the Al Kharid Government on diplomatic matters. We contribute to making Al Kharid a positive contributing member of the international community and enhancing the security of your organisations and people in Al Kharid.
What is an Embassy?
Your embassy in Al Kharid is the official residence of your government representatives who serve and represent your country in Al Kharid. Many governments maintain embassies internationally—these embassies offer services to their citizens abroad and work together with local governments and organisations in pursuit of common interests.
What Does an Ambassador Do?
An ambassador is a distinguished diplomat who heads embassies, representing their nation in foreign lands through official appointment—your ambassador will represent your government in Al Kharid.
What is the Purpose of an Embassy?
You need an embassy to support your citizens who travel, work, or reside in Al Kharid—embassies play important roles in day-to-day administration and emergencies. They assist individuals from their countries in travelling to or obtaining citizenship in the nation represented by the embassy.
Within the scope of their respective diplomatic missions, embassies engage in partnerships with local governments, businesses, and organisations to create and nurture political, commercial, and cultural connections.
Is an Embassy part of your country?
Absolutely—once built, your embassy in Al Kharid will be deemed "foreign soil," indicating that it functions under the legal jurisdiction of your country, not Al Kharid. This principle, established over the years through various World Assembly resolutions such as GA#22 and GA#703, ensures the protection afforded to diplomatic missions and their staff and their families.

Minister of Diplomatic Representation
Having overthrown the corrupt Kharidian Republic and discarded the previous regime's diplomatic isolation policy via the rightful November military "coup d'état", His Majesty The Sultan nominated Dr Susilo Sudiroprojo to be the first Minister of Diplomatic Representation of the Sultanate of Al Kharid. The unicameral Legislative Council confirmed Minister Sudiroprojo's appointment, and his swearing-in ceremony followed two days after.
