You see, one of the other players on this thread, Novaya Equestria (he prefers Novaya nowadays, I call him NE) has a much larger Fantasy-Tech Element in his canon, including what he terms Paratechnology, which means, to my understanding, that he simply nabs from the SCP-Wiki what he can. That includes means of long-range communication.
He asked, if his people could be contacted by these means from someone off-map, I agreed, he teased, that it might knock two of his characters out, but never mentioned it again, including during said call - which is, where the discussion on the last page happened.
If these means of communication have such an effect, I don't know, why his people don't simply use the good, ol' telephone, but that's anyone's guess.

Legatia, you might notice, that I had Caja pull Majestic to the side off-screen to tell her, that everything (well, nearly everything) is for free, but that she can't replenish ammunition. Btw, that goes for everyone, replenishment of fuel and other commodities is for free, but she can't and won't hand out ammunition except to SDF-Navy vessels. I hope you don't mind, that I placed that off-screen.
Champlaine, I haven't thrown anyone of my own at Depardieu, because she seems to have her hands full with Mahine.
