New Aswal aimed multiple missiles at the 2 frigates, all with an antimatter warhead due to trading with more advanced civilisations. The Space Ranger Division is at the borders preparing to defend themselves along with Supermonarch fighters in the air. That’s the thing. The empire had no dog fighters or stations. The only thing the Lopsider Empire deployed to the United States was a TX-770 satellite that everyone forgot to destroy. With a still fully functional combat system the TX-770 satellite shot several highly powerful explosives on the enemy ships and deployed smaller TX-770.2 drones to eliminate the StarCrafts.

1000 more gootraxian soldiers arrive to south Texas. This time they brought experimental shotguns developed by Lamiňík company.
The shotguns fire one projectile at a time, which transforms the target into a half sapient (conflicted) gootraxian. The one thousand soldiers head north. Alert for hostile Americans, while the rest stays at their fortified camp.
The soldiers morale in the camp was improving as the soldiers got the rest and rations they needed. Though this doesn't mean they did not have any complains.
The generals were concerned that they are going to be punished for the losses they have sustained. The soldiers who lost their friends were mourning in the camp, complaining that their comrades would not get a proper burial. To which the officers told them that they should have expected this when enlisting.
The soldiers at the camp distracted themselfs with games of cards, throwing horseshoes (don't ask where they got the horseshoes) and chess. The weather is sunny so far but that could unpredictably change with no pegasi on Earth controling the weather.
While the soldiers at the camp were playing and the reinforcements were going to fight. The pony officers who were overseeing them decided to take the opportunity to rest in sleeping bags made of cloth.
The central goverment was unaware of their military ilegaly starting a war, until the prisoners arrived on mainland region of Starrest. At this point all the members of central goverment have met and started discussing what do about this situation.
They have decided to continue the war that was already started. In addition a legislation to limit military power would be drafted.

The NAS Svarog reveals a door, remodelled Supermonarchs made specifically for space combat fly out to start dogfighting. The NNAS Aimed it's gun satellites at the frigates.

As the gootraxian forces head north. They defeat what seems to be the last forces defending Texas. 382 of the 1000 gootraxian soldiers die and kill 176 of the 734 Texan defenders. Using the experimental shotguns they managed to transform the remaining 558 into half sapient gootraxian. A new temporaly military administration started being set up in Texas called New order of Equus.
