It actually largely depends on the type of ants. Many ants do fight those of different species. However some ants, such as many Carebara ants, actually avoid fights with ants of the same species. The descriptor "racist" probably does not apply. Racism is a descriptor of human behaviour regarding race or ethnicity; not species. Although were we to apply the descriptor "racist" to "speciesist" (which is still not particularly accurate, but whatever) some species of ants could probably be described as that given that they largely avoid fighting those in their species.

Of course, the way this question is framed is still nonsensical. Chimpanzees being treated differently to humans by humans is not racist; nor is ants treating themselves (ie members of an entire biological family, Formicidae) differently based on species. The concept of race or ethnicity probably does not exist in ants. Race is widely accepted by scholarship to be a societal construct, rather than something biologically inherent. Eg [1].

I think making the weapons smaller is the best bet. Making ants larger is a fantastic way to increase ant racism because bigger ants will feel even more superior than smaller ants that also have a different skin color to them.
