Despite some small delays this month's TL/C Foreign Report is now out, please enjoy this condensed version of all the most interesting events in TL/C this month.

TL/C News and Events

• The 26th Council of the Republic was opened this month, in which Montcrabe was appointed the new Speaker of the Council.
• Chief Consul Creeperopolis has had their two year anniversary since their rise to the position of Chief Consul, with many well wishes given by residents of TL/C and foreigners alike.
• Anjan Kloss was inducted into the Order of Service to the Republic, and The Eltran was inducted into the Order of Recruitment and Integration. All Order memberships and awards can be found here.
• The Domestic Security Bureau has maintained a 100% compliance rate for Concord's endorsement caps, with WA Delegate Mechanocracy maintaining over 200 endorsements.
• Recruitment has hit new records in recent months, which has helped to mitigate the summer lull most regions are accustomed to. Last month's recruitment was dominated by two players, with The Eltran / Raider Brexit taking the top spot from long time #1 Anjan Kloss, with them having 317 hours and 301 hours of recruitment respectively, while Quebecshire coming in third with 90 hours of recruitment. Combined all recruiters recruited for a total 979.5 hours, the full leaderboard for the past month can be found here.
• TL ended the month with 517 nations, and Concord ended the month with 1,043 nations.

LDF Updates

• The first big operation of the month for the LDF was the defense of Nevadia, in which 9 LDF members took part.
• The biggest LDF operation this month was when we helped with the liberation of South Pacific, with the LDF contributing 21 members in the single update effort to liberate the region.
• Two new LDF Honors were created for Nevadia and South Pacific, which can be seen on the LDF Profiles & Honors dispatch.
• The month ended in the unsuccessful siege of Yessssss, though multiple WA proposals are being pushed through the SC to protect the region from permanent damage.
• Multiple members of the LDF also earned promotions this month, the Department of Foreign Affairs extends its congratulations for their achievements.

• This month has been fairly quiet for TL/C Foreign Affairs, which makes my job much easier for this segment.

So was I being honest when I said you were honest? Or because I am a raider, I am always lying, and therefore you are not honest? But that would also mean that the "raiders aleays lie" post is dishonest, creating a paradox…

But seriously, it isn't very nice to return a compliment with an insult. In the rare times that one of "your lot" actually said something nice about raiders, I was hard-pressed to find any raiders insulting back.

But eh, when you've only gotten two(?) big wins (Nevadia? and South Pacific) all year, you get a bit more bitter. Hope you feel better
