"The Second Order would like to know if the Independent Adjucative Office would, under this law, be responsible for analysing if a certain act carried out by a country would classify as a genocide, considering its definitions may be internationally contested, and therefore the proper application of article 4 may not be as obvious as the other written hypothesis of application. We would also like to know which traits would characterise the severity which the IOA would acertain, according to article 5."
A very worried man pulls the leader aside, and whispers hurriedly to him. Promptly, the Ruler continues:
"I would like to clarify, at the request of my advisor, that our nation has no interest in carrying out any of the aforementioned hypothesis. We have no such need."
The human gives up, rubbing his palm against his forehead, and lets his leader sit down.

We have added "on a case-by-case basis" to Clause 5 to clarify that the severity or significance depends on the circumstances of a specific case. We do not see the need to dictate how the committee should arbitrate."Madinat Al-Tharwa wrote:I think nations that commit crimes against humanity or torture or violate WA law on freedom of religion should also be excluded from the protections of this, along with the war

OOC: The text already addresses non-compliance, genocide and war crimes. Mentioning freedom of religion specifically is unnecessary and unwarranted.
