Aghast that the custodial nation of the region, Islamic States, has rapidly collapsed into a state of nothingness, compelled by miraculous factors beyond the understanding of the world’s governments,

Concerned that the malevolent forces of invading will attempt to secure their effective puppet state from counter-invasion, thereby denying the scorned and mistreated regions of the world a chance at an act of justice,

Calling upon the nations of the global community to spread the Security Council mission of international peace and goodwill by permanently silencing the target region through counter-invasion as retribution for its crimes,

Hereby liberates Islamic States.

Islamic States has engaged in supporting the destruction of countless regions such as The Mystical Council, and supported less successful attacks. Most recently, Sunland, only saved by a defender refound snipe though a lot of history lost.

I can't believe I'm agreeing with Vavlar, but I agree with Vavlar. Why is this a matter of urgency? The Delegate, who is the most influential resident of IS, has about 920 influence. He cannot even impose a visible password on the region until he has 1,700 influence (as of 1758 GMT), which will take him eight-and-a-half days if he remains on 45 endoes; an invisible password demands twice as much.

Sorry, been a bit busy today. It's a raider region which supports BoM operations continuously, and the founder regularly attempted to employ a sleeper network against a lot of smaller regions, such as Cuba for a recent example of that.

This doesn't seem like much of, anything, sure the region has done some things, but I doubt it will do much after their founder has since imploded, at least that's what I believe, I don't know much on the background of this region. I've read most of the thread and I can't see this get very much mileage, I'm mixed on this one. Also I thought Sunland was just some storage region with very little going on besides some tag raids by Lily or what not. From what I saw on it they had ceased officers with very little going on.

They've supported every major invasion of 2022, and the founder got puppetswept. It's pretty clear to me that the region should be counter-invaded, or at the very least, from a pragmatic standpoint, keeping raider WAs tied up there is good for everyone else.

Griefers deserve to be griefed.

If Islamic States wanted protection from destruction, then maybe they should have reconsidered being a party to the destruction of sovereign regions for this past year. The circumstances of their Founder’s sweep is irrelevant. This is a region of griefers, and when griefer regions are vulnerable they should be destroyed. An offensive liberation makes complete sense in this context, just like it would against larger raider regions like BoM or TBH if they went founderless.
