Actually, NSCS Atlas and his contingent use paratechnology. In case ye didn't know, the paratech thing came and were adapted from from the SCP Wiki.

In my AllT (predominantly FanFT/FanFFT) canon the voidwalkers - the inhabitants of the Void - use paratechs in conjunction with mundane techs. As for why NSCS Atlas communicates to Alexander and NCS Atlas via telepathy-based paratech it is much quicker than having to dial a smartphone.

Yeah, no need to say sorry about that cuz it will have a 1-terabyte hard disk. It's quite expensive, by la way.

EDIT: By la way I opened a new wiki last month ago not long after my laptop was first returned from the repair center. The new wiki is inspired by the SCP Wiki so the RPC Authority wiki, with Project PARAGON, Broken Masquerade and No Return (Vanguard Timeline) being the three main inspirations.

My apologies for butting in, but if I may answer that question?
RPing is a cooperative thing (especially war RPs), so communicating in OOC (while staying on the topic), be it in questions or hashing out plans or stuff like that, is important. Imagine it a bit as building a LEGO model with a group, not on your own - without communication, that will lead to nowhere.
Questions are generally only asked when/if something is unclear in the post or if it is contradictory, though.

That being said, Romilija, feel free to app, if we got your interest! : D

The tablet isn't actually of paratech design.

Ans for clarification, NSCS Atlas only talked to NCS Atlas and SFS Alexander via telepathy-based paratechnological comms equipment; NSCS Atlas then talked to Constantine via the tablet, which is actually public use. And yes there's Skype.
