Things had been silent since the Warzone Trinidad and Tobago Corporation had regained control of their head offices. The world eagerly awaited their next move. Well they would wait no longer. 3 Mafiosos snuck out in the dead of night to plaster illegal billboards across the city. "Come one, come all" they proclaimed "to the newly opened Trinidad Palms Casino". But in the fine print bellow, lied a dastardly trick. "5000 coin entry fee to play". "At this rate, we'll pay back the financing on those fancy security systems for the office in no time!" declared Texcio. "Up for a round of Blackjack BB?" asked Rosa, "for you, entry fee is on the house".

It was a normal day in the Warzone Trinidad Corporation Board Room. Ambis was playing chess against himself, Ian was trying to manipulate the stock prices, and Timi was trying to plan more things for the Mafia to do. Just then, Vice President Arsto runs in, clutching a folder.

"Hey Ambis and Timi," he says, throwing the folder in front of the two, "go slap KR if you want."

Timi picked up the folder and gave it a once over, before pulling up Eyebeast on his MafiaPhone (tm).

"Yep, on it," he said. He then turned to Ambis, "Detag or retag? Leaning towards retag, cause eyebeast says it was fash before KR tagged it."

Ambis grabbed the folder and looked it over. He couldn't believe it! A fash had bashed a fash. There was only one possible solution to this. Bash the fash who bashed the fash. Bashception, as it were.

"Looks low influence, so you could try to refound," Arsto said.

Ambis nodded in assent. "Yeah, that might work. What do you think Timi? Plus I could try to get EPSA and Astoria in on this."

Timi nodded. "I'll post it, you contact. Sound good?"

Ambis gave a thumbs up and went to go talk to EPSA and the ROF.


They managed to secure the next minor with the ROF, and enough people showed interest that it was go time. Ambis, being finally free to move about his World Assembly Delegation volunteered to point. The update drew closer and closer, then, they burst through the door, Ambis claiming the delegation. He got right to work on defenestrating the former delegate and giving the other a one-way trip on a MafiaHotAirBaloon (TM) to the Rejected Realms. Now he just needed to wait to hit the refound..

Ambis sat in his office, flipping through files and tapping his foot to the music playing. He reached to fiddle with his WA Delegate badge, hoping to get it off soon and return to his home region. It had been a week since the initial invasion, and progress was slow. Very, very slow. One native was gone. One more to go. He rang up his Consigliere, Timi, to run some numbers.

"TIMI!" he called loudly.

The Consigliere strode into the room.

"Sir?"

"How much longer are we stuck in this region?"

Timi pulled out a napkin, scribbling madly on it.

"Only a couple more days. We'll be done soon, sir. Soon."

Ambis exhaled aggressively, foot tapping faster.

"By Saturday minor? I have a thing I want to do. Might have to happen Sunday. Either way, are we finished by the weekend?"

"Yes sir," Timi sighed, worried at the idea in the Godfather's head, "we'll be finished by the weekend."

Just then, a blaring siren went off, causing Ambis to jump out of his chair.

"HEAVENS ALIVE!" he yelled, trying to calm his heart.

"Just the N-Day alarms. You set them up, remember?" Timi said, a smile playing on his face.

"Oh-" Ambis said, slowing his breathing, "oh yes, that's right. Well, N-Day starts soon. With any luck, we'll be gone by then."

"We will sir," said Timi, and then he left.

The Godfather tried to call up some more people. He got some Malice folk, a couple of Astorians, an 0cala, and a couple of others. Things were going swimmingly. In fact, he woke up one morning to find that ejection could occur! He summoned Omni, a friend from Astoria, and someone with Border Control, to set the password after he ejected. However, he had to wait, because Omni thoroughly believed it was 2:00 AM when the Godfather summoned him, even though Ambis was quite sure it was 7:00 PM.

The next morning, the two set to work, Omni only partially scaring Ambis by doing a freakily good Quebecshire impression, complete with a costume. Ambis quickly escorted the unaware native out of the door, and Omni slammed the large iron lock shut.

"Perfect," Ambis said, "now we'll let Timi handle the refound since we're rather bad at that."

The next night, after everyone had vacated the house, it collapsed in on itself, and Timi quickly got a new one constructed, now under Mafia control.

Ambis, Timi, Arsto, Rosa, and Omni stood looking at it.

"We truly lived, loved, and lied," Arsto said.

Whoo! We did it! Just in time for N-Day as well. As mentioned, thank you to all the lovely people who made this possible. I'm sure I forgot some of you, but the majority of people should be up in the report. Now, excuse me while I prep the nukes.

Operation Columbia; Four Months in the Making!

The Godfather stood in the doorway, hands shaking. He had done it. Finally. However, this hadn't started today. No, not even close. It had started four months ago, before there was a Mafia, and before he was the Godfather.

"Hey look," Ambis said, walking into the board room, "Repreteop made a region! They even stole our plaque. "Waves crash."

He threw down a file onto the board room table. Ian leaned over, picking it up.

"We can raid it," he said non-chalantly.

"Oh yeah," Ambis said, "it's mafia time."

While there was no Mafia, Ambis had been heavily pushing for one for a while.

"Look," Ian said, "it's fair game! Considering she tried to coup us at the start and all. I wonder if we could make it a frontier?"

"Do we have enough endos?" someone else in the room said.

"Sure, we do," Ian said.

"I think it's better just to turn it into a stronghold, since it's a frontier right now."

Ian nodded. "Yeah, that works. Call it a... corporate subsidiary!"

Ambis nodded. "Can I be the delegate and eventual governor?"

Ian nodded, smiling.

"Wait, eww," Ambis realized, a sour look coming over his face, "the defenders might try to stop us!"

"Password it," Arsto suggested.

"Don't have the influence," he responded.

"Damn. That's right."

"I'll do it in secret," Ambis said, "I'll just need four endos to start."

"Done," Ian said.

Ambis smiled. "Let's get going."

After walking from Warzone Trinidad for a little bit, he came upon Palmetto, a small place that Ambis was able to casually waltz into, put on a WA Member badge, declare himself the delegate, and become the delegate. Too easy.

He quickly got to work. He utilized the AI assistants at Warzone Trinidad to write him a constitution, and elected officers. As long as he appeared benevolent, no one would question him.

And no one did. He just sat in Palmetto, not able to use his WA, trying to accumulate enough influence to close the massive gates outside of the house. They were old, and trying to convince someone to fix them was a pain in the ass. Once he did, the place would be a stronghold, with him in charge.

Only, there was an issue.

It was going so. Incredibly. Slow.. Ambis didn't know if it could go much slower. But he pushed through. It would be a brilliant day when he became the governor, took over, and declared it part of the Warzone Trinidad Corporation.

Until...

"REPRETEOP FUCKING LEFT!' Ambis yelled, storming into the board room.

Ian looked up from his pile of money at the angry Godfather.

"What?"

Ambis threw down a file where she declared she was resigning from the region and returning somewhere else.

"YOU DON'T GET TO DO THAT," he said, throwing a chair against a wall.

It was now September 12th. He had been in Palmetto since May 25th. But not anymore.

"I left," he said, "I'm not doing this if she isn't there. Operation Columbia is canceled."

With that, he stormed out of the room, no one daring to disturb the angry man.

Ambis brooded in his office. They had wrapped up Nova Authoritaria week or two ago, and he wanted to do something. His mind wandered back to Palmetto. Maybe, just maybe, even though Repreteop was gone, he should go finish the job. He thought for a moment more before nodding. He would see this complete.

He pulled out his communicator and navigated to Quebecshire. He typed out a message, sending an official Do Not Defend for Palmetto. After some back and forth, the response he got back was simple.

"Go nuts."

Ambis smiled. He started to contact everyone he knew. Ijaka, Malice, Kantrias, Osiris, Thaecia, The East Pacific, Astoria, Sparkalia. He got good responses back from a lot of them. Ijaka, Sparkalia, Astoria, and Osiris could be there for the initial invasion, some of the others could pile in. The day Ambis had planned got closer and closer, and he got more excited.

Finally the day was here.

"Alright," Ambis boomed through the mic, "if you're going to come to this minor, go ahead in sign in."

And sign in they did. 9 people, not including himself. This would go great.

"Alright," Ambis said, "now, the current government of Palmetto are pirates. So, it's only logical we also dress up as pirates."

They glared at him.

"Hey don't look at me! Rosa suggested it," he said, pointing to the recently occupied Underboss.

"Alright," he said, pulling on a tricone hat, "lets go do this."

They all got into the MafiaPirateShip [TM], heading straight towards Palmetto. They parked next to it before swinging out into Palmetto, Ambis claiming the delegacy.

"BOOM GOES THE CANNONS!" He yelled.

The crew laughed and high fived. Arsto came paddling in on a dingy.

"Oh come on," he said, "I missed it again."

Well then everyone. Operation Columbia. 4 months in the making.
