OOC NOTE: i typically main Sea Dome, but if I'm only allowed one nation here, make it this one as it has more resources for college sports. SDU is pretty much it as far as wide-ranging undergraduate institutions go in MSD, while CC1 has four major sports schools and more resources to host international events.

OP updated. I will be accepting both schools from Sea Dome, as I regard Sea Dome as somewhat of an IC successor for FSC, a long-time participant in days long past, in this case.

And with that we have hit the 40 schools mark. Signups provisionally closed.
