Advice and Suggestions:
What to post:I suggest we use the voiced labiodental nasal, /ɱ/, in our conlang. Who agrees?
See, not automatically saying "ɱ best consonant. we use now.", and instead being a level-headed person and suggesting a vote.I don't like the vowel /a/. Can we vote to exclude it?
Again, not automatically assuming everyone wants to get rid of /a/ and wants to vote instead. Can we make the romanization for /ʉ/ ou?
Romanization suggestions for consonants already confirmed to be on our table are encouraged.

What not to post:Let's use the entirety of Ancient Greek Phonology!
Okay, too much. Choose 1 or 2 at a time to suggest, not the whole IPA.Let's make the only consonants Glottal Sounds!
Uhh, let's not restrict the whole IPA either.

Translate the below paragraph into English. Beware, for it has multiple languages!
Rekli so drug drugemu: "Dajmo, naredimo opeke in jih temeljito spečemo." Namesto kamna so uporabili opeko, namesto malte pa katran. Proto se mu říkalo Bábel - protože tam Hospodin zmátl jazyk celého světa. Odtud je Hospodin rozptýlil po celé zemi.
OOC: Translation does not have to be perfect. Do your best, though!

Now the whole world had one language and a common speech. As the people moved east, they found a plain at Shinar and settled there. They said to each other, "Come, let us make bricks and bake them thoroughly." Bricks were used instead of stone, and tar instead of mortar. Then they said, "Come, let us build us a city with a tower that reaches up to heaven, that we may make a name for ourselves, or we will be scattered throughout the whole earth." But the Lord came down to see the city and the tower that the people were building. The Lord said: "If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, nothing that they intend to do will be impossible for them." "Come, let's go down and confuse their language so they don't understand each other." "Come, let's go down and confuse their language so they don't understand each other." That is why it was called Babel - because there the Lord confused the language of the whole world. From there the Lord scattered them throughout the land.
