Ironwinter - SEC Saltmaker plant

Ironwinter, SEC cooperation to develop pulp paper facility

Ironwinter Holdings Industry (Ironwinter) today entered into a joint venture with Selltooth Engineering Corporation (SEC) to develop pulp paper production facilities as well as the distribution and commercialization of the product business to the world market. Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Ironwinter, William Finther, said the initiative was in line with the company's strategy to focus on downstream activities by optimizing the use of by-products from existing operations to create value for the group. “Ironwinter produces about 3.47 million tons of empty fruit pulp per year from 68 oil palm mills nationwide. This green project is also in line with the waste-to-value initiative in an effort to ensure the sustainability of our operations.

"Ironwinter hopes to explore opportunities to integrate mill operations with SEC's engineering expertise to develop a pulp paper production facility with a capacity of 50,000 metric tons per year in addition to benefiting from SEC's extensive knowledge in the pulp market in Selltooth," he said in a statement today. SEC's main business is in the field of engineering contracts, specializing in the construction of power generation projects, and also includes trade, investment, research and development (R&D), and international services. SEC also collaborates with research institutes in Saltmakers, using technology to convert empty fruit marks into pulp paper for commercialization. Finther said that the public's awareness of the use of green products such as pulp paper is increasing every year. “This is the best business opportunity for Ironwinter to explore and we have the advantage of having a large number of raw materials.

"Selltooth's paper and pulp industry has grown rapidly registering a growth of 182.3 percent from 2006 to 2016. This is in line with the increase in the amount of Stormians pulp paper imports between 2009 and 2017 of 73.4 percent and a total of 23.72 million tons imported in 2017," he said. Commenting further, he said, Ironwinter is expected to be able to take advantage of the high demand for pulp paper in Fllenstorm as the price reaches almost $900 a ton.

Chicken and egg subsidies continue until Dec 2023
by Jasmine Summer

The government has agreed to continue giving subsidies to chicken farmers and egg producers from this month until December at a rate of 80 cents per kilogram (kg) for chicken and 8 cents per egg. Minister of Trade, Technologies & Mining Mr. Clancy Snuggler said the matter was decided in a Cabinet meeting on Oct 7 last to ease the burden on farmers following the continuous increase in production costs, especially the cost of chicken feed which covers 70 percent of production costs in addition to the cost of chicks, logistics, workers, utilities and medicines.

"This decision was made taking into account the ceiling price of standard chicken at the retail level is maintained at the rate of $9.40/kg and the ceiling price of grade A, B, and C chicken eggs at the retail level are maintained at the rate of 45 cents, 43 cents and 41 cents respectively," he said in a statement today.

He said the subsidy payment will be channeled directly to the farmer's account through Farming Assistant Agency like the existing mechanism involving private farmers, integrator or semi-integrator farmers, and contract farmers and the ministry will ensure the payment process runs smoothly for the continuation of production at the farm level.

According to Snuggler, the implementation of the subsidy involves an additional financial implication of $573.96 million to the government while the total chicken and egg subsidy allocation that has been allocated so far from February 2022 to September 2022 is as much as $1.233 billion. "As of last Oct 4, a total of 13,440 subsidy claim applications with a value of $1.136 billion have been approved by the ministry and all breeders can continue to submit applications so that the subsidy can be channeled," he said.

Snuggler said the government is committed to ensuring that the chicken and egg industry remains sustainable by continuing to provide subsidies in addition to continuing efforts to ensure the availability and continued supply of chicken and eggs in the market remains guaranteed at reasonable prices for the well-being of Khantarian families

Chandelier Group targets hybrid energy and solar energy projects as a renewable energy source
Chandelier Group will have an advantage in the production of the fourth renewable energy (RE) resource if its collaboration in a new hybrid RE project with leading international company ChandEnergi to produce wind and solar power proves successful. However, Chandelier Group President Jacob Wildingham, MP did not reveal further details of the collaboration.

He said wind turbine technology has improved rapidly and it may equal hydroelectricity, fuel cells, and solar energy as a source of renewable energy in the state. "Wind turbine technology with the use of AI (artificial intelligence) can regulate the blades of the turbine (power plant) and if this collaboration proves to be successful, Chandelier Group will have all renewable energy sources," he told reporters after the handing over of IH's hydrogen fuel cell car, ChaIV-1000 donated by ChanCar IH Motor here today,

President Wildingham said the Chandelier Group government's green energy initiative has attracted some cooperation from other countries. He said Chandelier Group Economic Development Corporation's (ECODEC) subsidiary, ECODEC Energy, has entered into a partnership with a Khans company to develop a hydrogen production plant in Leigh which is expected to be operational in 2025. Meanwhile, ChanCar IH Motor in a statement said four of the IH ChaIV-1000s were handed over to ECODEC Energy while the fifth was handed over to President Wildingham to mark their commitment to carbon neutrality by 2050 and Chandelier Group's green mobility and green energy initiatives.

"ChanCar IH Motor and ECODEC Energy are ready to take advantage of the opportunity to further study the potential of its technology as a stepping stone to develop a low-carbon economy with a new fuel cell system that prioritizes compact size, efficiency, and productivity to support the mobility society needs," he said.

Just like a conventional sedan car and the ability to refuel within five minutes, the IH ChaIV-1000 uses a hydrogen fuel cell with great potential as an environmentally friendly vehicle or "ultimate eco-car". Through the use of hydrogen, the resulting waste material is ordinary water.

The redevelopment of the Fogington Sports Complex (Fogington SpoCom) here, including the construction of a new stadium, is expected to be carried out early next year, said Khantari Investment Chief Executive Officer (Incorporation) James Farlay. According to him, the development of the land of more than 80 hectares is expected to take three to four years to complete. He said, for now, his party is examining the initial concept design of the complex presented by the appointed developer, Stargate Heavy Const. Ltd (Stargate). "The construction cost of this complex has yet to be ascertained, but it is expected to be completed within three to four years," he said. Mr. Liverpool said that the construction of the complex will also involve the construction of commercial facilities and other public facilities which will directly provide returns to the stadium management.

He said, it directly gives them income and is able to cover the cost of maintaining and improving the complex without having to burden the state government's finances. "Among the developments proposed for the complex include the construction of hotels, commercial sites, indoor stadiums, and public parks," he said. Regarding the name of the complex, Mr. Liverpool said it was up to the state government if it wanted to use a new name after it was completed. "So far, we will keep the existing name which is Fogington Sports Complex," he said.

An integrated low-carbon silicon-based material plant was built in Bosaton

The first integrated low-carbon silicon-based materials factory in Zecrarth will be built in Bosaton, South Bemwine. Crandleplost Trading Group chairman Dr. Peter B. Crandlepost said the project involved collaboration between local companies, Crandleplost, Soltira & Braunsh Solar, Ironbrooke Investment, and IntraGrafix, which is based in Stevencousin, which provides green energy solutions to this region. He said the establishment of the factory involving an investment worth $6.7 billion would be a pioneer in Zecrarth that utilizes raw materials (silica) to final products (solar panels) and will have a positive impact on Saltbridge economically, socially, and environmentally.

"Our consortium has identified a location to build a factory in Bosaton Industrial Park in South Bemwine, with a direct investment worth $1.5 billion. "The project is scheduled to start next year and be completed by 2025 and fully operational by 2026," he said when speaking at the Signing Ceremony of the Cooperation Agreement for an integrated low-carbon silicon-based material factory between Crandleplost Trading Group, Soltira & Braunsh Solar, Stevencousin Machinery Engineering Corporation (an Ironbrooke Investment subsidiary) and IntraGrafix Group at the Bosaton City Convention Center, Raywood Hill here, today.

Dr. Crandlepost added the project will create about 4,000 job opportunities when the factory is fully operational, employing 3,800 skilled workers and 200 professionals. Accordingly, he thanked the Saltbridge Government, particularly the Department of Trade, Employment & Industry (DOTEI) and the State Finance Office for supporting the project. The signing of the agreement was witnessed by Secretary of Trade, Employment & Industry, Mr. Hugh La Pucelle who represented Saltbridge Government.

Meanwhile, La Pucelle said the state government welcomes this collaboration which is seen to reduce the level of carbon emissions in line with the state's green economy agenda. "This initiative is very welcome by the state government because it is more geared towards green energy and Saltbridge is lucky because our energy produces up to 70 percent of solar which is considered as green energy. "I believe that with this innovation and new technology, Saltbridge will be seen as a key player in global warming initiatives to at least reduce carbon emissions," he said.

Dr. Crandlepost signed the agreement on behalf of Crandleplost Trading Group, IntraGrafix Saltbridge President, Moore Doxford, Ironbrooke Investment Regional CEO Wilson Findercrest, and Soltira & Braunsh Solar Chairman Nancy von Guzman. Flash:: Khantari will hold military exercises in the Gulf of Roclifnal tomorrow
by Oscar Zeus
Image
Frigate KNS Hullboro Bay (F751) & KNS Stormview Hill (F753)

Khantari will hold military exercises in the Gulf of Roclifnal tomorrow, the country's maritime authorities said, after the Thiothard accused Fort Raleigh of harboring military ambitions across the West Zecrarth region. The military exercise is scheduled to be held in the middle of the sea, less than 25 kilometers from the coast of Stanter Earldom. It was announced after the Stevencousin led a warning about Khantari's growing economic and military influence in the region that stretches from the Gulf of Roclifnal to the West Zecrarth island nations. "Military exercises will be held and entry is prohibited," the Khantari's Armed Force, Ocean Safety & Security Administration (OSSA) said in a statement yesterday warning that an area of about 100 square kilometers would be closed to maritime traffic for five hours.

Khantari routinely conducts similar drills in its waters with another military exercise scheduled in another area near Parlakus Island next week in addition to several other military drills along its east coast waters. However, the latest military drills come as Fort Raleigh faces growing warnings from the Stevencousin and its Thiothardian allies over its navy's increasing efforts to shift regional dominance. Minister of Foreign Affair Karst-Jan Lammerink yesterday accused Fort Raleigh of inciting tensions over Thiothard. "Fort Raleigh engages in increasingly provocative rhetoric and activities such as flying air force aircraft near Thiothard almost every day," Lammerink said in a speech, referring to Khantari's Armed Force.

Prontos National Park is interesting to visit

Image

Prontos National Park is a 12,966-acre Glossworth national park in central Mewen County, 18 miles north of the state capital, Frampton. The park retains much of the old growth of the original woodland in Glossworth. The trees that grow in the woods and forests are some of the largest in Glossworth. About 11,000 acres are designated as Wilderness.

The park received its official designation in 2013 as the culmination of a campaign that began in 2009. With 121,955 visitors in 2018, the park is ranked as the 10th most visited national park in Glossworth, just behind Mewen County's Sandalworth National Park. The volcanic rocks at the surface of the Mewengrad Mountain District are very different from the surface rocks of the Thelmass Mountain District; over the past 30 million years, a stretch of the crust was displaced from beneath the Mewengrad Mountains in the Mewengrad Mountain District to form the Thelmass Mountains in the Thelmass Mountain District. Raised, domed, and eroded, the Thelmass Mountains are much higher and wetter than the Mewengrad Mountains.

An old abandoned town is also there, the mining town of San Jaguar can still be seen with its remains such as some old vehicles left to rust and a row of empty shophouses.

Explorers Discover Wreckage of "Priest of Ashenford," a 17th Century Pirate Ship, in the Deep Sea near Cape Thornbury

Image
the wreckage of Priest of Ashenford

In the unforgiving depths of a lightless, joyless sea lies the wreckage of the "Priest of Ashenford," a ship that was once a trading vessel turned into a pirate ship hundreds of years ago. The ship was discovered by a team of explorers who were conducting a deep-sea expedition in the region.

The Priest of Ashenford, which is believed to have sailed during the late 17th century, was found in good shape all things considered, except for the large hole in her port-side hull. She's dead silent and eerily calm, a haunting reminder of the dangers that lurked in these waters centuries ago.

According to historical records, the Priest of Ashenford was one of the most feared pirate ships of her time, known for her speed and agility in raiding other ships and coastal towns. She was said to have a crew of over 100 men and was armed with cannons and other weapons. The discovery of the wreckage is a significant find for maritime historians and archaeologists, who are eager to learn more about the history of piracy and trade in the region. The Priest of Ashenford is believed to have been lost during a fierce storm, but the exact circumstances of her demise are still unclear.

"This is an incredibly exciting discovery that sheds new light on a fascinating period of maritime history," said Dr. Alice Bennett, a maritime historian who is part of the team from Precision Underwater Mapping Agency (PUMA) that discovered the wreckage. "The Priest of Ashenford was a formidable ship that played a significant role in the history of piracy and trade in this region, and we are thrilled to be able to learn more about her and the crew who sailed her."

The team of explorers is planning to conduct further research and excavation of the wreckage in the coming months, in the hope of uncovering more information about the ship and the lives of those who sailed her. The discovery of the Priest of Ashenford is a reminder of the many mysteries that still lie beneath the surface of the world's oceans, waiting to be uncovered and explored.

Ex. Fortress of Worthberry begin

The Khantari Navy conducted a naval exercise known as Ex. Fortress of Worthberry on Monday in an international and contested water with two Hoffman-class frigates (KNS Hullboro Bay F751, and KNS Redlantern Mountain F752), one Droptick Barrow - class minesweeper (KNS Droptick Barrow M-100), one Keeper of Drumhuggle - class oiler (KNS Keeper of Drumhuggle AO-1110), and two Markus Alston-class submarines (KNS Markus Alston SS801, and KNS The Isle Of Darkbeat SS802). The exercise, which was designed to test the Navy's readiness and capabilities, included a variety of maneuvers and scenarios, including anti-submarine warfare, mine detection and clearance, and replenishment at sea.

According to a statement from the Khantari Navy, the exercise was a success, with all participating ships and submarines performing their tasks with precision and efficiency. "This exercise demonstrates our commitment to maintaining a strong and capable Navy, capable of defending our interests and contributing to regional stability and security," said Deputy Minister of Defense, Dr. Lina T Westgorg. However, the exercise was also conducted in a region that is contested by multiple countries, including Khantari's neighbors, who have raised concerns about the presence of foreign navies in the area. Some critics have accused Khantari of provoking tensions in the region by conducting military exercises in disputed waters.

The Khantari government has defended its right to conduct exercises in international waters and has emphasized that the exercise was not directed against any specific country. "We are committed to peaceful coexistence and good relations with all our neighbors, but we also have a responsibility to ensure the security of our maritime borders and interests," said Deputy Foreign Minister Jena T Veromm. The naval exercise comes amid heightened tensions in the region, with several countries, including Khantari, involved in territorial disputes and rivalries over resources in the area. The Khantari Navy's show of force is likely to be closely watched by other countries in the region, as well as international observers, who are monitoring developments in one of the world's busiest and most strategic waterways.

St. Richmond Military Arsenal

The mystery of the disappearance of the small uranium detonator is shocking

Authorities are investigating the disappearance of a small uranium detonator from a St. Richmond Military Arsenal in western Saltbridge. The device, which is about the size of a baseball, was reported missing by officials earlier this week.

The detonator is made from depleted uranium, which is a byproduct of the process used to enrich uranium for use in nuclear reactors and weapons. While the device itself does not contain enough uranium to pose a significant radiation risk, it could be used to trigger a larger, more dangerous nuclear device. According to sources familiar with the matter, the detonator was last seen in the arsenal's secure storage facility several weeks ago. The facility is protected by a series of high-tech security measures, including surveillance cameras and motion sensors.

Investigators are currently reviewing footage from the cameras and interviewing personnel who had access to the storage facility during the time when the detonator went missing. They are also checking other potential leads in the case. The disappearance of the detonator has raised concerns about the security of military arsenals across the country. Officials say that while thefts of this nature are rare, they can have serious consequences. "We take the security of our arsenals very seriously," said a spokesperson for the military. "We are working closely with local law enforcement and federal agencies to investigate this incident and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future."

Windowpost Rock lighthouse: A Review

John A. Flincourt
A Windowpost Rock lighthouse standing atop a Windowpost Rock, 10km east of Medihul is likely to be a tall, cylindrical tower made of reinforced concrete or steel. The tower is designed to withstand the harsh weather conditions and strong ocean currents that may occur in the area.

The tower may be painted in a distinctive pattern or color scheme to make it more visible to passing ships. The top of the tower is likely to have a large, rotating light that emits a bright, focused beam of light in all directions. The light may be powered by electricity or solar panels and is designed to be highly reliable and visible from a great distance.

The lighthouse may also have a foghorn or other sound signal to warn ships of danger during periods of reduced visibility. The surrounding area may be marked with buoys, beacons, or other navigational aids to help ships safely navigate the area.

Access to the lighthouse is likely to be via a narrow walkway or bridge, which may be suspended above the water or carved into the rock face. The lighthouse may also have a small living quarter or observation deck at the top, where the lighthouse keeper can monitor the light and keep watch for ships in distress. Overall, a Windowpost Rock lighthouse standing atop a big rock near the ocean is a vital navigational aid that helps ensure the safety of ships and their crews, even in the most challenging maritime environments.

Anjung Batu down 1-2 to Glossworth
Image

In a disappointing friendly match, the national football team lost 1-2 to their arch-rival team, Glossworth in front of 12,577 home supporters. The match was held at the national stadium, and the fans had high hopes for their team to secure a win.

However, the national team struggled to find footing in the match, and their opponent took an early lead. Despite several attempts to level the score, the national team failed to capitalize on their chances, and their opponent scored another goal in the second half, effectively sealing their victory.

The loss was met with disappointment and frustration from the home supporters, who had come out in full force to cheer on their team. Many fans were visibly upset and could be heard booing and jeering at the national head coach, who was perceived by many as being responsible for the team's poor performance. After the match, the head coach, Nursultan Rahim addressed the media and took responsibility for the loss. He stated that the team had not performed up to their potential and needed to work harder to improve their game. However, his words did little to quell the fans' anger, who are now calling for his resignation.

The national team has a lot of work to do to regain the trust and support of their fans, and it remains to be seen how they will respond to this setback. However, one thing is clear - they will need to improve their game if they hope to compete at the highest level and bring pride to their country.

GI-57 Fancer belong to 2nd Bn Queen’s Own during Operation Black Bear

In a major development in the defense industry, Stevencousin-based Excalibur Defense Ltd has announced that it will deliver 23 8x8 GI-57 Fancer armored vehicles to the country of Fallenstorm. The deal is said to be worth several million dollars and marks a significant step forward for both Stevencousin and the Fallenstorm military. The GI-57 Fancer is a state-of-the-art armored vehicle that is designed to provide maximum protection and mobility in combat situations. It is equipped with the latest technology and features advanced armor plating, high-caliber weapons, and a powerful engine.

Excalibur Defense Ltd, a leading defense contractor known for its high-quality products and innovative designs, is proud to be partnering with the Fallenstorm military on this important project. The company has a long history of delivering top-of-the-line military equipment to its clients around the world and is confident that the GI-57 Fancer will meet or exceed all of the Fallenstorm military's requirements. The delivery of these armored vehicles is expected to take place over the next few months, and the Fallenstorm military is said to be eagerly anticipating the arrival of these powerful new weapons. The addition of the GI-57 Fancer to the Fallenstorm military's arsenal is expected to significantly enhance its defensive capabilities and improve its ability to respond to threats both at home and abroad.

Overall, the partnership between Stevencousin and the Fallenstorm military is a positive development for both parties and is expected to have a significant impact on the global defense industry in the years to come. Fallenstorm's army chose the 8x8 configuration because 8x8 armored vehicles have advantages in terms of durability and the ability to transport heavier loads. 8x8 vehicles can also be run on heavier and more difficult terrain, such as uneven or sandy ground. Therefore, they are more suitable for use outside the city and in large areas. They can also be fitted with a wide variety of weapons and defense systems, making them extremely versatile on the modern battlefield. It is also suitable for Operations where the safety of the vehicle crew is a very important factor, such as in conflicts where the threat of mines or improvised explosive devices (IEDs) is very high. 8x8 armored vehicles usually have better protection compared to 6x6 armored vehicles.

Operation Gatekeeper is launched in the city of Lympsin

Nathan O. Brockpost
An army platoon has conducted a house-to-house search in the city of Lympsin near the border with Khantari as part of an anti-terrorist operation known as Operation Gatekeeper. The operation was launched following intelligence reports of the presence of terrorists in the area. The platoon-size element from the 47th Rifle of Cleoney Battalion, 491st Motor Rifle Brigade, comprising over 50 soldiers, was deployed to the city in the early hours of the morning. The operation began with a door-to-door search of the residential areas, with soldiers conducting thorough searches of each house.

Residents were asked to cooperate with the soldiers and were instructed to provide identification documents and answer questions about their presence in the area. The army assured residents that the operation was being carried out to ensure their safety and the safety of the country. Several suspects were detained during the operation, and a significant amount of weapons and ammunition were seized. The army has not released the identity of the suspects or their affiliation, citing ongoing investigations.

The operation was conducted with the support of local law enforcement agencies, who provided logistical and intelligence support. The army has thanked the local authorities and the residents for their cooperation and has emphasized the importance of such operations in maintaining peace and stability in the region. This is not the first anti-terrorist operation carried out in the area, as the border region has long been a target for terrorist groups. The army has reiterated its commitment to ensuring the safety and security of the country and has warned that such operations will continue in the future to prevent terrorist activities.

The army has also urged residents to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities to the authorities. The operation comes at a time when the country is facing heightened security concerns, and the army has assured citizens that it is fully prepared to respond to any threats to the country's security. The use of the military in such operations is subject to strict guidelines and regulations to ensure that the rights of individuals are protected. In most cases, military personnel will work under the direction of law enforcement agencies and will be subject to the same rules and regulations as civilian law enforcement officers.

The use of the military in house-to-house searches is controversial, with some critics arguing that it can lead to violations of individual rights and liberties. However, proponents argue that the military can provide valuable support and resources to law enforcement agencies in certain situations. Regardless of the position one takes on the use of the military in house-to-house searches, it is important that such operations are carried out in a manner that respects the rights of individuals and protects the safety of all involved.

Beach and Canal Development Council

BACDeC's tasks are increasingly challenging in the modern era

The Beach and Canal Development Council (BACDeC) is a government agency under the jurisdiction of the Department of Food, Fisheries, and Agrarian Affairs. Its primary task is to promote the sustainable development of beaches and canals in the country, focusing on enhancing their economic, social, and environmental value. The key task of BACDeC is to develop and implement policies, plans, and programs to improve the infrastructure and services of beaches and canals. This includes developing and maintaining coastal protection systems, dredging and improving navigation channels, building and maintaining ports, and promoting tourism and recreational activities. To achieve these goals, BACDeC must work closely with various stakeholders, including local communities, businesses, and government agencies at the national, regional, and local levels. This requires the development of effective partnerships and collaboration with these stakeholders, as well as the establishment of clear communication channels to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals.

The plan of BACDeC includes identifying priority areas for development, conducting environmental assessments, and establishing guidelines and regulations for using beaches and canals. BACDeC also provides technical assistance to local communities and businesses and works with them to develop sustainable tourism and recreation activities that are compatible with the natural environment. The challenge of BACDeC is to balance the economic and social benefits of beach and canal development with the need to protect the natural environment. This requires careful planning and management to ensure that development activities are sustainable and do not cause harm to fragile coastal ecosystems. In addition, BACDeC must also address the issue of climate change and sea-level rise, which poses a significant threat to beaches and canals. This requires the development of adaptation strategies and implementation measures to reduce the impact of these threats on coastal communities and infrastructure. Overall, BACDeC plays a critical role in promoting sustainable development and protecting the natural environment of beaches and canals, and its work is essential to the long-term prosperity and well-being of coastal communities and the country as a whole.

Compulsory Use of LED Lamps Act Pass

Today, Parliament has passed the Compulsory Use of LED Lamps Act (CULLA), which will require the use of LED lamps in all public and private premises throughout the country. The act has been passed as part of efforts to promote a clean environment and reduce the use of limited fossil fuel resources. LED lamps are known to be more efficient and long-lasting compared to conventional lamps that are commonly used now. This act will cover all public and private premises including offices, commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, and other places throughout the country. It will also mandate the use of LED lamps in public transportation such as buses and trains. According to the Secretary of Utilities, Energy and Mining, Elihu John, MP, this new law will bring many benefits to the public. It not only reduces energy usage and costs but also helps improve air quality and reduce negative impacts resulting from the use of fossil fuel resources.

Although some parties consider this law burdensome and require additional expenses for the replacement of conventional lamps, the government has provided several incentives to assist public and private premises in carrying out this replacement. If this law is effectively implemented, it is expected to make a significant contribution in protecting the environment and reducing the use of fossil fuel resources throughout the country. This new law will come into effect on January 1, 2024, and all public and private premises are required to comply with this law before that date.
