In attempts to rapidly modernize and upgrade the vast tank fleets of the Ground Forces of the Federal Republic with more modern vehicles, the Ministry of Defense has sent out several orders to multiple companies for both munitions and vehicles. As such, an order to this company has been forwarded to help fulfill such changes, with the specifications of the Type-86 Main Battle Tank deemed fit enough to meet these requirements. While modifications are certainly to be expected as not all requirements are met, particularly for the protection and certain optics, these can be later fixed to Vichnayan standards once they are procured for the Vichnayan Armed Forces. Something to note is that the Romach Wheeled SPGs have proved particularly deadly, and questions may be raised if the chassis is capable of mounting domestic Vichnayan cannons systems like the 152mm Howitzer or domestic 155mm Howitzer systems.

The Ministry of Defence has been satisfied with the equipment purchased in the previous arms deal, with the personnel who received the new equipment finding it to be a vast improvement to older systems. Furthermore, the Ministry of Commerce can authorize offices of Schwerpunkt Arms to set up offices in Sila and Vozrozhdeniye Oblasts, in the city of Sila Burya and Hero City Zimnyaya-Graz. If these proposals are accepted, a tax cut of 7% will be applied along with the Vichnayan citizenry being cleared to apply in such establishments. Worry not, the Vichnayan Federal Republic is safe and stable for the establishment of Nachmerian businesses and civilians, and rest assured, all facilities that would be established will be guarded around the clock by detachments of the Federal Security Service and the All-Vichnayan Commissariat for Political and Social Security.

If further funds are required for any item on the Requisition Application, then simply send a telegram to Adakitankzavod Steel Works to where it'll be wired to the Ministry of Defence. All funds will be wired directly through the necessary channels.
