I have to ask, as this might be important later, but are traditional weapons (IE a handgun) permitted on the island? I don't see anything about this in the rules.

A firefighting RHIB... it might be a bit too small, I'm afraid.
If you want, we can make her a Inneall Dóiteáin-class Fireboat (or Pattern 907 Fireboat), either bought by the Aaaaaan Government or donated to it by someone.

I just had the stupidest idea ever. What if someone put a rifle on the ship, just like, laid it down on the floor of the boat, and then Beatinnen spawned. Would she be able to manifest the rifle whenever? This is so dumb but you allow it I'll remove her bringing the hand cannon.

...if you want. I mean, the majority of people here operate Kanmusu/Kansen/Shipgirls/Shippeople under their own rules (myself included), so if you want to have her be able to spawn objects laying on her deck at the time she was summoned, then she is able to spawn objects laying on her deck at the time she was summoned.
Must be quite convenient, though, if she needs a ballpen... ; )
