As a veteran of the military of Palmyrion I have to say I have never seen our armed forces in such a sorry state as they are today. We are not ready for a full fledged war with Ancor and Leidenschaftliche especially with reports of Theedishland coming into the theatre as tensions grow. If Palmyrion is to achieve full military dominance and not just remain a vassal state of the Nifonese who could throw it away at the flip of a shekel. (One knows Nifonese love their shekels from their Jewish friends) Palmyrion can either have its race uplifted to the future or allow the Nifonese to manipulate it back into the Middle Ages. It should be noted the Kogoykoist minority who are ethnically Nifonese are not trustworthy and continue to be bitter clingers to their Katanas and their Bibles, and as far as I'm concerned this is itself a security threat to Palmyrion. The Lakambini Government needs to pursue a National-Education policy for Full Palmyrionization of all minorities, a centralization of power, and a national policy of rapid military build-up and national economic action that makes Palmyrion work for Palmyrians!

Today, we held a Suborbital Flight Test on the 2nd Stage Block 1 Booster Alpha-1. As with the 1st Stage Booster, a software glitch caused a failure in the Landing Gear systems, causing the rocket to not slow down enough during the landing, crashing into the pad. This caused all 3 Engines to explode on the pad due to the impact. There was also an issue with ejecting the Cargo Fairing which damaged the very top cone of the booster. A good thing, though, is the damage occurred just above the LOX tank, which did not cause an explosion of the entirety of the booster system. The booster was rolled back to the VAB and is undergoing a full check of the systems and repairing of the booster. The video can be found Here.

In addendum, we have adjusted Suborbital Flights 10 and 11 to being numbered 11 and 12. Suborbital Flight 10 is now slated to be to do a Suborbital Test Flight of 2nd Stage Block 1 Booster Alpha-2. We are also planning for, in the next month and a half, the first Orbital Test Flight of a full Heavy Lift stack. We are planning that to be for 1st Stage Booster Zeta-3, Side Boosters Lambda-2, and 2nd Stage Block 1 Booster Alpha-3. Which, all three of those are current Under Construction and set to be ready for a tentative launch on the 18th of October, 2022. That date may change depending on more test flights. The first Orbital Test Flight of this system will also be aimed to launch more satellites for Shazbotdom News Corporation, as if there is a failure, it will not be a major loss financially for the Administration and our insurance will cover any losses for our customer.

A few days ago we started a mission for the planting of our Large Space Station. On the 17th of September, 2022, that first mission was completed with a positive note from 3rd Stage Booster Sigma-2 of the Primary Superstructure of the station being planted in its orbit. The video fo the launch and planting of the superstructure is compiled and completed, with the 'dead time' of the launch, where the Booster is moving to it's high orbit, being sped up for viewership to watch it occur as quickly as possible. Over the last few days we have run 3 missions. The Missions include SubOrbital Test Flight 10, which is the suborbital test flight of HLS Stage 2 Block 1 Booster Alpha-2 (Video), SubOrbital Test Flight 11, which is the test flight of HLS Stage 2 Block 2 Booster Omicron-1 (Video), and Suborbital Test Flight 12, which is the test flight of HLS Stage 2 Block 3 Booster Theta-1 (Video).
All three missions went off without problems and the launch vehicles are back in the VAB undergoing Post Mission Logging, Testing, and Collecting of Data. Our next mission is CSF-05, which is our next Comercial Space Flight for Shazbotdom News Corporation to put 5 more communications sattelites in low earth orbit Tomorrow, on the 23rd of August with a backup date on the 24th. This mission also has a 2nd Rideshare for a military partner so there will be no video of this launch for the privacy of our partner. After that mission, have the deorbiting of ISR-02 to return the re-supplier from the space station later on in the day on the 23rd of August.
On the 24th of August we have the launch of LSSB-02, a mission to launch and install the main hallway section of the new Large Space Station, with the mission being completed on the 29th with the landing of the 3rd Stage Booster that was used on LSSB-01. We are going to keep the 1st and 2nd Stage Boosters on the landing pad from the launch of LSSB-02 when the 3rd Stage Booster lands to test landing capabilities of the pad, that it can hold all 3 stages of a launch. This is to test the pad in case all 3 stages need to land in a short timeframe due to an Abort Process.

I am going to officially publish my upcoming peace plan for Balkans:

I officially urge the Armenian government to guarantee that no further expansion be pursued. I also wish that Armenian state would restore the trading rights that were lost in it's state's expansion, recognize Crete as an area outside it's control within Mithealondian sphere of influence - perhaps as a newly created Protectorate of Creete. I also suggest that Armenian state withdraws from Northern Balkans, which were historically not a part of Byzantine Empire. Armenia would also agree to limit number of ground forces it stations in Europe.

In turn I would suggest Mithealondian government recognizes the new borders of Armenia, and signs a non-aggression pact with Armenian state for the next 10 years. Armenian side could suggest some limitations on offensive weapons stationed at Creete by Mithealondian side.

It is not too late for diplomacy to prevail. Bloodshed is not necessary.

I wish to officially announce that it is my intent to organise a conference in two weeks time in Sitch Varovnaya, Mirsk. My minister of Foreign Affairs, Tokugawa-san, will be in charge of organising it. The conflicted parties are welcome to attend.

Over the last week and a half, the Imperial Space Administration has performed three missions to end out the Month of September. CSF-05 was not broadcasted due to one rideshare that did not want its payload broadcasted on our video sharing platform. The other two missions were the undocking and deorbit of Imperial Station Supply Mission 2 (ISR-02-D) from the Scientific Space Station and the launching of the Main Hallway Section (LSSB-02) for the new HIgh Orbit Space Station.
The ISA is now in a holding operation as we continue to build all 3 Components of the HLS System Boosters. As of right now, we are working on mass-producing each section of each booster at the construction facility located just south of the Imperial City of Newark. ISA is planning the first Orbital Flight Test of the HLS System sometime in late October or Early November, depending on a number of Factors. The ISA has, though, begun to get in the shipments of the Satellites for the Contract with the PATHOS Foundation. These satellites were delivered to the Docks at the Main Shazbotdom Naval Base and were transported by a train close to the main Space Launch Facility, where it was then transported by specialized trucks to the Facility.

After a meeting of the Council of Proprietors, it has been decided that the Stage 2 Block 4 Booster, otherwise known as the Human Landing System, will be known as the Kappa-Class. The first prototype, Kappa-1, is currently being completed and will undergo a series of Static Fire tests over the next week, with a tentative date for a SubOrbital Test Flight by the 12th of October. The first Orbital Flight Test of the Heavy Launch System now has a scheduled date as all checks on the data from the suborbital test flights are completed. The Orbital Test Flight has a primary launch window of October 9th, 2022 between the hours of 07:00 and 14:00 with a Secondary Launch Window on October 10th, 2022 between 12:00 and 16:00.

The Scheduling Department has issued the preliminary Booster Schedule for the next 4 launches after the two test launches. This schedule is not to set forth a time-table for launches, but to designate Boosters to be used for the launches. A scheudle for the launch windows will be available after it is made. The Scheduling Department is working at that and is hoping to have it released sometime before Monday, October 10th, 2022.

BOSTER SCHEDULE
Mission Crew-02 will utilize 1st Stage Booster Delta-6 and 2nd Stage Booster Gamma-3.
Mission Commercial Space Flight 6 will utilize 1st Stage Booster Zeta-2, Side Boosters Lambda-2, and 2nd Stage Block 1 Booster Alpha-3.
Mission PATHOS Foundation Flight 1 will utilize 1st Stage Booster Zeta-3, Side Boosters Lambda-3, and 2nd Stage Block 2 Booster Theta-1.
Mission PATHOS Foundation Flight 2 will utilize 1st Stage Booster Zeta-4, Side Boosters Lambda-4, and 2nd Stage Block 2 Booster Theta-2.

I must express my most sincere disappointment about possible impeachment of Natya Anya.

It must be remembered that I respect Natya-san due to her many achievements. It achievement of Anya-san alone that Janapia became the first socialist nation the Empire of Greater Nifon has developed positive ties with; and it has been her influence that allowed expansion of commercial ties between Nifon and Janapia.

The Empire of Greater Nifon will not interfere in domestic Janapian matters, but I hope that if Anya-san's impeachment proceeds, her successor will be as willing to work with me as she had been.

ACP Takes Control of the Federal Assembly

Pelier: Breaking News tonight as Frederick Goering, an ACP member, has won his special election against Leonard Hepburn to fill the late Federal Assemblyman Alf Hultzer’s Lenarica seat. Alf Hultzer was a Progressive Party politician, and his death caused panic in what was a tied Federal Assembly.

Conservatives have now taken the lead in Anterica’s upper legislative body, and Assemblyman Harry J. Gadsen will now serve as Majority Leader, while Assemblyman Nickolas Freeman will now serve as Minority Leader for the APP.

This recent development will hinder President Calhouster’s ambitious Progressive agenda, likely causing dissent in the President’s own party.
