As Serik Ulyanov was talking, he suddenly heard the shatters, "Holy sh**.". He would immediately bring out his gun for self defense. But it was worthless, as it was shown that their main target was Mr. Unnamed. Serik was shocked. He had to bear a bad record. He would run to the 2nd floor of the former UADC-Aursi friendship Building. He would call the soldiers above to deal with these gunmen.

He would then start the microphone in 2nd floor and tell the other representatives to follow him and go to the place where nobody has seen.

A SSN was already prowling along the Aursian shore, unbeknownst to the representatives in the meeting. They could only guess what would happen next.

"D.A-245 to CNC, CCM-008 ready to fire."

The radio crackles into life and responds simply.

"Granted."

After they get the permission from CNC, the submarine immediately raises a little. Crews onboard were preparing the salvos and was setting the coordinates quite in a hurry. They eventually tell the captain that all systems are functioning correctly without any malfunction. "Good, fire the salvo. Go deep then afterwards, don't let them know what came." After that, the submarine would then activate her VLS cells and launch five cruise missiles at the known location of the current meeting. After firing a salvo, she dives deep below, slows to less than 25 knots, and departs from the Aursian Coastline.

Serik Ulyanov was waiting for the other Representatives, but seeing the missile he ordered the already prepared Aursian Forces along the coast to immediately launch SAMs to prevent these from coming. He wouldn't wait anymore and would get down to the bunker under the building, created for only the representatives.

[Mitheldalond]

He laughs and mockingly said

"CoNsEqUeNcEs."

He whispered for a bit to himself

"Also known as none!"

“Heh. That’s desperation. Also a refusal of the demands.”

He would then face the representative from Mitheldalond

“Looks like the Janpians aren’t going to pay up the, how much was it again, billion something NSD? What’s the Mitheldalondian response to this, as well as KTO’s refusal to admit defeat?” He said, loudly, knowing that the KTO’s representatives would predictably become even more angered and egotistical.

"Our response," began Kingston, looking over a note handed to him by one of his aides, "is to state that if the Aursians are satisfied with damages of $100 million from each aggressor, then Mitheldalond will also limit our own reparation claims to a maximum of $100 million. We were unaware of such an agreement from Aursi prior to this conference, and would have restricted our claims from the beginning if we had been. Mitheldalond has certainly suffered less damage from this war than Aursi, and should not expect greater payment."

The Mitheldalondian representative nods. "I agree that those tactics constitute war crimes, and that Niran should be penalized for them. My suggestion would be that Niran forfeits any reparations for the loss and damage of their ships, the deaths of their men, and expended munitions."


"It's true that Mitheldalond has suffered few casualties thus far. The numbers I have here indicate no more than a few dozen killed, another few dozen wounded, and only minor equipment losses. However, we have also expended significant amounts of ordnance and ammunition in the course of the war - as I'm sure your own fleet is well aware, and Mitheldalondian soldiers have repeatedly risked their own lives to rescue the wounded and survivors of KTO aligned nations.

"This is not the matter I would have chosen to discuss first, but since you ask, I have our current estimates for the cost of our munitions expenditure here." He flipped through a stack of papers and drew one out, reading from it. "From Armenia: $200,424,000. From Countesia: $278,280,000. From Tartania: approximately $96,287,000. From Galapagos: $303,417,000. And from Janpia: $1,092,576,000."

He lowered the piece of paper. "I am instructed to note that these are only preliminary estimates, and may change with a more thorough investigation. We are also attempting to calculate the war costs incurred by Aursi and our other allies, though this is proving far more difficult. This is part of the reason we wish to first establish an official ceasefire."

Resting his hands on the table and watching his Janpian counterpart closely, he continued. "Mitheldalondian forces did not strafe any Countesians whatsoever. In fact, our soldiers risked their own lives flying helicopters out over the combat area to rescue Countesian survivors. I would appreciate it if you would refrain from slandering men whose courage far exceeds both yours and mine."

He relaxes slightly before continuing. "And your claim that Aursi violated the Treaty of Aurtumn are baseless and false, as was clearly explained by King Eldahir before this war even began. The treaty, in addition to being so poorly written as to be unenforceable in the first place, only prevented Aursi from becoming an absolute monarchy, not from becoming a constitutional monarchy. There has never been the slightest bit of evidence presented to indicate that the referendum was in any way undemocratic.

"I do not know whether your government was fooled by the lies of Aquaria or bought into them willingly, but it was your alliance, sir, and your allies that violated the treaty, not Aursi."

Rep. Unya Soriya:"I believe that the cost of Mitheldalondian wasted armaments and among other things is not the choice of ours, but on to your government. I also believe that those amounts must be taken for audit purposes since I believe that a simple spy drone won't cause much to say, a bunch of missile spam against the Armenians. As a matter of fact, the KTO is willing to provide for the humanitarian, military, or infrastructure damage that it has inflicted on Aursi"

"Mitheldalond would have had no need to expend any weapons or other resources if the KTO had not attempted an illegal invasion of Aursi. As such, your governments bear the majority of the responsibility for all damages suffered during the war, and must repay the majority of said damages. Moreover, the point of war reparations is not merely to recover damages, but also to punish the offending side for their actions in order to dissuade them from similar actions in the future.

"As for the breakdown of costs you requested," he drew out a document and placed it in the center of the table, where everyone could see it. "This is the preliminary expense report of Mitheldalondian munitions expenditure. As I have already said, Mitheldalond will limit claims to a maximum of $100 million, and we are naturally open to negotiations on the exact sums to be paid. As already agreed, we will waive all reparations to be paid by Tartania, and payments from Armenia are under discussion. Mitheldalond also expended some missiles defending an attack by Imperial forces, but these are not included as we have yet to determine the sum. (OOC: I don't know how much THAAD costs)

The moment the Unnamed Marajarbian Representative hit the floor the Fireteam Leader would rush over to the body

"Target is down, i repeat, target is down" He spoke into the radio as he moved.

When he reached the corpse, he saw the thick green sludge pooling beneath the body that was the creatures blood. The body laid lifeless and unmoving as he drew closer.

"Is the target confirmed diseased, Fireteam One?" A Fireteam Two's leader replied over the radio as the Fireteam Ones leader felt the Unnamed Representatives neck for a pulse.

"Checking for vitals now, I- His words were cut off as the supposedly dead representatives hand shot up to grab his wrist. The fireteam leader tried to jump back but the grip on his wrist was vice-like, and he grunted to conceal his pain as best he could as he felt the bones in wrist be crushed. He looked at the representative who had now unhinged his jaw to reveal rows of spiked teeth extending from the gums like daggers. An unearthly hissing sound came from the creature as it started to sit up.

Before he could yell for help, a buttstock slammed into the face of the Unnamed Representative as the first squadmate dashed across the room to help. The other two were also on the creature moments later, repeatedly hitting the creature with the stocks of their rifles. A few seconds later they had reduced the creatures entire head into a mushy pulp. The grip on the Fireteam leaders hand released as the creature died, and he fell back holding his throbbing wrist.

"Jesus fuck... we put almost a dozen rounds into that thing" He said, doing his best to remain composed in front of his men despite the overwhelming mix fear and adrenaline that coursed through his veins.

"Sir, the Aursians have sounded the alarm. We're going to be swarmed in less than a minute." His squadmate said. They wasted zero time in making their way back across the conference room and back to the windows, but to their utter shock, the unmistakable sight of an entire salvo of missiles were screaming towards the building. He looked over to the rooftops to see that Fireteam Two were hurriedly packing their gear and preparing to rappel from the rooftop, having seen the same sight Fireteam One had seen. With his good hand he picked up the rope and reattached himself to the line and so did his squadmates, and quickly found themselves beginning to scale down the building before the missiles would strike.

"Let's get out of here!" Charlie de la Mier yelled.

His 10 gangsters escorted him out onto his ship. The NSS Chancetaker MK2. Guards and crewmates close and secure the the ship. All weapon systems are activated including the lightning shutter. The ship set sail to Niran escaping the incoming assault.

He would run to the 2nd floor of the former UADC-Aursi friendship Building. He would call the soldiers above to deal with these gunmen.

The moment the Unnamed Marajarbian Representative hit the floor the Fireteam Leader would rush over to the body

"Target is down, i repeat, target is down" He spoke into the radio as he moved.

When he reached the corpse, he saw the thick green sludge pooling beneath the body that was the creatures blood. The body laid lifeless and unmoving as he drew closer.

"Is the target confirmed diseased, Fireteam One?" A Fireteam Two's leader replied over the radio as the Fireteam Ones leader felt the Unnamed Representatives neck for a pulse.

"Checking for vitals now, I- His words were cut off as the supposedly dead representatives hand shot up to grab his wrist. The fireteam leader tried to jump back but the grip on his wrist was vice-like, and he grunted to conceal his pain as best he could as he felt the bones in wrist be crushed. He looked at the representative who had now unhinged his jaw to reveal rows of spiked teeth extending from the gums like daggers. An unearthly hissing sound came from the creature as it started to sit up.

Before he could yell for help, a buttstock slammed into the face of the Unnamed Representative as the first squadmate dashed across the room to help. The other two were also on the creature moments later, repeatedly hitting the creature with the stocks of their rifles. A few seconds later they had reduced the creatures entire head into a mushy pulp. The grip on the Fireteam leaders hand released as the creature died, and he fell back holding his throbbing wrist.

"Jesus fuck... we put almost a dozen rounds into that thing" He said, doing his best to remain composed in front of his men despite the overwhelming mix fear and adrenaline that coursed through his veins.

"Sir, the Aursians have sounded the alarm. We're going to be swarmed in less than a minute." His squadmate said. They wasted zero time in making their way back across the conference room and back to the windows, but to their utter shock, the unmistakable sight of an entire salvo of missiles were screaming towards the building. He looked over to the rooftops to see that Fireteam Two were hurriedly packing their gear and preparing to rappel from the rooftop, having seen the same sight Fireteam One had seen. With his good hand he picked up the rope and reattached himself to the line and so did his squadmates, and quickly found themselves beginning to scale down the building before the missiles would strike.

The two guards who were in charge of guarding the room were shocked but they would be shocked again. They saw that the Marajarbian Rep was a creature. They would immediately call backup and guard the door as they tried to escape. They would die but let these escape. But the work was done, they saw the dress and understood it was the Countesians.

What the Aursian Guards would see was not the emblem of any official Countesian special ops unit, but instead the emblem of an organisation which as of now, had not conducted any high profile assassinations attempts in almost two years.

But they were going to get a much better look soon, because as the troops of Fireteam One were beginning their hasty escape, a Niran soldier had managed to shoot one of the operatives dead. His lifeless body now hanging from his line just outside the window.
