After a decision held by the Revolutionary Council, and by the voted decision of the Zelenny Industrial Union, the domestic production rights for the AH-2A APC has been accepted for sale at a total of 600 million NSDs. In part of this, a group of engineers and union representatives would be sent to coordinate at the Headquarters of Soonyang Defense Company in Seoul, in order to help them establish a proper production line at a location of choice. The group would also help on exchanging the necessary documents for the technology transfer, training, along with the transfer of blueprints and the initial module production for the APC. Furthermore, they would also offer help on integrating the KAPS-1 into the APC's electronics system and BMS program, ensuring the systems are streamlined and properly integrated with each other. As part of the cost, machining and assembly equipment are also included for the company, as well as 2 pilot models of the AH-2 for their own study.
