• • • Ministry of International Communications • • • Fort Kalinka • Kalingrad City In light of the recent report from the Osean Federation, the Janpian Union of Revolutionary States, under the elected decision of the Union of Party Members Committee (UPMC), has investigated and confirmed the accusations regarding the employment of chemical gas and use of weapons of mass destruction leveled at one of the members of the Kalisight Treaty Organization, and has sought to extend their anti-humanitarian pinciples by the elected decisions of the union representatives of the committee. By the decisions of the UPMC, the Janpian Union of Revolutionary States (JURS), a founding member-state of the Kalisight Treaty Organization, has therefore heralded the following demands based on the accusation coming from the Osean Federation, calling the state in question to follow or else face consequences imposed by the organization:

To Space, The Empire Continues
As the future of Civilization seem to continue to stream steadily towards an apocalyptic end due to the war like tendencies of Government's who's sole function is spreading their corrupted government officials influence over the world, the Shazbotdom Empire is looking towards the continued survival of Humanity. Over the course of the last year, the Shazbotdom Empire has been working tirelessly at the expansion of humanity to the stars.
Since April this year we have worked tirelessly to plant segments onto the Lunar Surface that will become the first Permanent Human Settlement outside of the Earth's Atmosphere. According to a public records request by this paper, a total of 28 Missions have been initiated and completed for the First Lunar Colony. There have also been a total of 22 Missions for the building of the High Orbit Transfer Station, which will be utilized as a stopping point for future Colonization missions outside of Earth's Sphere of Influence to the Martian and Venusian surfaces.
Not too long ago, also, the Lunar Orbit Transfer Station was built and delivered into orbit over the Lunar Surface as a stopping point for Colonists from Earth to the Lunar Surface. There was also a grid of 32 Satellites put into Lunar Orbit to create a Satellite Internet system in orbit over the Lunar Surface, which will connect to Earth by multiple strategically positioned satellites in Low and Mid range Orbit over Earth. Shazbotdom Imperial Space Administration Director, Dr. Gilbert Godwin went on record saying, "If we are to Colonize the solar system, we need to ensure that our Colonists have a fast way to contact not only the Imperial Government, but also their family and friends back here on Earth". He went on to say, "This Satellite Internet Constellation was developed and manufactured in conjunction with our friends at the Shazbotdom News Corporation."
The future of Human Civilization looks bright, as long as people set aside their differences and work to not only ensure peace here on Earth, but ensure that Humanity spreads across the cosmos, starting with our closest neighbor Luna.

On the Situation in Eecet
It is after hours of deliberation and after careful consideration of all options we ar saddened to announce that the Galapagos DEFCON level will be lowered to 3 following aggressive actions made against the Galapagos and her allies in the troubled region of Neyota. This is course was the last thing we have wanted to do in such an unstable and chaotic world however we feel it necessary to take these measures in order to secure the Galapagos’s and her commonwealth members security and safety from threats of all kinds. We had originally thought the situation in Neyota to be stable and the status quo would continue uninterrupted for years yet as seen in Gonswanzan territory this is seemingly not meant to be.
Due to the recent developments involving members of the Ukcrossian military we will also be mobilizing the Eecet national guard and preparing the police force to repel a possible invasion from destabilizing elements. These actions will be complimented by the deployment of an extra 3,000 troops and 2 aerial squadrons each consisting of 13 F-22s and 2 F-35 fighter jets. These units will help reinforce the garrison of 500 Galapagos troops stationed in the city at all times.
We would also like to assure the population that we are attempting every and all diplomatic means of resolving this extremely volatile situation and wish to avoid armed conflict at all costs short of giving in to the terms of an aggressive nation. We have worked hard to rebuild Eecet from the ground up and are confident that the people who reside there now identify more with the government in New Oversight than they do the Queen in Atrea and we will defend them to the best of our abilities.

Suborbital Launch Testing of Proposed Lander to Land People on Mars
In a significant step towards human colonization of Mars, a proposed Lander is undergoing suborbital launch testing. This crucial phase aims to evaluate the feasibility and safety of landing people on the red planet. With the growing interest in space exploration and the potential for establishing a human presence on Mars, these tests bring us one step closer to realizing this ambitious goal.
The proposed Lander, developed by a team of scientists and engineers, represents the pinnacle of technological innovation. Designed to transport astronauts from Earth to Mars and facilitate their safe landing, this cutting-edge spacecraft is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and advanced systems. The suborbital launch testing phase seeks to validate the Lander's ability to withstand the extreme conditions and challenges of interplanetary travel. During the suborbital launch tests, the Lander is launched into space, but instead of reaching orbit, it returns to Earth after a brief flight. This allows scientists and engineers to evaluate its performance under similar conditions to an actual Mars landing, including the intense heat generated during re-entry into the Earth's atmosphere. By subjecting the Lander to these rigorous tests, the team can gather valuable data and make necessary refinements to ensure a successful mission to Mars.
The primary crucial element being evaluated is the Lander's propulsion system. The ability to decelerate and land safely on Mars is of the utmost importance. Through suborbital launch testing, engineers can analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the propulsion system, ensuring it can successfully slow down the Lander's descent and enable a controlled landing on Mars' surface. Additionally, the suborbital launch tests allow scientists to assess the Lander's overall stability and structural integrity. The harsh conditions of space, such as extreme vibration and gravitational forces, can place immense stress on the spacecraft. By subjecting the Lander to these conditions during the tests, engineers can identify potential weaknesses and make necessary design modifications to enhance its durability.
The success of these suborbital launch tests will not only validate the proposed Lander's capabilities but also inspire confidence in the scientific community and potential future astronauts. The ability to land people on Mars is a monumental achievement that requires meticulous planning, rigorous testing, and unwavering determination. With each successful test, we inch closer to unlocking the mysteries of the red planet and paving the way for human exploration and habitation. While the suborbital launch testing phase is a crucial milestone, it is important to note that it is just one step in a long journey toward Mars colonization. Once the Lander passes these tests, further extensive testing and development will be required before it is deemed ready for a manned mission to Mars. However, these initial trials serve as an indispensable foundation for future progress and instill hope for a future where humans walk on the surface of Mars.
