What does "voluntary consent" mean?

Also it works since it creates a shield that disconnects it from the universe. Thisnis why it breaks after 5 hours since its very unstable. Its like an antimatter universe

The resulting hole punched throgh that has been abused by German forces to push deeper and closing in into the capital solar system.
