E: What I've managed too find so far.

Current Citadel
8 / 8 Urban Centers: 7 Turian, 1 Human
13 / 15 Industrial Complexes: 12 Turian, 1 Krogan(Pending they actually send someone to the Citadel and affirm them being a Citadel Associate)
4 / 4 Research Stations: 2 Asari, 1 Turian, 1 Hanar
0 / 2 Major Spaceports
No Defense Forces

Do note the Turian public committment to only wanting to retain 3 Industrial Complexes and ideally 3 Urban Centres, provided they are given at least remuneration (They wanted to bolster the infrastructure sooner than later for the good of the Council, but are willing to let it up until they only have their own fair share)

Probably a lot to still work out, but wanted to get it up
Faction: Salarian Union
Leader: Dalatrass Pelephon
Diplomatic Relations Summary: The Salarian Union has been spending much of the time following the Reaper War trying to rebuild its place of eminence among the Citadel Council. The infighting between the dalatrasses has resulted in fractiousness within their government. This, coupled with the Salarian proclivity for intelligence operations, has resulted in a less-than-stable situation within their borders, but their byzantine politics rarely goes beyond their borders. The loose control that the Fleet and the STG soldiers have kept many Salarian systems still in the fold of the Union, at least nominally.

The Salarians have had a great interest in restoring the order of the Citadel Council, with so many uncertainties rising in the wake of the Reaper War, they seek to slow the situation through interstellar diplomacy. They have made grand overtures to restoring tighter economic and military coordination with prior Citadel members, especially their fellow council races. A resurgent Krogan clans has them deeply concerned, alongside other defeated foes like the Geth. Most intriguing to them has been the rise of new nations in the Terminus and along the Skyllian Verge, which they view as inherently destabilizing, but seek new allies in the region to help keep a new peace.

Oh so that's why my income comes up so short compared to the majors, they get much more at start.
Fair I suppose.
Edit: Actually I have a question regarding relays.
If I open the attican beta relay, does that mean I can send things to the nearby clusters but they can't come back using the relay and would need to repair that relay on their end?
Or does it work some other way?

The former; a repaired Relay effectively acts as a 'one way street' - you can send stuff out, but it can't come back unless the destination Relay has also been repaired.

Well, you would be able to know whether a Relay was working or not, likely. And some areas will still have extranet access. But generally recon is necessary to have hard details, yep.

And I do have a final question before I finish up my IC post and do month 14 stuff.
Do Research projects finished during a month apply their bonuses to that month or the following one?

The following month. So if you complete a +2 industry tech in month 5, it will be active for month 6.

Got it.
And speaking of that tech does it only apply to minor industrial complexes or minor+major industry?
